The contacts are odd. Sometimes, rarely, they go in smoothly out of the package. But more common is they go in super uncomfortable. But somehow the discomfort will go away and I can wear them for the day. Usually if they are applying with discomfort I will rinse with some classic lens solution and then can make them work.Overall they dont really satisfy the convenience they are trying to solve. Plus you end up with a lot of plastic waste from the packaging that you can try to recycle. Overall not going to be a recommendation from me.

Everyone is giving them one star reviews and for great reason. The only decent thing about this company is the price. Everything else…quality of the lenses are awful. Scratch up your eyes and cause dryness issues that last you…add on the fact that I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for the past TWO YEARS and they still charge me 33 bucks every month sending a box to my old address. I’ve tried to cancel at least five times and when I call within their business hours for customer service (which are impossible to do with my work schedule) they give you a run around and make you give them information they know you don’t have. On the verge of bringing legal action into because 33 bucks/mo over 2 years is over $2000 stolen from me. Yup, that’s Hubble for ya

Contacts cart :Ordered contacts in May was great no issues. 2nd delivery was a total mess. Claiming the address was wrong, delayed return to sender two weeks later no contacts and customer service stopped responding, I had put the credit card charges in dispute... Terrible customer servicebuyer beware

Awful experience. Avoid them. A contact subscription isnt very beneficial when the contacts never arrive at a prescribed cadence.They regularly lose my contact shipments or they take weeks to arrive and youre left blind without contacts and desperate to talk to someone but they make it difficult to get in touch with an actual human and do little to rectify the situation.Really poor service and unreliable - any difference in cost is not worth it if youre without contacts for weeks at a time.Wish I could give less than 1 star.

The WORSE! i found out after i was on my last pair of contacts that they do not send your contacts out until payment of $50.00 it’s not even $39.00 i can’t see without contacts (my mistake i havent got back up glasses) it obviously was a pandemic and i lost my job i explained all of this in the email cause that’s the help center, emails back and forth it’s soo messy and confusing. Jeannelyn Nerosa ignored every question i asked and kept asking about payment. When i finally got upset and ask to speak to someone else she finally replied back to my questions but by then i sent another email out to speak to someone else.then Divina O. Relator even WORSE in this email i explained the horrible conversation with jeannelyn and EVERYTHING else!! I got a reply back of everything i said in bold and i replied saying i’m confused on this email, they said they couldn’t see my reply. so at this point it’s 2 days now of this emailing b.s I already put an order for my own glasses, i have insurance i don’t even know why i’m with hubbles. so i said i would just like to unsubscribe and take the $50 charge off my card. she then finally replied to the email of my concerns saying sorry then said no shipment due to card declined please lmk if i want them to run the transaction. I sent another email saying i want to unsubscribe stop charging my card, she replied saying she couldn’t see my reply AGAIN.they aren’t even good contacts! uncomfortable most times when putting them in your eye, it irritates your eyes to the point of taking it out & putting in another or eye drops. they also dry fast so keep solution near you at all times or it will fall out. SAVE YOUR $50 a month in other words

I feel so embarrassing when I ordered the contacts from you guys. It was soo soooo disgusting to be honest, why because I ordered contacts in April and now it’s Aug.., I didn’t received anything and I am not getting refunds. Always when I am trying to contact with the customer service they’re saying me until the order comes back, we can’t refund and now it’s been more then 4 months! Are you kidding me? It is a scam that I faced and I will never ever recommend anyone else to get in this trouble.

Great company to get scammed by! Signed up for the $1 trial for contact lenses. I hated them cheap contacts that dry out faster than you can blink. So I canceled my subscription, then was charged $49.99 the following month. So I emailed the company and informed them I had canceled my subscription and didn’t want the contacts. I was told refunds were not allowed but I would be removed from the subscription list. Fast forward a year later maybe two. I just received another charge for $49.99. I emailed again informing the company that I had canceled my subscription. I was told they had no record of my cancellation. But they would cancel “now”. I requested a refund and they said “ For quality control purposes, we don’t accept return shipments and cannot refund you at this time.”. My advice, stay far far away from Hubble. Company probably makes their contacts from recycled plastic bottles that are found in the ocean near China.

