Got the job done by friendly staff. Had to open my own oil filter cos they couldnt as it was slightly damaged. Id go again no problem.

Giving it a two star because they had a great greeter but just got my oil change 2 weeks ago and after looking at the oil spots in my driveway I decided to take a look. Someone didn’t tighten right and now I will need to do it myself. Just added oil since it lost a lot of oil.

I generally hate getting my car serviced because I dont feel knowledgeable enough to make informed decisions, but I just left this Jiffy Lube location and they were phenomenal. Everyone was polite and knowledgeable. The technician who helped me explained what each service was and the cost. They met me behind the building and walked me in and a young man walked me to my car when they were done. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. And actually, recently, another Jiffy Lube location told me I needed brakes which is one of the reasons why I came today. This location checked and said I actually didnt need brakes, they were fine, and they werent going to replace them and charge me if it didnt actual need to be done. They could have easily just done my brakes and charged me, since thats what I asked them to do, but instead they were honest about it which I really appreciate. I will definitely be going back here and would recommend it to anyone.

Believe it or not my alternator died at the entrance of the bay door. All the guys were beyond helpful an I appreciate their support. Im truly grateful for all the guys that assist me an my daughter. I will definitely continue to get my oil changes with Jiffy lube as soon as the mom wagon gets out the shop!!

We take multiple vehicles to this location and have never had a problem. My college aged daughter arrived this past Saturday around 4:30pm with her older minivan, and she was the only customer when she arrived. She had a brake light which had been flashing and needed an oil change. She got first rate attention. Several technicians checked and the brake fluid was in specs. She was in and out so quickly! A couple customers arrived before she left, and there were no concerns for social distancing. She had a great experience.

15 to 20 minute wait for an Oil change is not bad at all. When I come to this Location... the staff here shows nothing but respect and kindness. The ONLY thing I have a problem with is the seats in the waiting area. Totally disgusting!!!! Dog hair or Human Hair on EVERY seat. The Manager there needs to take a good look at the seats. Please Purchase some new ones or atleast clean the seats that are There. This has been overlooked for Sooo long.

Had the worst experience they gave me a price then when I told them I had a 10$ coupon it all the sudden went up 10$ charged50. $ and didnt do anything it says they did except oil change says my lights are ok as they pulled out another customer pointed out that my brake lights are out charged me for a 6th quart of oil Evn tho my car takes 5 and didnt ask if I wanted a 6th quart just did it on there own Terrible dont go here waste of money and they are shady

I took my car there for oil change and this guy comes to me and says that he cannot open the oil plug because the person who put plug put a bigger plug and that meant if he opened it, it was not gonna go back to its position and I had to tow my car. That was a lie because I took the car to a mechanic and he did not understand what that guy was saying. The plug was the right one, fitting perfectly. I did not even take 10 minutes over there so I guess the person at jiffy lube is soo unprofessional. Hated that place. Never go back there

I got side swiped for a $80 oil change while 2 employees was hooking up some pretty girl. I should have been told that my oil change was using gold and would cost me gold.

If Jiffy Lube is not comfortable or is unwilling to touch transmissions for whatever reason then they should just remove transmission fluid changes from their list of services provided. Wanted me to sign a disclaimer if I allowed them to do a trans fluid change waiving any liability due to my high mileage and I ended up telling them not to even worry about it and just left.

They dont do oil change. I checked my motor oil adter 2000 miles there was nothing there. My suggestion always check your oil before leave there.

Got my oil change June 8 now its july 13th and my car reading no oil... Check it and it was dry... This is crazy I dont even drive my car everyday to work so jiffy lube is trash now after the outbreak everybody trying to save money not put right amount of oil in my car...I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR SEND PEOPLE THERE...THEY SUCK COULD OFMESS MY CAR UP....CRAZY

With the spread of the virus so prevalent now.I am disgusted with this team.They refused to allow me to drive my vehicle into the bay and the guy telling me to get out the car had no mask and no gloves on!!Horrible! Maaaan, I pulled up and the car was like a cartoon. Putt-Putting along.. literally making that noise. A big ol smoke cloud trailing me! A mechanic came to my car immediately. I told him what was wrong and what I needed. He didnt try to push any other service on me like most mechanics do. I sat inside and was literally in and out. Another gentleman rang me up and I had a coupon in my email. I asked if I had to print it.. He said no, just tell me what it says ans it was a generous $12 off. So $40something turned into lower $30. My car runs GREAT!! Thanks for a tremendous job well done!

