I bought a pre owned bag here and I received it yesterday and it is 27 years old which I was not aware of this fact. The company has agreed to allow me to return the bag for a full credit. This is a small company and I received a call from Bonnie who was very nice and agreed to allow me to return this when they clearly state it is a final sale. Just be careful and do your homework before buying to find out how old the bag is before you buy it. After 27 years nothing will look pristine so make sure you are aware it will look aged.

I’ve made two purchases from designer revival so far, and both were for Louis Vuitton bags that were sold out online. I am very pleased with my purchase. The bags were in excellent condition and even came with the original dust bag. I’ve had to contact customer service once and they responded super quick and resolved my issue with one email.

I had a fair experience. The collection is good, however, the clerk did make me feel uncomfortable when I checked out because of the inappropriate jokes she continued making as well as arguing with her colleague about connecting issue between POS machine and the computer. I usually have a high tolerance level and like to talk with people with strong personality since Im also in service industry, however, this time I could only stand there, smile and tried to take them as jokes but felt acward and even embarrassed.

Ordered a Louis Vuitton Speedy 40 for roughly 875.00 then I wired 30.00 for Overnight Shipping. Took over a week or so to receive it. Very Poor Condition! No lock & key! Zipper-Pull broke after 1 closing of Use. Very “ Dingy “ looking. Green mold around handles, etc. I regret not spending the little extra and buying brand new from Louis Vuitton.Don’t waste you’re money nor time!

I got an amazing saint laurent bag from the early 2000s for an amazing price and considering the color was beige I was so pleased at how perfect the condition was.Since quarantine I have been ordering more online and got a black nylon prada tote bag. I have a vintage rare Sue Wong cocktail party dress Inspired by old Hollywood Glamor. It’s in new condition I never wore it but removed the tag. It’s black and has high quality and stunning embroidery of flowers and leaves. Would you guys be interested in having it for resale. The product i purchased was authentic, the shipping was free and relatively prompt. But i would recommend that they store their bag better. My MCM tote since they kept one side folded it now has a permanent crease from this fold. It should have been stored upright with paper inside and shipped the same way.

I have shopped at this store for many years and recommended it to all of my friends. They have new inventory every single day, which makes each shopping experience that much more exciting! There are all different types of items from high end vintage to high end contemporary and modern brands. The staff are knowledgeable about each item in the store and also remember you and what you like. There is something for everyone! As for the consignment aspect, they are very attentive and helpful. They want you to make the most money possible. They are fair and always have their reasons for their prices. They are not difficult when it comes to answering questions about your account or just general information about the consignment process. All of the employees are very passionate about the store and you can tell they really love what they do!

I am honestly a bit shocked at this stores rudeness. I have been a regular customer for close to five years, stopping in once a week or so. Almost everyone in there would recognize me, and they know that I have spend a fair amount of money with them. In fact, one time, a charge didnt ring up properly, and I came back on my own so that they could charge my card, because I believe in honesty and integrity. I dont know if I can say the same for the store. This last last time I went in, they said that their point system wasnt working, though I knew I had points to use for money off. The woman was so rude- she didnt offer to take the points off until I told her I was frustrated and wouldnt take the dress. I also know this is the same person who rang me up the last two times I was there- in the past she had told me that I couldnt use the points for sale items, and that is fine, but she obviously knew that I wasnt lying about having points. This was not a sale item and was eligible for the money off. She insisted that I show her my rewards on my phone or email, though I can tell you that I have never gotten an email or text message from them. As somebody who works at a fairly high powered job, I dont miss or emails- my career would be over if I did. She said that she had to protect the store. Really? If you want to protect the store, try not insulting your regular customers so they no longer spend money with you. Im not sure whether this woman was one of the owners. If she was, you can be guaranteed that I will never spend another penny with them. If not, and she was simply a sales clerk, then I would appreciate speaking with the owner.

I ordered a Brown Burberry Haymarket Check Canvas Crossbody Bag from them and when I got it, it had an awful smell, i understand there (vintage) but when I opened the bag to see the lining inside it was plastic, the outside look fake not authentic, no serial number, it had burrberys on the plaque, there description didnt state that, it had a tag on it like cardboard Blake on one side, look like a bag from the flee- market or bags people try selling to you in the streets, i contacted them they were so rude, and told me they would take it back but 15% restocking fee would get applied, Im so disappointed I had to call my bank, I paid $15. Myself to ship it back to them, $475. Was what l paid, and getting the bag and seeing the Condition of it was not worth it, i hope this doesnt happened to anyone

So I had made an order on 7/15/20 and didnt receive the bag until 7/31. I was sent the wrong bag the first time but with the right order slip which didnt make sense. I called the next day to let them know what happened and the lady I spoke with on the phone was very rude and did not want to help me whatsoever and said that I had to wait for Bonnie to return to work. I spoke with Bonnie who was helpful but promised overnight shipping for the mistake. They said I just had to ship back the wrong bag which I did right away. I was also charged for route shipping which I told them I did not add but when I received the tracking info it was shipped normal ground and not overnight which was upsetting but at that point I just wanted my $1000 bag that I bought for my fiancé for her birthday. Her birthday was on the 22nd so it had to be a late gift. When I received the bag it was in good shape overall other than the fact it was super dirty, and smelled like a goodwill. It had a lot of dirt and dust all over the bag and had to have it cleaned. Other than all the confusion, late arrival, and the promises broken, my fiancé was happy with the gift. For the price I paid for the condition of the bag and everything I had to deal with i couldve paid a little more for a brand new one from LV themselves, so I suggest do your research first then decide.

