We visited this location to add a new phone line onto our existing plan for my son and was fortunate to have worked with manager, John Scipho. John portrayed excellent customer service in so many ways. We had several questions surrounding different options, plans, and costs and John was beyond patient, spending almost 3 hours with us, while never making us feel rushed. John was thorough and took the time to evaluate the best options for our family. The store was busy and John remained very calm while he kindly welcomed guests into the store yet even after many hours, continued to remain focused on us, his customer. We left very happy customers! John is a wonderful person, with high attention to detail and customer service-a true asset to any organization. In a time full of poor service, it was refreshing to see that people like John still exist.

This company has gone to hell Inna hand basket so quickly.. you would think they wouldve been able to stay afloat, I was alert mistaken. The employees here are good but the company is terrible. Constant system problems. Cx service directs customers to go easy out of their way to stores for services that cant be provided... hard to speak to someone.. ghost charges. You have to text customer service which is more than frustrating.. Id rather just not even have a phone this company is so terrible now and I used to love them... sad very sad. Anything with the vzw stamp on it now gets 0 stars

I made an appointment to upgrade three phones, and purchase one phone.We arrived twenty minutes early.We were given a very new person to help with this transaction.After waiting two hours and sixteen minutes, with all of my five family members with me, we were informed that the Verizon Business Plan system platform was not working and was down and has been down all afternoon.So we wasted a total of 11.25 man/people hours waiting to purchase phones, only to be told we could not even purchase the phones they had dangled in front of us for two plus hours.The stunning incompetence of the store manager to not only give us an inexperienced salesperson, and not provide any help until over two hours of waiting, and then be unable to tell us the system was down and had been down is embarrassing for the store to say the least.Absolutely, mismanaged service, horrible communication, just pure failure on the part of the staff at Corbin Park Verizon. So bad, so so bad.Pathetic customer service is what we have been trained to accept since the pandemic, but pure incompetence, is unacceptable.We as a family will never be able to get that time back, Verizon stole it from us, how pathetic can you be. Still in absolute awe over the ignorance we encountered in the Verizon Corbin Park store today.

I switched my service to Verizon on July 5, 2021. I did this for a number of reasons but the main one is because I have traveled for work to some very remote places in the US. My work provided MiFi almost always had service when my personal cell phone did not.This store did a great job guiding me through this process. I interacted with all 3 of the gentlemen that were working and they were all extremely knowledgeable about the Verizon services and the phones they were selling. The store was very busy, but they still took the time that each customer needed.My iPhone 12 Pro also has this amazing camera and the lightening fast Verizon service makes it so much easier to upload photos and videos for many types of applications.

A certain employee who no longer works here badly messed up our account when adding lines and after multiple calls to customer service and visiting another Verizon no one had helped after 2 months! She listened to me and within an hour she had fixed my account and had it credited back- she was amazing!

After holding almost 15 minutes to speak with the manager of this store to complain about my my appointment today, I gave up holding on the phone. I appreciate the replacement of a sim card at no charge and the person helping me, not attempting to upsell a new phone, I found him to be abrupt, impatient and bordering rude. When I returned home, discovered I could not text out any messages. Luckily, I managed with help from friends to figure how to undo what this person had done. I have been a customer at Verizon for over 20 years, leaving briefly for the same reasons but returning as Verizons online customer service I have found to be excellent..I still intend on contacting the manager of this store but will never return. Online pickup order and no one came out for 20 min. Went in and there are 10 people ahead of me. Would be nice to get some notification that they are too busy. Went to cancel online and their 5guw wasnt working so I had to leave store to get on regular 5g. Then the app kept saying no website when hitting cancel. Finally chat let me cancel.

I got a new iPhone after a sad demise of my old one in a bath tub. I bought it at another store, took it home, and could not get it to receive calls. I took it into this store right before closing and Tiio was so gracious to the other waiting customers and me. Luckily it was an easy fix, but I just want to applaud Tiio for his patience, consideration, and helpful attitude. It meant so much to me after dealing with a hard week of phone problems. Do whatever it takes to keep people like Tiio, Verizon, your company depends on it!!

