Javier was very efficient in the sale of my Mercedes. I am happy with my vehicle and he made the process painless and smooth. We were able to complete the transaction start to finish in 3 hours. It would have been quicker if we had disclosed that our address on our licenses was not our current one! The office and restroom were clean and sufficient. It would have been nice to be offered water or coffee because we were very thirsty. The water cooler was empty. Javier recommended a local restaurant which was great and we drove off with our new car. Thank you.

Purchased this car 10/6 told them the car had a powertrain malfunction and took it back while they pressured me to do the interview with the lender and they told me to lie and say everything was ok. I took the car in and the mechanic from how quick it was given back said nothing was wrong and I noticed he removed/reset the warning. It did the same thing again and I once again brought the car back and the mechanic looked at it did something and reset the warning now 10/24 there is transmission fluid pouring out of it the car wont drive forward and no one not the dealer not the sales agent not the finance company is available to help me. What the hell is going on!!!!????

Worse dealership ever! Went to get the red Infiniti that’s still sitting on their lot. The car price on Cargurus was $15,990. I told them I wanted to finance for 36 months but instead when the guy came back to me he was only willing to do 60 months. Then they tried to force me to get gap insurance which made the payment $501 a month for 60 months (not including insurance). Do the math, that’s $30,060 for the car. They are by far the cheesiest and most desperate dealership I ever dealt with. I got the same car from Auto BeastLLC with similar mileage and cheaper, plus financed for 36 months with the option to get Gap insurance that was 100 percent optional!

Made an appointment at the showroom with Bernard and left home with a Mercedes-Benz e350. Had a phenomenal experience thanks to him! He took very good care of me, was very professional, had great customer service & was very helpful, he went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the car I left with. 15 days ago I visited this place to buy a car and let me tell you that I regret it, I was finished paying for my car in cash and when I was on my way home the car stopped and it was a big problem with the car, they changed it with Another car of the same price, today it is 15 days since I have it, I have 7 days that the car already gives me problems with the engine and the lights. I dont even have the title of the car, they told me they would fix the car screen but they still dont give me answers, 15 days and no answers. My lawyer already knows all this so lets see what happens

Horrible experience with this company. First of all they promised me a corvette and ended up showing up in Mercedes 550. Really $1200 dollars a night for Mercedes 550. So they made me do 2 nights when I really only wanted one for my birthday night. So I told them please refund me at least the $1200 and take back the car the second day because you made a mistake. They said no and to top it all off after they gave me the vehicle I was driving it and it had flat tires in the back. Do not use them.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! Just take a look at all the one star review, I wish I did. So here is my experience. I go there to get a truck near the end of August last year. I negotiate with Jose for 11,200$. We get to the financing part, and now the sell price on paper is 13,400$! I protest and was quite upset, they tell me its normal. Ive asked other dealerships about this and they tell me no, thats shady. When I ask questions about why there is a check engine light on (as well as most of my other technical questions on the vehicle), the response is I dont know. The fact that they cant even protect their vehicle in their lot says something (my truck came with a missing tailgate that had been stolen 2 days prior from their lot). So onto the repairs Ive had to do, over 5,000$ of repairs since I bought it. The extended warranty didnt cover anything. Two different Ford dealerships told me it isnt worth the paper its printed on. I canceled it a few months ago and got a prorated refund back rather than keeping it. These dealers seem sleezy, fast talking, typical arrogant Miami hustlers, who dont care about you, theyre just trying to make a quick buck any dirty way they can. They even tried to send me off without it being street legal (turn signal not working, and brake light out). When I called about anything, all I got was attitude. I WISH I NEVER DID BUSINESS HERE. Do yourself a favor and read some of the reviews. The history shows quite a pattern, and heres another addition to it. Go to a respectable dealership, not these guys. Good luck!

After selling me a car with a bad transmission, Alex threaten me saying it will be a “war” if I post to Google once I got upset for no update on my warranty refund that I canceled over two months ago. Be even shouted my financial information out loud. I admit these people seem so nice at first but of course it’s possible for situations to expose people true colors. Alex even made comments about my KIDS.I will fight until the end for what’s right. All I wanted was an update and my hard earned money after 2 months. THATS IT. Alex advise it will HOPEFULLY be taken care of by the end of this month (no guarantee) smh. We see.Please note: all I want is my REFUND after 2 months. These people wouldn’t even update me. God please cover us all.

I came from Tallahassee Fl to purchase a car I seen on their website, talked to them late the day before I arrived and early the day of me traveling there. I got there and they said they had sold the car I was interested in 2 days ago...but asked if i wanted to walk the lot, of course I declined and left, typical shady car lot business...took everything I had to not act out in that place... thank God for Maturity 🙏🏾

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SHOWROOM. Update: after selling me a truck thatchy claimed passed their inspection, it broke down and i had to pay almost $1,600 to get it fixed with no help from the people at showroom, and was even insulted by the sales manager. upon purchase, i was PROMISED IN WRITING a new center console and mirror for the truck. It’s been over a year since I bought the broken truck, and after countless visits and phone calls i still havent received either of the parts although they claimed to have them in their warehouse.

