Had the new Nintendo Switch Oled in stock when we couldnt find it anywhere else.

Had to return my order and couldnt replace it without a bunch of extra effort so not a fan

I actually enjoyed going to a game stop. Everyone was helpful and approachable. None of the awkwardness that can happen when gamers are forced into customer service. The people here might have actually enjoyed working there. But in all seriousness a good selection for gamers of all ages. Clean and organized store. Easy to find and plenty of parking.

I was looking for two pop figures and this store only had one. Not only did they tell me their sister store had more told if I showed my receipt I could still get the buy 3 for 27 at their other store. Thats great. Not many stores try to help you out and even tell you how to get deals even if you have to go elsewhere. Recommend them.

Alway great service. Knowledgeable employees. Picked up a couple of used games today. Great value. Especially if you become a pro member.

Transferring profiles between DS systems isnt anywhere near easy, but I had the best service and assistance in trading an old DS for a new one and moving everything over (and suggestions of how PowerUp Rewards helped me save a ton doing it) all while helping other customers without missing a beat. Five stars, great experience, best service Ive ever seen at a Gamestop.

This is the only gamestop I go to I literally drive across town because they always help out....from the Greeting to the See you next time is the most helpful experience and best shopping experience

Like any other GameStop, only 2 working the registers and people waiting in line. My transaction only lasted 30sec while others took 5-10 minutes deciding on what they want AT the counter.

Failed to let me know that I could have put a year warranty on a 150 doller controller and you cant do it after the purchase👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
