The staff is amazing!!! I went in and an associate asked me if I needed help, I told him my wine preference, and walked out with 6 bottles of wine that he could describe every detail of! I wanted to try a white wine, which Im.not familiar with, and he asked what my food preferences were. Being I have e children that live off of mac and cheese, he found a wine that pairs well with it. The level of customer service here is top notch. They truly know what they are selling and took the extra time to walk me through the store to find me exactly what I like. This is my new go to!

The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I have wanted something that they didnt have and they were able to brainstorm really great substitutes neith me. They are dog friendly. I drink more beer than wine. The beer selection is decent (even though it is a small store): a lot of local and domestic, and some international beers and other malt beverages, saki, etc. The liquor selection is small, but seems to be high quality. I really recommend this neighborhood liquor store.

Amazing store! They carry a great selection of unique whiskey, including some they have bottled specifically for the store. Whether its wine, beer, or liquor you can pick up any bottle and you know youre getting something good. This is the first place where I found a wine for under $20 that I would buy again and its entirely due to the staff asking the right questions to help me make the right choice.The staff is always a pleasure to talk to. They have good recommendations and offer quality banter should you invite it.While a lot of stores might be clean and have booze, nothing can beat the charm and prices of Cork Dork. If you care about getting a quality product, an honest recommendation, and/or supporting a local business I dont know where else you could shop.

I love this place! Visited mid-June, 2020. This company cares about the safety of their employees, customers, and public.Employees were cheerful, wearing masks, monitoring number of people in the store and facilitating physical distance of customers waiting outside. They could not have been nicer or more helpful.Please patronize this fantastic business.

Honestly, everything about this place is great. Not too big. Everything in here is interesting, and some of it is hard to find elsewhere. Staff is friendly and experienced.

A great neighborhood wine shop, with a few beer coolers and a corner for spirits. Its small, but everything in it is good, so the size doesnt matter much. Staff is knowledgeable.

Excellent neighborhood location! Small but dont let that fool you as their selection makes up for its size. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Prices are fair and with Carbones and Italian Eatery within skipping distance it makes for a perfect, convenient location.

This place is a real gem. Theres a great craft beer selection. And for a small place, they have a ton of selection and are always getting new and interesting local beers to try. The staff are friendly, know their stuff, and give great recommendations.

This little place is amazing. Dont be fooled by this small shop; they have everything you need. This is one of the best wine shops in the city. Dont come here if you are looking for yellow tail, although you can still get a very solid wine for around 9 dollars (or you can get something absolutely amazing for around 20). The guys that run it are really cool and know every nuance about every single bottle they sell.

Stopped in for the first time this past week. When asked what I was looking for- Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand- I was told We only have one because they all taste the same This was said with a clear and distinct derision. I dont think they all taste the same. There is a flavor profile and its one I enjoy, I felt I was being told I had poor taste. The man working there could have made suggestions for other wines I might enjoy but no he just wanted to let me know my tastes were inferior to his.

Knowledgeable staff is an understatement! I almostwanted to start walking around and just picking up bottles of wine and saying what is this one come from what kind of wines in here. A grouping of people with really great knowledge of wine.I definitely have ample beer choices here to some of the greater ones from the twin cities. Deals like you wouldnt expect from such a small. Easily accessible from the neighborhood. Convenientparking and access to groceries good coffee and a plethora of popcorn flavors from across the street.

I cant emphasize how much I love this place. It is so unpretentious, yet has one of the most well curated selection of wine in the city. You can pick up a really solid wine for 9 bucks, or splurge on a $25 bottle that will rock your world. The laid back dudes who work here are extremely knowledgable about every bottle they sell. Good beer selection too.

Good neighborhood alcohol source. Its not a huge store, so this isnt the place to go for a wide selection. However, whay they do stock is an interesting assortment of wines and beer with a small corner of liquor. The staff is very knowledgeable and make excellent recommendations!

Was here with my wife yesterday for the third time in the last 18 or so months. Each time weve stopped here the staff is patronizing and condescending to those of us with limited wine knowledge. And dont dare ask if they stock a wine or item you dont see. They go off on a rant about being small, niche, etc. We left twice without purchasing anything. Theyve been given three chances, I will not set foot in here again.

I love having Cork Dork in the neighborhood. I really appreciate having a curated selection of wines since I get lost in the big stores. The shop always has a nice selection of wine varieties that hadnt been in my repertoire before shopping here - albarino, torrontes, beaujolais, Theyve added some great craft beers too. When I buy here I feel like I cant go wrong.
