Took my Model 3 to have springs installed. Alittle pricey compared to previous spring installs on other vehicles Ive had, but this car IS different, and price still seems reasonable compared to online quotes ive seen for others Teslas. Great Service, Great communication, job was done perfectly and Ill be back again with my wifes car as well as mine.

I brought my little CRX in for both regular maintenance and a few repairs we had on my bucket list. We opened a can of worms this round - as one does with 30 year old sporty toys. I had this to say after taking the CRX out for a real drive...Guys, wow shes doing great! Had the chance to go for a little drive this morning and Im quite pleased - performance is the best it has ever been.Sounds great thanks to the exhaust repairs.Acceleration is super smooth clean and responsive thanks to the intake upgrade.Handling is amazing, no more shaking at high speed.Tracking perfectly, best alignment ever!I really appreciate the team working through all of the challenges associated with this round of repairs.

Brought my 03 350z in for service the staff was polite and very professional. The price was reasonable for the amount of work performed on my Z. Wait area was very clean and staff wiped everything down to Covid-19 standards. J Tune has another satisfied customer and I plan on coming back for future services on my Z.

Warning - (warning) owner does not stand behind his work. I called and talked with the owner Hok to asked if he had the ability to tune out 02 sensors for passing emissions. He assured me he could perform this service and cost would be 750.00. I made appointment with Hok dropped off my vehicle no paperwork was filled out or provided. I received a call that evening that my radiator blew up on the Dyno, and needed a replacement additional cost of over 800.00. First off this is not what I agreed to only to tune out o2s. I said to fix it being my Armada was now undriveable and stuck in their shop . They said would be done following day, finally at closing they called me back that it was finished. Hok checked me out strangely asking me what octane fuel was in my tank. I drove approximately 5 miles had sudden loss of power, smoke from exhaust and dead truck on side of the road. I had Armada immediately towed back to them with many unanswered phone calls and leaving messages. The owner finally called late the following day saying I would need a engine replacement. I was shocked and told him I would see him the next day when they open in person. He said I should be upset with what happened. Two days later they emailed me that out of good will andadditional cost of 2,300.00 plus any undetermined amount for what ever else they decided. Basically a blank check once they started the work. I pleaded for Hok to rethink his position to fix my perfectly running Armada before he got his hands on it. He refused and after many attempts spanning of 2 weeks, I had my Nissan Armada towed from his business. This is my daily driver and work vehicle to carry supplies etc for work. I will be seeing Hok again this time in court. Run from this business dont be taken advantage of and chance losing your vehicle with a blown engine. Big big mistake dealing with this business.

I usually don’t write bad reviews but after getting my bumper back in bad shape I am fed up with the two shops I will write about.I brought my 300zx to get a total refresh with upgrades. I came to J tunes with pure heart and intentions. Things were promised and everything was good in the beginning. Things started to go wrong when It was brought to my attention that my lower rad support was broken. I said do we fix this now...I was told no. Any body can weld it after the build is complete. All my money started to become allocated towards the motor build. I bought parts and things started rolling. First quarter of the build the main tech working on the build quit. I was promised not to be worried and the car will be finished. Not the case!Outside of parts being on back order...the car sat for six months straight and motor on the engine stand. Nothing was installed or even thought of. Finally a contractor was going to install the motor BUT SAYS NO WE CANT PUT THE MOTOR IN UNTIL THE RAD SUPPORT IS FIXED. I had to scramble to find the part with no help from the owner. I spent countless money locating the part, shipping, towing the car to a body guy and etc. i was recommended AUTO BODY SERVICES. In the midst of the car going to the body guy they never put the needed part in the car when being towed. That left the owner needing to take the BRAND NEW BUMPERS to the shop. The Bumpers were not suppose to go to the body shop with out my consent.Once the car returned to J tunes the car sat in the shop for another 3 months with another 350z in my place. I got the run around on why the 350z hasn’t progressed. I finally removed the car from the shop. I was a good customer and paid my remaining balance. I go to get my bumpers from the auto body shop and the rear bumper was cracked. More money, gas, and repairs PLUS TIME needed to be wasted because of the poor judgement of J tunes owner. I have wasted a whole 9 months, wasted plenty of money, and over spent on this build because of the poor communication and handling of my build.My recommendation is go directly to the employees because they aren’t to blame. The mechanics are great people. I wouldn’t build a car at J tunes because they hoard all the customers and can’t deliver ! They are severely under staffed ! J tunes will run with your deposit and never say sorry or thank you. I’ve received little to nothing from the owner. I walk in and it’s like I’m bothering him. I don’t get acknowledgment. I always have to speak first like he is paying me for a service. Good luck if you plan to go here !

I had my 2012 370Z tuned on Uprev at J-Tune. Hok is the tuner there and he did an excellent job with my car. I am very happy with the way it feels after the tune. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and I appreciated the way he took his time with my car. He was willing to take the extra time to ensure the tune was perfect before turning the car back over to me. He also allowed me to give some input on how aggressive we went with the tune (on top of listing all of the available maps and having me pick 5). There are also some pretty sweet builds in their shop which were great to look at and some of the other employees there took the time to walk me through and tell me some info on each build. Really great experience and would highly recommend to anyone close to the area. Thank you Hok!

Hands down best experience. I went in to get a tune for the first time. The staff were very professional and were willing to answer all of my questions and concerns. Hok really took care of my car as if it was his own. He went over the car to make sure it was sound before it went on the dyno for a tune. Im very pleased with my experience and the team at J-Tune. I appreciate Ed for his hard work, honesty, and great customer service. Took my 2016 Honda Civic to J tune Performance for a D2 Coilovers installation as well as a K&N CAI installation. It took sometime while I waited inside their shop but ED was very thorough with his job and explained everything to me after completing the installation. Went back a week later for any adjustments that needed to be done and was not charged at all. Thank you for your work J Tune Performance; especially ED!