Never heard of the client having to monitor the tracking number and call once it’s delivered to receive a refund... Called two months after the return delivered because I had just thought to check and make sure the refund hit my account.. which it hadn’t.What’s worse is that I was never told in the email receiving my return label that I would need to call after they delivered.. pretty sketchy

My contacts have been lost since 2/23 (going on 20 days now) and they cannot provide me with tracking or when to expect them. My next shipment goes out next week and Ive been nearly a month without contacts. They have not offered to send new ones out or tried to resolve the issue in any way. I have been a customer for 4 years and theyre going to lose me over this one. They had no problems taking my $ on the 23rd but cannot send out a new shipment? Customer service is terrible.

Hubble contacts sounds like a great deal hearing it up front but please do not assume they will be able to cater to all your eye needs. To begin with, they do not offer contacts for people with astigmatism and now I come to find out they do not offer contacts with anyone with more than a -3.00. They do not offer inclusivity of eye needs which for a company this day in age is disappointing plus their contacts are not cheap and they keep raising the prices, it went from $30 to $33 and who knows how much they will continue raise the price. I was a customer but I am no longer after finding out how they do not really cater to all eye needs.

Hubble was able to help me figure out why I had two accounts and cancel the one I am no longer using. Best service through Facebook messenger and then email communication. Also just called NY office to get prescriptions right away.

Contacts were not great; I would not recommend if you have dry eyes. Difficult to cancel and they sent contacts to an old address and wouldnt refund me for the contacts I didnt receive. Dont even bother with the trial since its so hard to cancel.

Contacts are thin and dry out quick. Also the fact you have to call to cancel the subscription isn’t convenient at all. But 15 contacts for $1 you can’t beat if you’re on a budget.

Not even sure I want that. They were not that comfortable, but after the three issues above I do not trust them. Oh and they said it themselves our website is not secure enough to display your prescription (p. S. They tried to argue the whys before they agreed to cancel the subscription they subscribed me to without confirming its what I wanted.Classic bait and lock. Sorry totally untrustworthy! If you were that good, youd let people cancel. Then, they might be more willing to come back.

They do not make it easy to cancel. They say you can cancel by email or phone but that is a lie. You email to cancel and they tell you that you have to call. The contacts did not fit well, they were uncomfortable and made me dizzy.

Comfortable!I have been wearing Hubble contact lenses for 2 years. They are by far the most comfortable daily lenses I have ever used. I have used other brands that tear easily. The Hubble lenses are durable and never rip.

To start i havent used Hubble in almost two years out of no where i see a charge on my account from hubble for 178.96 i called the customer service rep said the charge was from their sister company contacts cart now no one is responding to anything . I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

I would give Hubble contacts 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible customer service, no returns or refunds & they make it extremely difficult to cancel. After attempting to cancel my trial via email they informed me that I must call to cancel which I then proceeded to do. The customer service agent asked if I would just like to pause my membership and I said no I wanted to fully cancel. They STILL charged my card two weeks later for $39. I called to get a refund because I had already canceled my account just to be told that they couldn’t find my phone call & could not issue a refund. I’ll be getting a new debit card because apparently even when you cancel they still charge you. AWFUL company & the contacts aren’t even comfortable. STAY AWAY

The contacts are ok, but dry out between 4-8 hours of wear, especially shorter in winter.Several overarching issues with this business: customers are obliged to register their credit card information but then cannot remove it without a long phone call to customer service (for me, I had to have an advocate from my cc company call with me and use the right legalese) ; customers cannot cancel or change recurring charges scheduled on their account without writing to Hubble or going through another long phone call to change this ; customer service is given a script (especially during the pandemic) to refuse refunds, reshipments and basically not to help in any way.I understand the US Gov recently passed a law making it illegal for companies to not allow someone to remove their cc info, so I hope as soon as this law is in force, Hubble ensures compliance.I had similar experiences to others here: they charged my card without any warning for nearly $300 (the prescription was long expired, they did not write me beforehand to confirm my prescription was the same, my address or if the date was ok) ; they sent no shipment alert or tracking information ; they sent to the wrong address ; they refused a refund ; they refused to send a replacement ; they were rude and unhelpful when written to and called by me ; they were rude and unhelpful also when called by me along with an advocate from my cc company (even she could only get them to remove my cc information — not to issue a refund or reship to the correct address) ; and their only suggestion was to “just go to the address where we sent them and try to find it”.Yes, you read correctly, they suggested going to a stranger’s home in a pandemic, in the town I used to live in, knocking on their door and asking if they had received a package that Hubble could not even confirm had been delivered.I will no longer be doing business with them. In my view, this change in practice (they sent alerts in previous years) is to make sure they get as much money as they can during the pandemic, when probably less people are wearing contacts. It’s gross short-term thinking business practices that I hope comes back to bite them in the end.

