Rude and overpriced

They did very well, sold my items very quickly and I got paid as they said I would. Was my first time doing this, and all went smoothly. Employees were very friendly and helpful. I ended up buying something too, as sale mad the prices too good to pass up.

I left there a nice pristine looking Valentino jacket made of goat leather for consignment. A couple of months later they sent me a check for 30$. What??? Are you guys kidding me? Thiefs is who you are. The shirt easily costs 200-300$$ even to be considered to be a bargain and with your outrageous prices 30$ is all I get? Also the staff is rude classless people.

One of those places you just need to remind yourself that you will like that piece you are looking at and that you will do it regardless of the extremely unpleasant staff (not) attending you .So forget about a lovely experience . Focus on the clothe . Or just pick another store . There are so many :)

Great consignment shop. Very well curated and the staff is friendly without being bothersome. If you put in a little time here, they will start giving you discounts.

We all know designer suits markups are ridiculous these days, especially considering the declines in materials and workmanship - this is sadly true with even bespoke.I own suits from the 50s through the 70s that have lasted the test of time and still get compliments from designers and the dry cleaners (who know materials). Theyve outlasted even my bespoke suits with barely a shrug.Needless to say, I just cant justify spending the kind of money designers expect you to pay off rack, and Ina is phenomenal for avoiding throwing money away needlessly. The staff here are fairly selective of what they accept, but the prices are spectacular. Sure, the selection is slimmer than if you were at a retail store, but, thats also part of fun. Highly recommended.

Really small shop but there are some good finds. As a consignment shop, all the clothing is used, but there are some good deals. No bargains though.

INA always has great pieces and rare finds and get new inventory all the time. One of the most important staples of NYC fashion.

Rudest service ever!!! The staff with the white long hair once noticed that I’m selling right now instead of actually buying the stuff, he just kept wiping the invisible ashes on each table and did not even turn the head up even when we are talking! Is that because I’m Asian and caused the racist? Or is that because I’m not wearing any high-end brand?

Rude people just because one simple confusion. Employees really rude and not good with tourists. Really sad reaction from the store manager.

Great consignment to find vintage, streetwear or luxury brands

Great place for upscale thrift finds. Dont tell anyone about it though.

Rude staff. They dont help customers at all, instead just talking among themselves. I even asked to try on an item, stating that I was just curious and not commited to buy it at the moment, and the manage flat out refused my request.

Over priced merchandise, and every time I go into this location the sales woman is texting on her phone, and incredibly snotty and unhelpful. Its shocking that they cant hire someone better to work here.