So lean me your ear i called before i got there they told me the car i wanted was there then when i get there its only right the car was already sold i saw the car still there on the lot. Cool no problem i began to look at another car i got the car two days later the lights came on in the car they would tell me to leave the car for someone to fix the car in a few days they working on a car now the radio worked when i put down the money on the car the day i came to get the car the radio was not working ok cool i paid a lot of money to fix the issues with the car myself because i can see now getting them to fix it was not going to happen for them to still have the financial company Lobel they used kept the deposit and returned my money for first two payments told me they didnt want to do business with me and repoed the car over 8000 lost in this bad deal dont use them or Lobel financial. Sad part i made the payments on time and i was never late and they ripped me off.

I was shopping for a used car with not such great credit and i encountered many different types of salespeople from different places. I stuck with this place bc they were honest and not pushy and they worked with me and my situation. i would recommend Bernard and the Showroom to anyone shopping for a used car in miami.

Stay away from this dealership! I bought a vehicle from them and asked them to transfer the tag from my old vehicle. MIND YOU they charged me for that. A year later I’m finding out that they NEVER transfer the vehicle onto the tag, it’s still registered under my old vehicle! They claim a new tag was issued which is BS because WHERE is it??! It never came to my house and they DONT HAVE IT! They’re full of it. I truly believe if it weren’t for my plate being an ARMY plate I would’ve been pulled over and fined! It’s a miracle it hasn’t happened! I’ve called them and asked them to refund my money and they’re giving me hassle. Stay away from these people.

Warning!!! The dealer is not serious. Be careful!!! if you want to do businesses with them is at your own risk.1- They said the car they were selling me was an only one owner and then I figure out it was not.2- They said I had 30 days of warranty and said would take care of the breaks (Fix) of the car because they were not properly working when I took the car from the dealer to then make up all source of excuses to finally not fix anything.3-They gave us a provisional tag for 30 days and then took longer to give us the regular tag. I bought a FJ Cruiser from the Showroom. They had the vehicle they advertised and was accurate to what was in the add. We worked with the salesman Kevin. He showed us the vehicle and we told him we would come back after looking at the other car lots. He was really pleasant and willing to work with us immediately upon our return. The process was really quick, lasting maybe 2 hours. They were able to get us a great finance rate with a out of state bank. We had a headlight problem and called to see if they would help fix it. Kevin was very happy to help us and took time to go through vehicle with us and get the problem fixed. Nice group and very friendly non pushy sales. I would highly recommend stopping in if you are in Miami looking for a car to buy.

Got here and the service was great. Price was honored and was fast. Even clean up the vehicle. Later I had the worst experience in my life. So I paid them to do my tag and title. A year had went by and they never did them. On top of that, I had to call them every month for a new dealers tag. And the management was very rude, and the guy that sold the vehicle to me was almost always on vacation. My car ended up getting repossessed. Which was confusing when I paid my car in full. Turned out the dealer sold me the car when there was still a loan on it from the previous owner. By law the dealership is to pay this loan before selling the car in full. So I had to go to the court to have the bank which own my vehicle to release the vehicle to me. Coming to find out the dealer as when charged me for service done on the vehicle, which they actually done check or fix anything the vehicles at all. But will charge you like they do. Just be careful if you decide to buy for this dealership.

Joke of a dealership, would not recommend anyone. Both Chrysler 300 that I was interested in were in bad conditions. First Chrysler had a change oil in dashboard and smelled like cigarettes, which is currently one of the employees that works there. Second Chrysler would not start cause of the battery which could have been prevented if seller Ruben did his job and made sure car is in perfect condition before, customer can drive for a test run. We recently bought a transit van from the Showroom and they were great! We purchased the car from Kevin, in which the entire experience was extremely fast and impressivley easy! The van was in great condition, however the next day we noticed that the speedometer was not working correctly. When we told them about it, Alex and Felix in management told us we could bring it in and get it fixed right away. They fixed it in no time and the van is working amazing! You can tell they stand by thier cars, and the entire team has been a pleasure to deal with.

Purchased a 2011 Chevy Silverado, decent service up to the point when i drove away. Almost a month later and i still dont have the title for the car. Have sent numerous notes to the salesperson Kevin and Manager Jack, not a word back. Temp plate expires soon, cant license the vehicle without the title. Why is it taking so long to get a simple piece of paper, better question, why wont anyone get back to me to let me know the status!

