Costco is normally know for it quality product and services, but this kiosk experience was the worse, especially since Im always skeptical of buying from 3rd party authorized retailer. I ordered a phone, granted it wasnt available at the kiosk, so I had to wait for it to be ordered. They said 2 days tops for my order to come in. 5 days later, I still dont have the order, nor decency for anyone to let me know what is going on. When I called to cancel the order, they told me they couldnt, and why? because the person who ordered it was the only person to cancel it, but he was off for 2 days. Just horrible and would suggest you avoid the headaches with this kiosk!

Shonne is a very rude. I came in to speak with a employee and the entire time he was over his shoulder and lingering. I thought he was doing great. I think he is a manager or something but he shouldn’t have a job there. I dont like him. The other guy at the store (Oceana NEX) is very polite, welcoming, and explains everything very well. Fire Shonne.

You can never go wrong purchasing from Costco! I took one star off because they didnt have a nice variety of T-Mobile phones but I still love em!