Charged for a subscription before I even received the free trial contacts. Apparently there’s a bs clause on their page saying they automatically charge you after 16 days which means they probably start shipping the contacts after 17 days to trap you. I spoke with customer service and could tell they were very used to being yelled at and complained To. I cancelled my “subscription“ and never even received the box of contacts I was unfairly charged for. Quite the scam. The worst part is, I liked the contacts from the free trial but I refuse to deal with this company/brand ever again.

Let me tell you why you shouldnt consider Hubble Contacts as your contacts supplier: Like anybody else, I was intrigued by the free 30 day daily lenses offer. My order had shipped on the 4th of the month, and about a month later, still not delivered, I called Hubble because I noticed that I was charged $128. Confused, because I didnt even receive the free contacts to even consider if I wanted to continue with the subscription. Customer service rep asked if I had read the fine print. It says this: Thanks for signing up for a Hubble subscription! After this first shipment, beginning 16 days after you placed an order for your first 30 Hubble lenses, you will be charged $124 + $4 s/h every 12 weeks for your quarterly delivery of 180 Hubble lenses unless you cancel your subscription. Thats great, if i had gotten the chance to even see if I wanted to continue. The point Im trying to make is that they are inadvertently coercing you into sticking with them. On top of that they make it very complicated to make returns. They dont provide a return label for you (if the package is unopened, and frankly, unwanted, this should be an option). Its just a mess of a company. Very sneaky and snakish. Will never, ever consider these guys again. Glad there are so many negative reviews. Oh forgot to mention, you have to call them to cancel 🙄. So not user friendly. The contacts are pretty trash 🗑 too.

Hubble gave me a free pack of trial lenses, and I cancelled the subscription so I wouldnt get more contacts after. Hubble charged, and shipped me a box even after that. They provided instructions for a refund and return, the ignored my emails, took the package back but have kept my money. Absolutely unbelievable.Edit: after much chasing on my part, I finally got a refund. But of course, it was not a full refund. They only gave a partial refund and kept shipping charges to offset their own mess up, so that it comes at my cost, not theirs. Extremely scummy company who makes it incredibly difficult to cancel or manage their subscription, and their trial is a scam to get you subscribed so they can take your money after. Avoid at all costs.

I changed my address and they decided to charge my card twice and send a box to my new address and old address and said I could get my money back if I returned this boxes that I never received, 2 months in a row. Hubble customer service and brand horrible. Also the lens the use irritated my eyes. I went to the doctor because the lens kept having a glare/glassy effect. I couldn’t see and kept blinking so many times because i didn’t have a clear vision. Customer service wouldn’t give me my money back. So now i have two boxes that i can’t use or return!

These people arent doing business the right way! Ive been wearing contacts for 25 years & these arent breathable which equates to uncomfortable & not healthy for your eyes (especially for those who wear contacts daily or for extended periods of time) , because they use an extremely outdated material & only have one size/shape of lens. Plus if you order these & decide to cancel or just dont need more YOU WONT GET A REFUND on any unopened (mine are still in the shipping box) contacts.

Hubble is great until your prescription expires. Then they close your account and cancel your order, rather than inform you that they cannot ship your order without a valid prescription. I found out there was a problem because they debited my account and later I had a credit. I was wondering why I hadnt received my order. I got a new prescription and asked them to please reinstate my account, only to be told that I had to open a new account. The customer service is outsourced and very unhelpful/incompetent. Ive been a customer for over a year and did not expect to be treated so terribly. I took my prescription to Aveo and Walgreens, and both processed my order quickly without question. I will never go back to Hubble.

They take money from your account and not deliver product. The contacts feel like Gorilla glue molding to form a contact and not easy on the eye and so they are scratching your eye ball I do not recommend him for any one and then the taking of the cash out of your account before you agree to use the contact on a permanent basis

This is the worst people i have dealt with. They charged my Credit card and will not refund me after I sent the contacts back it has been over 2 weeks. They tell me that Contact Cart is the one I have to call and they just send me back and forth im making a complaint against both company with bbb
