For my first ever visit great experience from start to finish. Staff was friendly and welcoming. And with covid I felt safe knowing how clean/sanitized everything was.

I had a really good experience at my appointment. There was not a long wait. Andrea at the front desk was really helpful when picking out my glasses. I even was able to adjust my glasses. DrRivkin was nice and was able to thoroughly explain what was going on with my vision. I would recommend for anyone to make an appointment with them!!

Definitely had a great experience here. The service is honestly unmatched. Would occasion come late to my appointments but I was always accommodated and didn’t need to reschedule. Many testing to make sure your eyes are kept healthy which I appreciate! There’s always an eye doctor ready to see you!There’s so much collection of glasses to pick from and the sales associate in charge would make sure you pick the right one with a price that’s right for you!

Dr. Compton is outstanding!!!! VERY Professional, Friendly, Caring. He works VERY Well with his patients explaining the whole process. Hes actually like a Teacher to say the least. He goes the extra mile for his patients with new innovations, finding proper referrals. My mom needed a special contact lens and he took his time to try different ones, fitting it properly and then matching it to the other eye color. Shout out to his team that follow along in his caring & attentive nature. The ladies at front are very friendly and helpful. Some of the names that stood out are Iris, Andrea & Madeline. Ty, for helping my mom and I pick out our frames.

This review is long overdue. We’ve been patients of Dr. Compton from the inception and we have been satisfied with having this establishment in our neighborhood. Everyone who works at his establishment is pleasant and warm. Their customer service takes the sting away from a regular eye doctor appointment. Andrea is so great! I trust her style and her expertise when picking glasses and sunglasses. I don’t have any style however when I follow her recommendations, I totally feel great! I receive so many compliments on my glasses as well as my shades as a result . She’s a gem! Lastly, Derek, the assistant was amazing when it came to not only myself but my 3 year old and 8 year old. His patience was truly unmatched!! Both kids came in after a long day of camp and my 3 year old gave him a run for his patience and he handled it with such ease and grace! As a parent, I can wholeheartedly say he has a gift. As a result, I’m sure our kids will always feel comfortable and safe to insuring they check their vision as a result of the overall experience. Compton is so highly recommended as it truly encompasses that downtown service with that uptown homey, community feel. Best of both worlds.

I love how he has all theses machines to make sure nothing is wrong with your eyes or vision. I also like and love that he has team that checks all types of ages. Romy was super nice and sterilized the equipment perfectly. The place is modern and clean. I recommend coming here since they also have very cute frames! The doctors are amazing as well.

The staff was kind and patient. I was seen in a timely manner. The facility appeared clean and well maintained. Everyone who performed a test or offered medical advice, including Doctor Compton were knowledgeable and polite with the information that was being shared. This was my second visit at Compton Eye Associates. Eye exams are extremely thorough and everything was explained clearly. They have so many up to date machines to really get a good examination of the health of your eye. All of my questioned were answered. I felt very comfortable and left with a good understanding of my new prescription.

This was my first time at this location. Derrick was very pleasant and was thorough with my eye exam. Andrea , the manager , was also very pleasant and friendly. She is very personable as well . She went over the prices for my glasses and gave clear details on what Dr. Cruz recommended (in regards to my prescription glasses) I’ve been to other places where they do not explain anything at all. Dr. Compton is amazing and has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Andrea, the front office manager is extremely helpful. She spent a great amount of time with my teenage daughter, to help her learn how to put on and remove contact lenses. It took a bit of time, but she is a confident and happy lens user now!

Very good, first Time coming here and I saw Dr.Cruz staff was very friendly. I had a thorough exam and felt like everything was checked to the very last detail. Also let them know I’m traveling and they were accommodating to make sure I get them before I leave.

I am very pleased with the services and care I received from this place. It started with a very thorough eye examination- they considered my history of double vision due to trauma , and made necessary recommendations to eye specialists. I am now, for the first time in awhile, thinking of how to take good care of my eyes.I have also decided to purchase my eyeglasses from here. They have a very good selection and Andrea was very helpful and patient with me- she actually picked the really nice frames that suit my needs and how it fits the shape of my face.The place and equipments are new and always kept clean and organized. They get you in and out, using cutting edge technology to assess youre exact eye prescription and read your eyes. They dont even need to dilute youre eyes anymore thanks to the new tech their using. DEFINATELY recommend and theirs even an eye glasses area where you can pick out youre frames right after youre eye exam appointment.

His Team members are professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable.I have been dealing with keratoconus for 20+ years, and have dealt with many eye doctors… but Dr. Compton has found the BEST solution for my eyes. Two years ago, He even discovered my 11 year olds lens prescription was mis-diagnosed. We’ve been coming all the way from Long Island for his expertise, and I will continue to go to him for a proper eye health. 5 stars is not enough, he is AMAZING!