On July 16th 2020 I ordered an vintage Fendi bag that I’ve been wanting for sometime . On July 17th I received an disheartening email from Bonnie stating they made an error and the bag was previously sold and should’ve been removed from the website . My heart drop ( I love this bag) Bonnie went out is her way to rectify the situation with offering me a full refund or 15% off a new order.As I went to inquire about a another bag , she was so kind to give me details about it. As I slept on ordering this bag as a replacement ,Bonnie contacted me the very next day with great news that the warehouse has another Fendi bag in the same style but it was slightly larger! I was so happy and truly appreciative that she went out of her way to make it right ! I have purchased 4 amazing bags from them and will continue to look to them for more great finds .. I came across Designer Revival on line while searching for preloved designer items. Every purchase I have made (which has been a few now) has exceeded my expectations. My most recent purchase was a pair of Burberry ear muffs. They came perfectly packaged (as always), exactly as described and with a receipt. I find myself always coming back to this store for all my preloved needs as they are continuously updating their site with newly added merchandise. I always love to browse what my next purchase will be. In my opinion, Designer Revival is the super star of preloved designer items.

The best consignment store I have ever shopped! They have the most helpful staff that made my shopping there so easy and fun. Not only are most of their pieces on trend and current, but they are priced very reasonably. I think you can find the best deals at the store, but their website is very easy to shop and is always up to date with their newest arrivals, so every time I look theres something to be found. Truly a hidden gem in the Upper East Side!

Im a vintage enthusiast and this is easily the best shop Ive found in the city, even better than my shopping hauls in Soho! Items range from recent (some even have tags) to quality vintage pieces. I can spend hours just going through the racks and trying on everything from coats, to shoes and even accessories.

Only giving them an extra star because I have been able to sell a few items here, but their customer service and management system needs a lot of improvement. When you drop of your items, you get an email with the prices theyll be listed for and if you have any issues with it, youre expected to call right away and let them know either to negotiate or to remove your items from being listed.The most recent time I dropped off items, I didnt receive the email so I called in to follow up. They said it could take anywhere between 7-10 business days, so I let it go. I leave on vacation, come back, only to realize I never got the email, so I emailed requesting the pricing and received an email back with a few prices I really did not agree with. Unfortunately also included in that email was a quantity of 0 for the items, meaning that it had sold.When I called about how upsetting this was, they explained that under contract that dont need a sellers approval to sell at this price. Despite not remembering having signed something that included this, the email with the prices they do send you DOES say to let them know if youre unhappy with the prices, which, if I had received the email as I should have after 7-10 days, I would have done. However, I never got that email and thus never had the chance, despite someone telling me Id be getting it soon. I was extremely upset about my item being sold at a price I wasnt comfortable with, knowing how much I had paid and the condition it was in (polarized, included cleaning cloth, case, outer box and pamphlet), this was not something I am ok with and no longer feel like leaving my items there is a safe bet.Additionally, when I went to pick up another item that hadnt sold (a pair of shoes), they threw out the box I had left, which, for reselling elsewhere, is super important. When I asked about it, I was asked Oh, they didnt tell you? They probably threw it out. Nope, thats another thing they didnt tell me and now to sell them somewhere else will be significantly harder. Do not see myself coming back here any time soon.

I would leave 0 stars at this point. My husband bought me my first LV purse on 12/21, I was so excited. Well until I received the purse today 1/3 and it’s the wrong bag! I ordered a purse at the price of $1060 and received a purse that was also sold except for the price of $775. Huge difference! Tried calling the store, get told there is nothing they can do, they have to reach out to the internet manager. Seriously?!? Do not do business with this business, at least over the internet!Update: I was refunded immediately after shipping after I complained that I have a $775 bag and they had money for a $1060 bag. I was offered a discount after I complained that they did not try to make the situation right with me. A whooping 10%, thanks but no thanks. Please note the bag I purchased for $1060 is still on their website now for someone else to purchase. Another honest mistake made???? Also, I would like to note I was not called initially only emailed until I asked for the owner to reach out to me and even then the internet manager called not the owner. I reached out and emailed the owner directly and never heard back.

During my time there I was lucky Enough to have delt with Donna and Julie who went above and beyond to find me the perfect dress, they are truly and amazing pair! With such a positive experience I decided to inquire more about there consignment process, this is where I met Shayna who has become my go to girl! Designer Revival is the BEST luxury consignment store in NYC. They have gem pieces that you cant find anywhere from Chanel handbags, Burberry coats, Alexander McQueen... all in perfect condition.. Plus they have people that come to your house to clean out your closet... Its a MUST!
