Overall service was fine, I guess. They took care of most of what I needed and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for the oil change and tire rotation. It is a big assembly line coming through and getting it dropped of and picked up. A little impersonal, but efficient.My issue was more with what they couldnt do. I have a Kia Niro and it requires that a clutch fluid be replaced. This requires special equipment that only a Kia services center has and I took it to Kia of Wilmington for the first change and they had no issues. I dont think the service manager here had any idea what I was talking about and there was a cryptic note on my inspection sheet about it. I didnt actually pay for the service since it would have been a significant extra fee, so Im not going to make a big stink about it. However, I will not be going back to this service center since I got the strong impression that its basically a Honda service department with a Kia logo on the wall. (Its all the Martin dealers in one service center and there is a definite focus on Honda.)Update: They called in response to my review to tell me they could do it, but didnt think it was necessary. Im still not really pleased because its preventative maintenance that I asked them to do and was basically the only reason I had it into a dealer. Based on what Ive read, its not really something thats obvious that it needs to be done.I do appreciate that they did manage to get me in quickly when the intermittent issue I had reported with my charging port came back and I was close to my warranty period. However, even with that, it was the first time they had worked with it and I had to bring my charging cable because they dont have one on-site.They may be fine with other Kias, but Kia is definitely not the focus of this center. And I wouldnt recommend them if you have a Niro.
