Clean new store at Wards Corner. I have been with T-Mobile for over 20 years now. No pushy sales people just pleasent staff and great service. Upgraded another phone today and bought two bluetooth speakers that even the sales staff were surprised to them on sale for 50% off. They even helped when they noticed my signal was low at the house and gave me a home signal booster for free!

Cant get Netflix to work on my phone and neither can the t mobile store they said net flix problem Ill try again tomorrow

Regis was great, my 5yr old walked in and said I want a phone that I can download a lot of games on he went right along with it. My son walked out a happy little guy. AWESOME customer service, I have been with T-Mobile for years.

I went to two different T-Mobiles and no one could give me the same answer to my problem. I have gotten so much bull from the first one that I feel like no one there knows a thing about their jobs. Very dissatisfied

Best Sprint store I have ever been to, everyone there is really helpful and understanding. I have gotten my familys last 2 phones, table, and a Galaxy watch here. They helped me return my watch that had a defective from the factory, and got my new watch to me the next day. They have always been great and super friendly. Great Job at this store.

Ive been to this location a few times for upgrades and to add lines. The staff is wonderful. They are very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location.

Called to get a price on a refurbished iPhone 6 and the guy said I dont know the price of the phone maam.Did he even try to get the information..No he did not! Did he try to engage me to even consider buying their phone. No he did not! Ugh. I guess I will be buying a refurbished phone from target online. I even have Sprint as my carrier. Poor customer service!

I came in for a simple phone case, however everything was locked and there were no prices on any of the products in the store. I figured I’d wait for a store associate to help but everyone just looked at each costumer as we all stood there waiting. So many associates, but none were trying to help a single customer. Walked out after 10 minutes.

Ive passed by at least 4 Sprint just to get to this store, the atmosphere is great throughout all the service agents whove worked with me.

STORE MANAGER IS RUDE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.TRASH.LIARS.Manager doesnt train her employees and then defends their mistakes.
