The salesmen especially Kevin are very attentive to your needs and are willing to spend the time to have everything working backed up transferred anything that you need they are always there and willing.

I ordered a phone for in store pickup, the phone showed in stock but I never received the email stating that the phone was ready for pickup. After calling multiple times over the course of 3 days, I was finally told that the order was ready. Upon arriving and waiting in the store for almost two hours while the associate tried to figure out why he was unable to give me the phone. It was discovered that the phone they thought was mine was in fact not my phone and they did not have my phone in stock. I was then informed that I would be responsible for calling and cancelling my order they were unable to do that in store for me. Once cancelling the order I was told I could go in and order the phone again. After waiting on hold with customer service for almost an hour, I was told there was nothing they could do for me and I would charged a fee if I wanted to cancel the order....on a phone that I wanted but was unavailable. Because the associate at the store I ordered it from confirmed that they had the phone, even though they didn’t, I was being blamed for the order being cancelled. After explaining to customer service multiple times that I did not have possession of the phone, nor did the store , I was told I had to wait 5-7 business days for the order to “cancelled itself out” and then I could order another phone. After asking multiple times to speak to someone else regarding the issue, because the associate was not helpful, I was told I would be transferred and was then hung up on. So the store and customer service both wanted to push the issue off on the other and I am left being charged over $1,000 for something I don’t even have possession of. I’ll also note that while in the store there was another customer who was very upset about the service she had received and felt lied to misinformed by the staff...now I know why she was so upset.

My representative was Colton. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. A shout out to you Colton! You do your job well. You really listened to what was going on with my phone and helped me get into a new phone Im very happy with. Visit the 75th and Metcalf store in Overland Park, KS. Ask for Colton and get some great service!

I would actually like to give it 0 stars. They are not a Verizon Corporate Store and can charge you anything they want. And they also lie about charges. It sad that Verizon allows this. Dont go to this location. And in many attempts to contact Rose after another broken promise I havent heard anything at all from her.

I received excellent customer service from Casey. He was very professional and really patient with me. He explained everything in a way that I could understand since I am not a techie. My old phone was completely dead so there were several challenges to start my new phone. Casey was able to overcome all the hurdles and get my new phone started.

Casey Chapman was incredibly pleasant and helpful with closing my father’s acct due to his passing and moving my Mother to my account. He made what could have been a very difficult experience, much more bearable and easy. Thanks Casey for all your help!

Extremely rude staff that wouldn’t even acknowledge our presence in the store. We stood around for 20 minutes while the two staff members were helping other customers and eventually left after neither person said “hello” or even “we’ll be right with you”. As we walked out the door there was no interaction or apology either. Don’t go to this store.

Don’t bother. They can pretty much only sell you a phone plan. *IF* they even have the phone in stock. Save yourself the headache and go to the corporate store near IKEA.

I am happy I stepped into this store specifically! Casey was an amazing rep and was able to answer all of my questions and chatting with him during the entire process was entertaining! This guy just gets it! Highly recommend! Keep up the good work!

Your representative and salesman, Zia, was very focused on customer service. He took the time to find out what I really wanted and needed in a new phone and then showed me the options that would fit the bill. He shared a lot of useful information and walked me through some details to set up what I wanted. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his people skills. As of yesterday, service was the pits. I have this nagging feeling the agent was not even aware of what good service is. With her obviously saccharin demeanor, she barely listened to my questions and needs. The fun culminated in the moment she paused the diligent study of her manicure to look up at me with fuzzy eyes and an irritated, What was that you said again?Two stars instead of one because I have come to this location other times and the service was a 2-3.While the millennials might be charging the world, I still refuse to accept their lowered standards in communication and service. To Verizon: upgrade your criteria for authorized dealer employees, please.

I had a lot of fun working with Mic Birmingham today at this location. I came in with an issue and he helped me with the issue I was having with my phone and then he showed me a new plan where I could get a new phone and save money. He was great with explaining the new program to me and his patience with teaching me the phone was impeccable. The customer service here is great and the guys here were more then helpful and I highly recommend this location.

I came in the store today because my phone was hot and thought I probably needed a new one. Ashley greeted me at the door and very cordially walked me through getting a new phone and setting it up for me. Through her persistence I was able to get an upgrade for my phone 2 weeks early. This is so important to me because Im a real estate agent and I am on my phone all the time. I will definitely send phone business this way when anyone needs an upgrade or new phone. Thank you!

Mason and Preston were absolutely fantastic. We left a little upset from a corporate Verizon store near Oak Park Mall because the sale people did not care. We called this store in hopes of getting some questions about upgrading our phones. Not only did they answer all questions honestly and transparently, they were happy to have us there. They didn’t even mind we kept them past closing, and we happily left with a new IPhone X. Greatly appreciate the experience and would reccomend it to anyone.

I came into this location after having issues at a location close by. I met with Johnny and Kevin, they helped me set up my new account with Verizon and helped me safe a great amount of money of my devices and service. I really enjoyed working with these gentleman.

Even though the representative couldnt get my phone working immediately he tried several different things and researched articles on line to help. They were closed even though their line says they are open when you call and the hours on Google say they are open. No one ever picked up my call so I went there in person and there was no one there.

I recently had an upgrade on my plan and was very satisfied with the customer service I received. The person helping me even noticed I could switch to a better plan for my needs and have been grateful ever since. The people at this store are a main reason I stay with Verizon!

I upgraded the phones on my account and Zia stated he would send in our old phones so we wouldn’t be charged for them, since it was an upgrade and they were not paid off fully. The phones (2 iPhones) were never returned to Verizon and I was charged nearly $400 on my next bill! I reached out for support from this establishment and get no response. I’m going to file with BBB.

I always I have problems with my computer, usually its my fault.. No matter how messed up I get my computer or my phone I can count on my Verizon wireless store to fix it. I usually depend onDamani Alston, but have found any of the people that work there are totally adapt to any problem I have. I only live a few blocks from there so I jump in the car anytime I have a minimal problem and anytime I walk in that store its problem-solved...I am so grateful for that store and the people who work there.

Having issues with a phone I bought at another verizon store. The salesman Eric worked with me for about an hour and a half to fix my issues. Didnt feel rushed, or judged for not understanding how to use my new phone. Now, we wernt able to solve some issues because i had to leave, but the fact that Eric went above and beyond is why Im writing this and giving 5 stars. Friendly staff!