Great customer service from the owner and his team. They did quality work and kept me updated as expected. Only downside was it took a little longer than expected to get my car back. Heard about J Tune through a few of the online forums and decided to check them out. Recently had them install an Ark Grip exhaust on my 2010 genesis coupe and couldnt be happier. J Tune was in constant communication throughout the weeks leading up to installation answering all my questions and helping pick the best setup for my car. Installation was quick and exactly what had been invoiced. Because of how low the exhaust naturally hung, J-tune created an extra support to help raise and secure the exhaust better. All their work was double checked and they allowed me back to see what they had done before lowering the car. Their staff was very knowledgeable and gave great advice for moving forward.

Great experience. Asked me what I wanted and planned the stages of my mods accordingly. Silver Metallic 2004 G35 Coupe, AT stock.. A blank slate screaming for performance mods. Cant wait ...feel like a kid in a toy store!Wish list: Plenum spacer, intake mods, strut bar, compression test new platinum plugs, and maybe other stuff while Hok is in the engine. Suspension- adjustable coil-overs, new sway bars, a bunch of new bushings, cat back exhaust. Change fluids to premium ones, a lots of aesthetic stuff to make it look better.WOULD love to make it 6MT though.

Hok is the man when it comes to Nissan - extremely knowledgeable of Japanese performance parts - down to making sure every detail of the modification (and then some) is thoroughly looked over before the project even starts. Theres a reason why people come here from different states to get their car worked on. I live in PA. I have been going to this place for years and have seen all the behind the scenes work from exhaust to turbo kits to fully built engines. I had my 2006 350 worked on. They put an aps twin turbo kit, twin plate os giken clutch, os giken diff, suspension, etc. Car still gets beat on with no problems at all for years. Highly recommend this place

I found J-Tune through the web and decided to go in and meet with the owner (Hok) to ensure that it was NOT another so-called tuning shop that does plug and play kits and install musket like exhaust that pierces occupants and neighboring drivers alike...J-Tune people are humble, classy car enthusiasts.I was happy to find out that the owner Hok is an extremely dedicated enthusiast who refuses to compromise on quality and reliability. I recently took my 1st-gen Infiniti FX45 to Hok and have asked Hok to tinker with it. With the minor work that he and Mike (Technician and Master Fabricator) have put into my car...it made a huge difference in smoothing out throttle response, free flow exhaust and handling. What I like about these minor mods is that they are not intrusive and abrasive in style and sound; its a class act and have gotten multiple complements and even drive-by thumbs up from other enthusiast who frequent 95 hwy. More on exhaust sound notes...my previous one was too burbbly:) Loud pitch which I am sure must have annoyed the cars I passed by. The new exhaust totally sleeper under 2800 rpm; upon a healthy throttle depression and the FX45 comes alive with a deep and authoritative exhaust notes. This is thanks to a specially fabricated one of a kind drop cold air intake that Hok and Mike fabricated in house because none were made for fx45. It sounds beautiful thanks to the velocity stack that Hok had recommended. The sound is finished smoothly through a quality piece of hardware from Invidia, Gemini cat-back exhaust system with rolled titanium tips ...totally finished the look from behind.Besides professionalism and great workmanship...Hok, Mike and Niki were very nice work and talk to while I was waiting for my car to finish. I have spent entire days there because the car I am modding is also my daily driver. Thus far, work wise...Hok and Mike have giving me no reason but to go back to them and take my FX45 to the next stage of performance modifications; I have officially caught the modding bug...thanks J-Tune;)

I brought in my 2011 EVO X to get some performance upgrades(Exhaust, Intake, Intercooler, coils, clutch upgrade etc..), and worked with Hok to see what they could do. I must say that I was very impressed with the knowledge, and professionalism of Hok and his entire staff. Hok was great as he helped me pick out parts for my car using his own knowledge and previous experiences to get the best products for my car. He easy could have recommended more expensive parts to up his income but instead he showed me products that were great quality for a great price. I could tell that he truly cares about his customers and what he can do for them. Niki was also very informative by giving me frequent status updates on part orders, and installation. My experience was everything that I could hope for, and I highly recommend everyone to give them a call if they are interested in getting any upgrades or maintenance work done to their vehicle.

I became a Jtune customer for my 2009 GTR about 3 years ago in 2010. Since then, I have become a loyal patron for all of my and my wifes Nissans for modifications and even general maintenance.Hok was knowledgeable about everything Nissan, and helpful in guiding me to modify Godzilla to a full blown roadracing terror. As I occasionally did my own personal research, Hok assisted me in understanding the pros and cons of any ideas I had.Hok was detailed whenever he reviewed the changes and work he did to my cars. He taught me about issues to consider in the mods as well. He was also always honest with anything he did not know, or whenever there was an issue.His primary mechanic Mike is meticulous in his attention to detail. He is the perfect complement to Hok, and is a really nice guy.Rounding out some of their team is Niki, who is always fun and pleasant to talk to, as she provides accurate invoices and administration.Along with their exemplary team, their pricing was always fair, and as expected. As a CEO of a midsize firm, my standards are high, and Jtune has met those standards for me.

Very clean install on my 2015 Fiesta ST COBB Stage 3 package. Even with a snow storm they spent the extra time to deliver the car reasonably fast!
