Everyone is very nice in person and on the phone. The office is clean and they are still managing it in a way that is appropriate for social distancing and keeping people safe! As I was there, every piece of equipment I used was sanitized throughout my visit.My contacts came in very quickly and the staff and Dr were all very helpful and answered all my questions!I love that I found this eye doctor!!

Excellent visit! I went on a Wednesday and I was seen by Dr. Rodriguez( I think that’s what her name was.she had long blonde hair) she was very professional and extremely patient with me with trying to figure out which prescription works best for me. I haven’t been in the office since 2016. All the staff was very nice and everything was up to covid standards and distancing. They had a deal with contacts and glass with a contact rebate so I took advantage of that. I also like that I have 3 more appointments for 30 days to perfect my prescription. Will be coming back!

I came back to pick up my contacts and I’ve been seeing clearly. The doctor is very professional and attentive. They helped me get my things quickly. Everyone was wearing masks which was safer. I recommend people coming here to get their glasses and contacts done. I am very satisfied with the workers there!

Family Eye Health was excellent during my visit. The office is definitely kept clean and safe especially due to the covid precautions. I had a great experience in the office of Dr Ivana Estrada. The office staff were very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr Estrada explained with details the results of my exam as well as any questions I had. Something I liked was that they sanitized all the machines before the exams which made me feel safe during my visit. I would definitely come back next year for another follow up exam and will highly recommend this office to all my family and friends. 👍🏻

I would suggest asking the patient if they want to wait for glases or come back another time. I waited 15 minutes before realizing that i was not going to be fitted for glasses for a while, since their were other customers, being worked with. It is a long process for some people one patient was deciding on glasses for the whole 1 hour that i was there.

Havent been to an eye doctor since the shut down. Went to Family Eye Health for the first time. They take precautions very seriously. I was impressed by the pristine state of the office, and its modern look. Im very picky about cleanliness. This place made me feel very at ease. Mitzi took me to do the preliminary tests on their state-of-the-art equipment. She was polite and professional. Jessica took me to the exam room. She was friendly and obviously very knowledgeable about the office, the equipment and how to make patients feel welcome. I got fitted for contacts with Dr. Natalia Rodriguez who was thorough, and very kind, explaining each thing she was checking for. She had the patience of a saint assessing my vision, as I decided which view was better the first or the second. Ive always hated that part, and Ive always avoided having my eyes dilated. She made me feel very comfortable for both things. She even taught me a bit about my eye and its composition. Yamila helped me at the end with payment and receipts for insurance. She was also the friendly voice on the line that had helped me make a convenient appointment. I look forward to going there again next year for a pair of snazzy Silhouette glasses!

Rude staff, very disorganized, I walked in with no mask and no one told me anything, I had already dealt with several people from the office including the doctor and no one advised me not even once that I had to wear a mask until the very end of my appointment. They made me leave with out even being able to finish picking out my glasses! Extremely unprofessional.

Great experience yesterday. I had been very overdue for an exam (my own fault). Staff is courteous and helpful. They really care for their patients needs and wants. Also, they are cleaning each machine prior to use, requiring maks at all times and have safety an upmost concern.

I came for the first time and had a great experience. My examination was very in depth and I’ve never seen some of the machinery they used. It’s very organized and the staff is friendly. They kept everything sanitized, and Doctor Ivana was sweet and quick. I will be coming here again!

The doctor was excellent with the explanation of the diagnostic tests and it was very clear that she is very knowledgeable and very good in her field. Also, they provided help with the insurance and all the applicable discounts available so that I was able to get my first choice in frames and lenses. Finally, the office is modern and beautiful and the staff is pleasant and efficient. I did not have to wait very long because they seemed to be organized, which is rare these days.

I had a retina detachment surgery on my right eye three weeks ago and I called the office for Dr. Estrada to check my other eye since my recovery is going to be for about two month. I made my appointment and Dr. Estrada was very thorough checking my left eye to make sure I can see as good as possible during this time of recovery. WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE! My family of 5-have been patients at this practice for several years, we are no strangers to the doctor or the staff, always very gracious and the doctor very knowledgeable. I made an appointment last year for my youngest daughters annual check-up @ 6pm today. We have 1-car, so this means my husband had to leave his office early, pick me up early from my office, I had to drop off my husband and navigate Miami rush-hour traffic to get to the appointment, which I managed to do so. I confirmed my appointment twice via phone calls and twice via text; I advised them of my new insurance and explained on both occasions that I did not have the ID cards yet but that I would bring all of the information with me to the appointment - both times stepping out of meetings to take the calls since I recognized the number and out of respect to the doctor. Upon arrival today, as I pleasantly found the staff at the front office, I noticed an unusual look - when I proceeded to provide the details of my visit and insurance I was simply told, Your daughters appointment was canceled, we didnt receive your insurance information prior to the visit, and all went south from there. This is simply a blatant display of disrespect to a patient and total lack of consideration; so I ensure that I get there on time, I cancel appointments if I have a conflict, I pay all my dues as a show of respect to the doctor and office policies, but I am not afforded the same? I am so sorry, I understand policies, but under no circumstances is this behavior acceptable. Has this practice lost all sense of human-touch, of commitment to your standing patients? I ask, is this practice simply about payment or about care? I have been going to this place since I was little girl! They have the latest technology and are sooooo friendly. Dr. Estrada is absolutely very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I can say the same thing about the front desk staff. Unfortunately the store manager Ms Heidi is a lot to be desire, she seems to be always on the defensive when ask billing questions and provides you with answers suited for a 2 year old. It is really ashamed that she calls herself a manager.

They refuse to provide me medical services. Terrible front desk. They want to force you to provide approval to your records to anyone. Didnt like you saying no to this. They want you to sign a 24 hrs cancellation or they will charge you. When i refuse to this form the front desk with a fierce sight told me then we will not see you. I say OK. Im writing this in their parking. If they don’t want customers they have the right attitude to loose them.