They are great at selling you a car! but once you buy it, you are literally screwed. They never answer their phone... Shady business from the beginning! I bought a 2015 BMW X1. A few days after i drive it off the lot a few service lights went off. When i took it back to them to fix, it took them a week to have the car ready. As a matter of fact, they never fixed it. I had to insist in getting a different car or my money back. I got the same car, just a year older however they never did a tune up on it or fix the little minor things that dealers are supposed to fix before they sell a car.... Their lack of communication was extremely unprofessional.

Excellent car buying choice! I went in, knowing what I was looking for and it was smooth sailing from there. I had no trouble and my expectations were met with a great deal and overall great service! I would definitely recommend :)Also, shoutout to Jose, my salesman, who was extremely cooperative and worked with me to get the best deal and everything I needed.

The people here were very nice to begin with, but they are straight crooks. DO NOT COME HERE. Marlon the sales person should be fired and the whole store should be shut down because of how unethical. Lying constantly and do not pay them any down payments. They straight up kept my down payment as a bonus to themselves.

I went to showroom with my fiancee to look at vehicles for her. They did not have the vehicles we found online but they had similar ones within our budget of 8-9k. We were interested in the WV Jetta and Ford Focus. Once we found one we liked we started talking numbers. The sales man gave us the vehicle price which was in our stated budget along with the standard fees (dealer, taxes, tags, registration) printed out. Everything looked good so we started talking financing. We disclosed from the beginning her credit history but the salesman said they had a good relationship with big banks so they can get us a good deal. Unfortunately when he came back with the finance numbers printed out the vehicle price raised to over 15k and the interest rates were over 18%. When I asked him why the price of the vehicle almost doubled he stated it was because the bank is charging us a fee for acquiring the loan and that the fee is added to the vehicle sale price. I have never heard of the price of a vehicle almost doubling because of this especially with reputable banks. The salesman proceeded to tell us this was an amazing deal for our situation and we would not be able to find better and that he was really helping us out by giving us this offer. We just thanked the salesman for his time and left because I no longer trusted this company. I know how much of a rip-off that deal was and I felt the salesman was trying to take advantage of us because we are two young looking females and he assumed we were uneducated in car buying and had no other options. I have experience car buying: first when I bought a used car my senior year in high school, second when I upgraded and bought a car new off the lot which I have since payed off and now. We have since bought the same vehicle with the same history (1 owner, no accidents) we were trying to buy at the showroom but with additional features (leather seats, sunroof, previous owner serviced the car every 3k miles, and less miles) within our budget (8-9k car price) with a loan through my bank with no fees for acquiring the loan and an interest rate half of what the showroom offered us. Overall, comparing what the showroom offered, through the life of the loans is an 11k difference for the same vehicle. This is just my experience and because of it I do not trust this company and will never do business with them nor recommend it to anyone.

Even though I purchased a truck elsewhere, sales-rep Kevin was very up front and honest allowing me to do a detailed inspection while working with management on an affordable price. If they have something in their inventory that match your needs I would recommend doing business with them due to Kevins no pressure easy going approach

Extremely agree with previous reviews with one star. Definitely worth zero star.Ruben extremely unprofessional person (don’t even know if he’s a sales person either). Doesn’t know how to talk/treat customers.Asks for the color of the car million times, gives excuses that he has “8 customers” and that is why he keeps forgetting what the customer tells him, keeps telling “I will asks my boss if..” Doesn’t know what he’a doing, what to do, and extremely unprofessional and looks like a high school child just hanging out at the dealer and taking care of customers when others are busy.Not to mention, this dealer doesn’t care if you buy the car or not. Doesn’t care whether the customers gets their calls, receives messages, or has decided on anything. If they don’t need to make sales or do business, they don’t need to waste our precious time.Worst dealer experience with unprofessional children working at the place.

Liars... First they dont have the cars they say they do (against TrueCar policy). Yes they are nice and helpful when you are trying to buy a car, but once the paper work is done (and promises) and you drive away, their real personality comes out. If you get a car from them, make sure it is under factory warranty. Get everything is writing, and have them use their letterhead on the paper work. We were promised work to be dont on the vehicle and have it in writing and they did not following through. They lie, lie and keep lying. They do not honor their own paper work. Alex and Felix will give you the run around promising you everything and NEVER following through. Send my stuff to help me Howard, NBC 6 Responds and Teleuni. Run from them! Get your car from a REAL car dealership. Buy USED from a actual manufacturer owned dealerships. You may pay a little more but you get a better car and no dead beat liars.

Bought 2 cars from here and we are very happy! After having the 1st for like 4 years we went back to trade it in for a larger car as our family was growing. Both times went very smooth and we got such great customer service! Alex, the sales manager, and Gio, the owner, went the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. When the Town & Country that we were looking for wasnt at the lot, they made sure to hunt down the one for us. We couldnt be more grateful to them and happy with our purchase! Love these guys!!