We had the privilege of working with Sylvester. He was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us get the product we needed. His service culminated one evening when he stayed an hour after closing to help us transition our phone numbers over to Verizon. While we were unable to get my husband’s phone transitioned in that time, he made himself available that evening to complete the job as we were leaving on vacation the following day. I am sure all the Verizon representatives are fabulous but we will be asking for Sylvester by name in the future! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! Incredible customer service and perseverance!

I am a couple of months late posting my review. But this has to be done. I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the customer service Ian, the sales representative at the Olathe Verizon TCC showed me. I have been a Verizon customer for many years. I needed a new phone, while also adding my parents to my plan, as well as buying them new smart phones. This was a large undertaking and very confusing with all of the changes. Buying three new phones, adding two lines from another cell company, giving up four phones/devices no longer in use, ordering a new phone and two people paying for varying parts of all of this. I can go on and on to the amount of confusion; but through it all, Ian was calm, collected, organized, kind, understanding and knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He explained everything along the way. I never felt rushed or that he didn’t want to really help. A few days after the initial encounter with Ian, I found out my primary phone number had not been transferred to my new phone. I called the store. Talked to Ian and went straight over. He was so nice and calm. He figured out what happend and fixed it immediately, without any hesitation. He took time to conform the change had been made and again, through it all, was kind, calm, professional and knew exactly what to do. He was able to work smoothly and quickly through all processes. I cannot say enough kind things about Ian’s knowledge and skill to get things done. Moving forward, as long as Ian works at this Verizon store,that will be my store.

I recently cracked my screen and needed a new phone case. When I went in, I was helped immediately and the staff was very nice. They directed me to what I needed and gave me information on where to get my phone fixed. I was in and out in under 15 minutes and left very satisfied with their service. ☺️

I stopped by on my way to a meeting to purchase a phone. I couldn’t because I did not have an appointment. I sat in my car and worked on my computer to to kill time before my meeting. The salesperson kept coming out and staring at me even though I had told him about my meeting. I was uncomfortable and felt he was looking for a reason to call the police. I left and tried to make an appointment later. I could not do it either online or by phone. I bought my new phone talking to a national service representative who was dismissive and ended the call abruptly so I am not sure my purchase was completed. It seems as if service people are using the COVID crisis as an opportunity to treat customers as badly as they always wanted to but were unable to get away with.

The stores cant help you cancel. You have to call in to cancel. Even if you pay off your device in FULL, you will still have to pay early termination fees. So, dont let anyone tell you that you can pay off early and then terminate.

They have such a smaller amount of phones to choose from nowadays. The stores used to have more selection. Now the only phones they carry are the most recent smartphones. If you want anything not super new you have to shop online. :/ The stores feel empty now.

Went into the store to get my phone looked at. The screen is separating from the phone. Looks to be the glue. So an employee puts me on the waiting list. There are two other customers in the store also waiting. I count five employees at the main desk. One starts attending to a customer, the other four went into a back room. Waited 30 minutes. Never helped. I left. Very sad service. Im regretting coming back to Verizon.

We started our visit here a little apprehensive, because the store was under construction, and as a result, quite a mess. It was also black Friday, and jam-packed. We signed in, stood aside, and I immediately got a text notification, with regular updates as we waited. I watched the employees, and could see they were obviously trained well, as they were very efficient but also friendly, especially in light of the huge crowd, and not all customers were pleasant in the least. Our wait was less than 30 minutes, and when it was our turn, the whole process to upgrade two phones and add a tablet to our account took barely over 10 minutes start to finish. There are two Verizon stores closer to our house, but this is where we will come from now on!