The Gentlemen Who Work Here Go Above And Beyond.They did a oil change, tire rotation and tossed a new wiper on the hatch for me. They even wiped the whole rear window down after putting the wiper on. Then when I left they opened both the door exiting and the door to my vehicle. If i could give me stars i would. Im very impressed. Will be bringing my vehicles here more often.Also want to add they even notified me that my rear brakes are starting to get in rough shape, and didnt push anything on to me. I feel the customer service has gone down in this place. Too may smart remarks. Workers act like they dont want to be there. Very different from the other times Ive come to get an oil change. Not to mention those seats full of cat/dog hair is really disgusting. Will be thinking about going to another place maybe NTB across the street!!

The rest of the staff were friendly, there is only one guy who was very ignorant, rude, and unprofessional!! The guy who calls your name and go over the service that you need and sometimes he goes over your bill at the end of the service.When the car was ready he was at the cash register trying to get another staff to do his job because he doesn’t want to do any service to me. The staff were busy so he stood at the door and put my car key in his ear while he’s waiting (delaying me), no one was able to accommodate him so he stood the corner that I can’t see him at the cash register and said:Ready! No name, no Mr., not even the car model. After I payed he threw the receipt on the counter without any eye contact and said nothing at all. I’ve been a customer for more than 4 years doing services for 3 cars in this location.

I have a new model Volkswagen and I usually do my own maintenance but Ive been disabled this year so I took it to this location,my last visit two weeks ago I knew I was in trouble when the man putting in the oil needed a second opinion on how to read the dip stick, the next day I lifted the hood found the engine shroud was not attached and it was a quart over full. Yesterday I took 95 and the belly splash pan fell off I got it home and jacked it up to find it wasnt attached properly they even tried to screw bolts in that didnt fit. Never again will I give these clowns my business, I guess all the stories are true.

Went in for a simple oil change, technician left my lights on and drained my battery- they told me they couldnt jump it that I had to purchase a new one and theyd put it in for me at no additional cost. After much discussion and reviewing the security film and seeing their employee left my lights on they did jump it. They told me my battery was bad and thats why it went dead. I immediately went and had it tested at another location and it tested just fine.Scam artists and rips offs. Jiffy Lube you should be ashamed!

Every time I come to his location the staff and management are provide excellent customer service. They greet you and ask how you’re doing, they hold the door open for you whe you arrive and leav. At this location the Mechanics and Management answer all of your questions regarding your vehicles service. If I had to recommend this location for service I would !! 🙌🏾🙌🏾

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!. I normally change my own oil and decided a couple months back to just take my car here to change the oil, because it was cold outside. BIG mistake! I just went to change my own oil again because its due and the Oil pan drain plug is completely rounded off or stripped in other words. Theres no way to get this out without a specialty socket set Im about to go buy for around $100. Horrible mechanics at this location!!

If your car is damaged while getting serviced at this Jiffy Lube, dont count on them to own up to it. Jiffy Lube chipped my windshield when they changed out my windshield wipers. The chip is directly under the blade. The windshield started cracking from the chip in the glass a few days later. Jiffy Lube will not take responsibility for the damage. They state that a rock hit the windshield while the wipers were moving to create the chip. Unfortunately, the Jeep has not been driven while using the wipers in the last 6 days since being at Jiffy Lube....

Arrived and the car was taken in straight away. The greeter was polite and professional. I was seated while they brought the car in then spoke with tech regarding what service I wanted. Didnt try to upsell me or other use other tactics to sell me things I didnt need or want. Car was done in 15m as promised. I presented my coupon, and was out the door. SOOOOO much easier and more pleasant than the dealer. Ill be back.

I used to go here, but stopped because the previous manager was always trying to upsell me on more product.Dispute earlier problems, I decided to try them again earlier this year because they are close to the house. Again I am disappointed.I was told on March 23, 2016 by the Jiffy Lube manager that my car (with 30,000+ miles on it) had developed a massive oil leak as the dip stick was dry when I came in. I knew there was no oil on my driveway and asked them if I could tell where the oil was going. They could not, but suggested that I take the car to a mechanic. Since the vehicle was still on warrantee, I told him I would take it to Ford. My Ford appointment is tomorrow, but I think I will cancel it.After 5 days and 188 miles, there has been no change in my current oil level. It remains perfect, leaving me to conclude that Jiffy Lube may have under filled my oil on my previous visit to this location.Also, I noticed that they recorded my mileage as 30,217 instead of the 30,817 miles it actually was. This would have gone unnoticed had I not been checking my oil level daily. That could have caused me to come back 600 miles early.I have to go somewhere else. I just dont believe I can trust these guys to do a competent job.
