Customer service always stands out for me. Their selection was pretty low the day of my visit, however, the team did an amazing job to accommodate.

Groups of miscreants outside the doors dont know what they were supposed to be doing but i got offers for illegal substances, and you cant tell if its an actual illegal substance? So if your looking for spirits you might go somewhere else!

One of the places that really is iconically Minneapolis to me. Whats going on here is whats going on in Minneapolis. For all the good and all the bad I appreciate this establishment coming back after much needed social unrest.

Place is trashy. Parking lot full of cars and people hanging outside. This is what you call the Hood!

Theyve got everything, a good selection for sure. Best prices Ive found around mpls so far and they frequently have liquor specials. Never disappointed with selection or price here.

The area is unsafe because people hang outside in the parking lot doing whatever they want. The area is dirty and unwelcoming.

One worker by the name of tramaine WAS ESPECIALLY nice great customer service in fact he was the nicest person Ive ever encountered there .so I will give you all a 4 because of that gentlemen.

They need to do something about the walking trash that litters the front of the store that tries to spread there filth to the rest of society. I do not feel safe bringing people I care about with me and leaving them in the car. I will not go there again!

Too much activity going on in front of the store

Just buy wine. But the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. One of the managers (evenings) is a short woman, she is very good. The only problem is their strip mall parking lot is a little scary, thats not their fault and they do pay and have a Minneapolis police officer in the store a lot, so they do the best they can. They should really move to a new location. This location holds the store back I am sure of that.

Nice selection, bright open and good prices. The parking lot can be challenging at times, as well as the exterior area near the entrance and exit doors, lots of folks hanging out. The store itself is always clean and pleasant and the staff are always helpful. I commend them for their great customer service and wonderful patience.

I like their prices but every time I go in there, and back out I have to cross paths with at least 10 dope dealers offering to sell me weed. Thats bothersome to me and I dont understand why they dont get a security guard to prevent that from happening.

I have always had a good experience here. The beer I buy is always cheaper here than most places around town. They have a pretty large selection of beer and liquor, as well as wine.

They are high in price but at least they offer discounts and free ice if you purchase over $100 minimum so that’s Kool much better than MICKYS

Basically put its a Hood liquor store to say the least. It has been around for ages, a go to spot. Its Organized which makes it easy to navigate thru the store Well lite and the Customer Service is always Great! Definitely a recommendation if ur in that area.

To be fair, I only had one experience with them. They get two stars simply based on their selection. I placed an order with them for delivery and it never got delivered. I got a call the next day explaining that they no longer do deliveries for orders less than $100. Couple options for you guys - say that on your website, and if thats the case, let the customer know when the order is placed, not the next day after the order was already missed.

The parking lot is full of people just sitting around doing nothing. Additionally, the parking lot is full of potholes that are difficult to maneuver around. This makes for a dangerous situation for people driving their cars through the lot. A lot of work needs to be done in that area and especially on that corner.

Sorta THEE place on the Northside for good liquor selection at decent prices. That is, if youre cool with a pretty seedy parking lot on a pretty dangerous intersection. Youll be fine, just dont start any fights and be respectful.

Dont hate Merwins, just the environment it has created. It is an area I dont go to often, clients go to the check cashing place inside of the store, while being harassed for change, cigs, you wanna buy, fights, etc No security as I guess they think its ok....

Check cashing, burner phones and cheap booze all in one convenient location. Entrepreneurs seem to also hang around for other odds and ends. Not my scene anymore. but for those who are this is the place.

I Love Merwin! This place has a huge selection, good deals, easy website too...and they deliver free to most of the twin cities. Even their non-sale prices beat a lot of sales other places. Highly recommended!

They are almost historic in the community but they need to keep the rif raf from hanging outside.. After work i should be able to grab some wine with my daughter without going through a gate of 50 street mfks first..

My experience was great for a change as well as getting in and out quickly. Also the cashier was friendly and polite.

Hate the smell but love the deals. Here and Camden liqour and the liqour store on lake and Chicago got the best deals. Hands down. Too much traffic entertaining otherwise and can be dangerous but great deals!