First of all, David (sales person), if you are reading this you should be ashamed of yourself and the bold faced lie to my face! I went in (after a day of going to all the various providers) wanting a phone with the same cell number that I had on a phone I had returned earlier in the day. I am currently (and have been) a VERIZON customer for years! I should mention we needed to downgrade (one line) from an iPhone, to a pay as you go phone for personal reasons. David ASSURED ME THAT I COULD NOT HAVE THE SAME NUMBER! I went further to say that whatever number pops up is the number you get. I asked if he could put in the number to see if it was available, he replied that he could not. He rushed through the entire process and sent me out the door within minutes (you can look it up on store video - about 6:45 to 7:15). RIGHT AT THIS MOMENT I am on the phone with Vince, FROM VERIZON. Why? Because I got home and checked my account and there sits the exact number I questioned David about. The phone/number we cancelled earlier today. The gentleman, and ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER - VINCE, has just informed me that WE CAN STILL HAVE THE SAME NUMBER WE HAD BECAUSE IT IS STILL ON OUR BILL. David, you might want to question your integrity and work ethic. I get that its Saturday night and the weekend before July 4th, but what you didnt get is that I am not stupid or gullible (even with cancer)! I am strong and smart, and my gut told me that YOU WERE NOT PROVIDING ME WITH CUSTOMER CARE! Good luck with that and with your career in the customer service industry. I am certain that I am not the first, nor will I be the last, customer you have chosen to treat with such disrespect and disregard.

Not good, I pay $345.00 per month, I have a droid maxx 2, dead battery, phone will not activate at all, dead. Called to get information on battery replacement, nope, non-removal battery. So I have a $540. phone that I cant use, nothing can be done because I dont have a pin.. My daughter opened the account several years ago, I was a added this past week because of my dead phone. Went to get it repaired last week-end. drove 70 miles only to find out I cant get it fixed. So, this week I attempted a store close to my residence, lady was very helpful, but same result, no pin, I cant get it repaired, I understand security reasons, but this has gone too far for a repair. I will take my business to another provider. Luck Verizon!

I bought a new phone in April. In late July the car charger that came with it quit working. I took it in to see if theyd replace it. They said sure, no problem. Then they tell me the price for the charger had gone up since I bought it in April. It was only $4.36 to replace it and I shouldnt be so upset about this but going into the store I just knew in my head that thered be no way Verizon would let me walk out of the store without charging me something. Disappointed to discover I was right. In the future I will go out of my way to avoid going into a Verizon store unless absolutely necessary.

I went from being slightly upset with Verizon to being livid because I cant contact anyone to answer and clarify what is happening on my account. Then they talk down to you and choose not to honor personal promotional offers issued by corporate, despite what the corporate head office explained. Waste of time... It was horrible. I walked in and no one even acknowledged their customers. There were four guys chit chatting and two working. Not one was interested in what they were getting paid for. I had to go find someone and I had to make sure they were available to help me. The sales consultant was rude and walked away as soon as he got the chance. He didnt even acknowledged that I might want to continue to be a loyal customer as they always say. Giving my service to boost instead, at least they acknowledge their customer

I switched to Verizon in January of this year. I spoke with the salesman who assured me that the phone would be free as part of their promotion; that I would receive a monthly discount to offset the monthly device payment. I called the 1800 number multiple times and they kept adding one time credits to the account. 6 months later, Im being told that I did not qualify for the promotion and I am responsible for the full amount of the phone. I am totally dissatisfied with Verizon.This is a deceptive business practice or negligence on behalf of the salesman.If you have found yourself victim of Verizon, you can fill out a formal complaint with the FCC.

Ive had my Galaxy S5 for about 2 years and when I went in to the store and expressed that the microphone on my phone was not working properly- within 20 minutes they had ordered me a new phone that would arrive within 2 days. I went in to upgrade and I told the girl who worked there all the things I wanted in a phone. One of the things I told her I did was to take pictures b/c Id just had a baby, she recommended a phone with no removable memory! Didnt find out til it was too late and I had to pay a $35 restocking fee! By the way, she didnt even know how to transfer my contacts!!!!
