If there is a star below 1 I would like to give that. We contacted them twice on call and visited once and again checked on call before sending our car for repair, everytime they said they will have a look and try their best to repair it. It costed us so much to get it towed to them and they just denied the receivable. The towing guy was good and just arranged to take it back otherwise I dont know what we would have done.

Having just relocated here with work, I wanted to find somewhere close and reliable to takeover oil maintenance for my Mercedes. The gent that handles the front end is AMAZING. Definitely my new spot for my general maintenance issues. They are quick, professional, and take the social distancing protocols to a new level. Great spot and reasonably priced.

Been coming here since i bought my first car. Along with my parents who lived in the area since 94. We all been coming here since day one because of how honest and quick they are. I never really had any major issues with them. They tell me exactly what needs to be fixed and nothing more. Unlike other auto shops that try and up sell you on every little thing. They don’t. If your car doesn’t need it. They don’t offer it. Simple as that. But everyone here is friendly and seem to be trained well. Will continue to bring my car back here.

It’s was quick and professional know exactly what to do and how to take care of it. It’s expensive but I can see why they quick with there work I recommend this place if u want to get it done quick.

I was expecting next day service. I was surprised to get a call 3 hours later saying your car is ready for pickup. Service was great and Im satisfied.

Customer service is good, respectful & well spoken. I just wish they could have told me on the phone that they don’t resurface rotors. So they will tell you to buy there rotors to charge you more money. When I called looking for break service at this Meineke. Don’t go to Meineke if you need your rotors resurface when replacing your breaks. They will tell you “ They don’t resurface rotors that only mom & pop shops do”. This is not true.

I had a good overall experience with this shop. I went here for an oil change because the Route 22 Honda dealership use Covid restrictions as a reason to cut corners. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The price isn’t the best but I was already there so I paid for it.

All though with the social distancing you can not wait inside the shop, I brought a chair I store in the bed of my truck and was quite comfortable. They were fast and very efficient. Lino the manager is always great, he greeted me by name and was a pleasure as usual.

Called for a quote and it was the same price as taking it to Mercedes Benz. I had a quote in Meineke in Passaic for half the price l was quoted in Bloomfield Ave. I considered this place since it was closer to me.

They had a good sense of humor since I came in with a Dallas Cowboys mask lol. Even though I scheduled 4 other appointments and never made it due to work. But they took my car and kept me up to date. Easy to schedule an appointment online. I told them what I thought it was, they took it for a test drive and confirmed, and gave me a price. And fixed after I approved it. Very reasonable.

Online appointment system is great. They took my car right in, inspected and provided thier recommendations. The repair was great, they called me as soon as it was done.I was done before most other repair shops open up, on a Saturday.

Asked them to cut mufflers and resonators (straight pipe) and they did it within a good 30 mins to an hour and the car sounded great. They are very professional and I can tell you they are about business.

Meineke always offer customers relevant coupons that can be used to discount services. The Bloomfield Ave location in Newark NJ has always been my go to location. They are very knowledgeable and provide great quality work in a timely manner.

I’ve brought my son’s car to this Meineke in the past for a muffler. Since I had such a great experience, I decided to bring my Toyota when it began to run loudly. I came as a walk-in and the front desk advised me of my wait time (Over an hour). Due to covid I was asked to wait in the car until they called me. It was such a beautiful day I pulled my lawn chairs out and my girlfriend I sat outside and enjoyed the breeze. Twenty minutes later they were inspecting my car. Another fifteen, someone came out to tell me the damage. I gave them the green light to proceed with the repairs and I was driving out the parking lot in under an hour.When I came to Meineke my car was loud enough to warrant a noise violation. But when the mechanic pulled up with my car I could hardly hear it was running. The price was reasonable, the service was excellent and they will continue to get my business.

Honestly, I dont think theres any other Meineke better than this one. Lino is the freaking man! Ive been dealing with him for years and his genuine spirit, hospitality, honesty, and customer service cant be matched. Lino and his staff always take care of me and vehicle!

I came here for an estimate the guy told me it would be over an hour just to check my car I asked him cant you give me a rough estimate of what it might cost like he quickly told me $2,000 like if he didnt want to deal with me so I told him thats impossible the parts dont even cost that much maybe to $300 and he told me oh well and I said thank you anyway and I left the guy at the front this is very rude and disrespectful I went to another meineke in North Arlington and wow what a difference. I will never do any business with meineke in Newark or never even bother there anymore either I would not recommend this place to anyone in Newark Youre better off going to the one in North Arlington a lot more professional and courteous.

Price is great, they are ready for your appointment on time and they dont take very long. Only downside is they have a small office and because of covid you cant wait inside, so make sure you are comfortable standing outside while your service is being done. I would recommend them to set a few chairs outside (6 ft apart of course) for customers. Maybe even a small canopy or tent. Excellent and rapid service, though.

Theres something to be said for doing things right the first time. I took my wifes car to my local mechanic and although he replaced a part, we still had a bad exaust leak that we dealt with longer then we should have. After reading great reviews on Google, I went to Meineke for an estimate. My car was evaluated and I received an exact estimate within a short time and requested the work be done. THE BEST MOVE I COULD HAVE MADE. I was so pleased with the service and professionalism I received. The car is fine, no more loud exaust and Ive got a new place to go to I trust now. Thanks guys.

I needed some custom work done underneath my RV which is very tall and needs a very large lift. I also needed to swap out the batteries underneath the RV. I brought everything 2 this location and they were super reasonable in how long everything took and how much they charge me. I could not be happier and I was very surprised.

I wish I could put zero stars, Went for a simple oil change and to get windshield wiper fluid. They did the oil change wrong and did not put the right amount my car needs. They also “topped off my fluids” by putting the wrong coolant in the reservoir and did not put the wiper fluid I needed. This mistake had me waste more time and money having to go to my dealership right after to get the coolant problem fixed, thankfully I caught it before it went into my radiator. The icing on top was the receipt having a memo that I had my tire pressure light on when the tires were fine and the only light I had on was an indication that I needed more wiper fluid. This was all for a fairly new car. Not going again. Very dissatisfied.

I am always leery of franchise service providers ... they are often far more expensive and the work can be very average. This Meineke Repair Center is NOT average! Their work is very good and the management are honest. I don’t think it’s the cheapest place, but I think they endeavor to offer good value. I have been a customer for a number of years for various muffler repairs and will be for the future. I would recommend them to a friend.

Other mechanics have looked and serviced my AC but it never worked correctly. My compressor is working fine but I thought I had a leak. So I brought it to Meineke. They took the car in check to see if there was any leak with their system and it turned out that there was nothing wrong as of yet my AC is working and it is cold I was told to wait a few days see if anything changes if it did to bring it back to them at no charge.

Was very friendly and professional. The guy at the front gave me an estimate and once completed price did not change and the work was done in a timely manner and done right would recommend.

This Meineke car care center is the one that I would definitely recommend to anyone. I really needed oil change and was concern about the timing it would take and the turn out. I called and scheduled appointment with Lino and he was very pleasant and professional over the phone. I drove in the parking lot, parked the car and asked for Lino, I talk to him and gave him my car keys as he requested and thought it was going to take about an hour. However it only took about 30 minutes. I Iike the fact that I could ask him questions about the work on car afterwards and he took the time out to explain everything to me that he did and if anything else was needed. I was very satisfied.
