Mike Martin is golden, most people are normally hesitant to approach me, but Mike walked up to me like we’ve met before making me feel super comfortable. Buying a car is never a delightful experience for me. Thankfully my time at Midway was a departure from that sentiment. Working with Anthony was refreshing and I cant thank him enough. Besides a huge remodel of the showroom, I wouldnt change a thing about my experience at Midway.

We went in to look at a brand new car, which we were interested in buying, but we ended up walking away because of poor service. My husband was racially profiled and we received lackluster service as I guess they thought we didn’t have money to buy the vehicle. We definitely want the vehicle but will try to find it at another dealer because there’s no way we’ll support a business like this. Very unfortunate as we were ready to buy.

Dont waste your time with these jokers. Classic bait and switch. List the vehicle for one price and then tell you there was a mistake and its actually 4 grand more. By the time theyre done lining their pockets with all of their bogus dealer fees with creative names you can expect to pay $10,000 more than what its listed for. By why would you expect anything less from the city of Miami? Avoid at all costs.

I took my car in for service to replace a part yes I do have warranty they fix the part but when I pick up the car I noticed that they broke the motor for my sunroof I called and claimed. I spoke to Tony and he told me in two days that he will be giving me a call to drop off my car AGAIN that he will be providing me a rental mine while they fix the problem. It’s been 3 weeks and I I’m still waiting on a phone call…. So today I took my car to a shop right by my house and they fix the problem 30 min ….. I will never buy another car at midway Ford again

There is a reason they dont let you take the car off the lot to get an inspection done. You can have a mechanic inspect the vehicle, but its not the same as being able to put it on lifts and have a mechanic go through it. They obviously knew about the leak in the air conditioner, and had charged it up so it blew cold on the test drive, the air conditioning worked for about 2 days. $900 repair. The first weekend I owned thee car the headlight bulb had to be replaced, and within another week the other bulb did too. Also within the first week I took it to a mechanic to find out what the rattle was. On a lesser note, they didnt bother to let me know the tag came in, and they never called me back when I left a message about it.

Good did not have to wait. When you call the dealership it takes for everrrrrr to get to talk to someone, they put you on hold for EVER . Not.good.

My first bad review, the sales guy will look you in the eye and lie. I bought a van with less than 3000 miles, I noticed the antenna was missing and a plastic 2cap missing of the top of a backup camera light .. the sales man said hell get it, call first before I come to pick it up. I couldnt get any response after trying to contact them several times .So I drove all the way there from broward county.. when I got there he looked me in the eye with a straight face and said he didnt say that.. Never dealing with them again.. ..liar liar pants on fire.

At first, I was nervous because of some of the things I saw written about it online, but I am happy with my purchase of a lightly used 2019 Mustang Ecoboost Convertible and am glad I went with Midway Ford because I got a price I wouldnt be able to get anywhere else.My salesman was Julio. He was super kind during the whole process, available through text and answered all of my questions. If he didn’t know the answer, he didn’t hesitate to ask a manager. I think what I liked most about him was he wasnt desperate or eager like other car salesman Ive worked with before. He was nice, relaxed and didnt make me feel pressured.The next day after I purchased the car, I had to bring it back in because there was an issue with the window’s motor, and they didn’t give me any issues with replacing the part. I was in and out in about an hour and they even offered me a loaner vehicle if it would take any longer.Overall, I’d recommend Midway Ford. Ask for Julio because he was great.Thanks you all!
