Visited this location about a week ago and by far the best experience Ive had getting my annual eye exam! Techs were great, helpful and attentive. Also, my experience in the retail side was welcoming and employees are knowledgeable about the product they are selling. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I am not sure why anyone would give this location 1 star, because I will definitely be back next year!!

Amazing experience! The service and eye exam was great. People are friendly to and helpful, willing to clarify any questions or concerns. When visiting, ask for Adonay.Also, they accept vision insurances, definitely a plus!

I called to place my appointment and once I got there they told me that I didn’t have an appointment, I asked if the phone number was the one they show up on the website and they told me that was not their phone number, when I showed them the website and the phone number then they told me that it was correct, but they didn’t have an appointment under my name. My question then is who collected all my information and placed an appointment through your phone number and website? Please, be truthful with your costumers, this is completely disrespectful and unprofessional.Front desk lady was speaking English with the person I was talking to check the appointment, telling him to schedule me an appointment for another day, first, I’m bilingual, second, don’t try to speak another language in front of me like I don’t understand, it’s unprofessional and disrespectful.17/05/21

Let me start by saying that the majority of the staff is very friendly and the store was following great measures to avoid unnecessary contact which is why I gave some stars. They also have specific times for walk ins which is awesome.However, the associate trying to sell me the glasses was not trained properly addressing different styles with proper vocabulary and how to talk to the customer. He went off trying to explain himself after he mistakenly targeted me as wanting to look from one gender or the other because according to him my face was too big (idk what he tried to say yet). He also talked about how my old frame was too small for my face and did no effort to explain with a different frame as an example, instead he said well you should go with this one and overlook the gold details you didnt like so much (settle and wear those glasses for a full year I guess). I did my exam and was ready to purchase glasses today but left because I dont think I should reward this behavior and respectfully gave him my feedback. He didnt noticed wrongdoing I want to think, because it was borderline discriminating at some point saying maybe we dont have anything for you here. It is not his fault though if he wasnt properly trained, but I dont know if he was so my review is for him.

This is the only visionworks we will ever go to from now on. Wendy was amazing . Shes kind, knowledgeable, and very efficient. She even gave us advice on the frames for our type of prescription and face shape. She is an excellent sales woman. I was not expecting to leave with a pair of new sunglasses but Im glad I did! We will always come back because of Wendys great customer service !!!

Eye drs office asked if I had contact with anyone with covid19. I explained i tested positive back in june. I showed them my negative results from June 28. I was told the dr would not see me until the 30th. Its bad enough to have had the virus but to be discriminated for having had the virus ..unacceptable

I had a wonderful experience with Wendy and Clara. I showed up five minutes before closes and I needed was new gummies on the inside of my glasses, the part that rests on the bridge of your nose. They fixed my glasses within five minutes and answered questions I had about an eye exam with them. Very friendly and kind. I will definitely be returning!

Great customer service (hence the 2 stars) but very bad quality control. Made a new pair of glasses and had to go back because one of the lenses had a defect.After waiting a week I get a text message saying they are ready to pickup so I go and this time being sceptical I thoroughly inspected both lenses. The affected one was replaced, good, but the one that was good was now affected.I kindly asked for a refund and the person there was very helpful. I appreciate not giving me a hard time but at that point I had to take my time and money somewhere else.

SUPER RUDE! I went in for a consult and the lady and guy in the front didn’t even acknowledge when I came in. The lady mentioned that the doctor doesn’t see patients after 3pm. Really rude customer service. Will be taking my business somewhere else !

**2021 Update**Still great customer service. Adonay was awesome trying to make adjustments to glasses I bought that ended up being too tight and uncomfortable. I ended up picking a new pair and he was great making the exchange process very easy. Very helpful.-------------------------2018Great customer service! Thanks to another place that couldnt give me a correct prescription, this Visionworks really provided me with a lot of customer service. From the first day I went to this location (and I went to others prior) they were always more than kind, friendly and helpful. I needed to go back to the other place three times to try to Clarifye my prescription. They were always patient and continued to correct my glasses until the third prescription I received from the other place was close enough for me.I cant say enough how helpful Melissa, Stephanie and Mel where. Visionworks is lucky to have them all, especially a great GM like Melissa who obviously knows how to train and keep up a good staff and make customers happy.

Great customer service! The services here whether it is getting new glasses or having your eyes checked is expensive. You need to bring with you coupons on your smartphone or from the Sunday paper. Other than that, the employees are very gracious especially Mel!!!!!!

Sadly, my experience with one of the employees was awful. I came to pick up my glasses. She treated me with so much disrespect and attitude. She was quick to judge, disrespectfully speaking her mind and I left the store upset and without my glasses. She lacks interaction skills, customer service skills and she needs a big lecture of politeness. I requested a full refund and I will not be returning to this store. The manager then called me to apologize and to say how her employee is a sweet girl, almost defending her disrespect to a customer.

The optometrist was really nice and took her time with me. However, the staff needs some work. Theyve ordered my contacts wrong 2 times already, both by different employees. It becomes a hassle because then I have to wait even longer. Its a bad impression and makes me not want to go back.

Just dont come here. Even if you have the best insurance on U.S they will tell you it doesnt have coverage with them. They try to get money from you and try to ignore your insurance. The service sucks, and the doctor is really rude. I called and some guy named Mel Curet answered saying my insurance did not have coverage with them, when my insurance said it would cover everything. After I finally got my eye exam and paid the copay the told me they could not give me the glasses and the frames!!! I paid the copay, why didnt they say it before. Just no

I booked the only open time slot for the day a 4pm appointment for my wife, we called throughout the day to push it later but were told it was not possible.At 3:58pm two minutes before the appointment I recived a call from Visionworks asking me if Id like to move the appointment to 4:30pm as that patient showed up early which I declined.When my wife arrived she was told that she would not be seen at 4pm as confirmed and that the slot had been given to the 4:30pm patient.Unprofessional and unacomamdating.

Terrible attention, they left me sitting waiting even without a line, and the delivery of the glasses was without explanation, as if I had bought a stone. The cost of the lenses was unnecessarily high. The focus was more on charging than providing good service. I do not recommend them.

On the internet site the lacoste appear at 119.97 usd but when you show up at the store the price is different is 199 usd, even though I showed the offer to the seller he told me that that was the price

Terrible attention. A despotic and rude treatment. I was insulted and harassed by the employee Adonei and the other Mrs. who attends shouting at me in front of other clients. They should close that business. You go in good faith to request a service and from the first day they were rude, they treat you like rubbish. They made me go for 4 weeks in a row to finally play guitar in front of other clients. The optics doctor is a witness. This is not worth a star, they are the worst service I have ever had anywhere in the world. I hope they close them.

The truth, like all the opticians, always wants to make you the most expensive, and at the beginning I let myself be tricked, but I returned the next day and a very attentive and helpful girl attended me, making all the changes and adjustments that I requested. Excellent service!!!

OPTICAL OFFER says buy a lens and another one you get for FREE is totally LIE I explain, I went there my exam that came out in 125 and my boyfriend took the same exam in 55 and it was the same process! Ok at the time of paying my mount comes in 220 and his in 200 when we went to pay to send the crystals to make the girl gives me the total of 800 almost 900I ask the girl if that is the promotion and she told me ifI say what is the offer?And she tells me that is thatAnd I say ok is one is paid and another free crystals and everythingAnd she says yesOk if my glasses are worth 220 my crystals come out in 600? Only crystalsAnd she yes yesIs there really an offer or is it simply a way to grab customers?
