I would like to thank Jordan and Miami Chevrolet and GMC for getting me into truck that I have always wanted. Jordan was very professional called asked questions about my trade and setup an appointment for me to come in and go finical options and to also test drive different types of trucks till I found the one. The decision was left to me whether I wanted the truck or not at the end, no pushing or shoving trying to get me into something that I didnt want. Once thank you Jordan and Miami Chevrolet and GMC!

I went in for an oil change and walked out of there with a $355 bill!!! They never told me about the extra charge and how much it was going to cost to look at my radiator. I will never go back to that place again. I also will recommend to all my family and friends that have gone there for years to stop going there. The manager was no help at all. Even after I paid all of that money they still never fixed the problem. I had to bring it back the next day and still they didnt fix it. They wanted to charge me more money after telling me that they were going to take care of the problem for free. That never happened. Worst service I have ever had. I am on disability and this is going to set me back 3 to 4 months to pay that bill.

Eric was great to work with! He was funny and professional, I highly recommend working with him. I was having a few issues with the car within the first week which is always frustrating. However, I spoke with the guys in the service department and they were all very friendly and got me on the schedule ASAP to get everything taken care of. They were very fair and accommodating to my issues. I highly recommend this dealership. I will be back for more vehicles in the future as well as getting those vehicles serviced there!

Travis (salesperson) was so easy to work with when buying my new car from out of state. The process was quick and seamless from start to finish. We finalized our deal over the phone in the morning and he arranged delivery to my house that evening (which was unexpected but extremely appreciated). It was a unique buying experience due to being out of state but his communication throughout made it very positive. I highly recommend working with him.

If you breakdown in the Miami, OK area, run as fast as you can to another dealership! Our diesel pickup lost an injector on the left side near Miami, OK. We told them we thought this was the issue but their diesel mechanic, Stetson, had other ideas and replaced other parts. We were 2000 miles from home and it took 3 days before they even looked under the hood to miss-diagnose the issue. After a week stuck in Miami and the parts had been in for two days, our pickup still hadnt been touched (they had lots of excuses). We had to rent another truck for $2,000 to continue our trip. They had our truck for 3 weeks! Upon picking it up and paying almost $1,700, we took it for a drive and noticed the same issue (diesel leaking into the crank case due to the bad injector) and took it back to show Stetson there was still a big issue. Stetson told us we were good to go! We ended up changing the oil every 350 miles in rest areas to make it back to Maine. Not fun!!! Our local mechanic diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes by doing a pressure test and charged us $700 for the repair. DO NOT take your diesel vehicle to this dealership. Stetson ripped us off in a big way and our credit card company agreed! The only positive thing I can say is John North, our service manager, was very kind to us. He was the only good part of our experience.

I would suggest looking elsewhere.After signing the final paperwork on a vehicle, it took 6 weeks to be able to pick up the car. They said they were replacing the headlight lens, but there are still the old ones as before. The car was filthy on the inside when I picked it up. The windshield wipers dont work. No reverse lights. Tail light was out.The communication here was subpar, dishonest, and I feel like this is the epitome of the used car salesman.

Was getting oil changed and my gear shifter mechanism broke. Went to get in car and couldnt shift into gear. Had to call Cheryl in service out to help. She took it back around and they found the problem. Ordered part, but when they brought it back out they walked away without showing me how to shift it. I had to get Cheryl to come out and the part literally came out in her hand. So, they ended up taking the top off the shifter just to be able to drive it home. Did go back 2 days later and they put the new one on.

So just bought our second car from them. Both times we was completely satisfied. They will get it done or try their hardest to do so. Highly recommend them to any one looking for a new or used vehicle.

Adrian in service was exceptionally sweet. I am handicapped and he moved a bench over near the service door so that I didnt have to stand while waiting. He diagnosed the problem w my suv and fixed it quite quickly. John Wayne was exceedingly kind and considerate, explained what failed on my electronics. I was expecting it to take overnight to fix it...but Adrian fixed it within moments and I was very pleased w the service dept...thank you guys for all your help...

My husband and I recently bought a truck from here and have had nothing but issues with their service/sales/finance department. The truck itself isnt horrible but they have been horrible to work with. They had to service our truck the day we signed papers, told us wed for sure have it back the next morning, then told us we wouldnt. We had to call 3 different people just to make sure our truck was done on time and they were rude the whole time. They also backdated our contract causing issues with the dmv when we went to license our vehicle plus they never mailed our paperwork or check. They made us wait. They only gave us 2 days to title the vehicle which isnt easy with full time jobs plus parenting. And because they backdated our contract to a day they were closed, the dmv charged us a late fee. It takes them days to respond and we will not be going back there.

Eric Calleja is the best! He went above and beyond to get me into something. I had not had any credit in 10 years so it was a difficult task for him but he was able to get it done! Much thanks! Will be going back to him for sure in the future!

They will then lie to you on how long it will take to get it fixed. They will then do illegal activity involving the contract and have you pay for those errors on their end later. I gotta say, what a joke of a dealership. Id shop at a scrap yard before buying a vehicle from these clowns again.

I was running on fumes and had my son with me for part of the process and he became a bit fussy and I was beginning to get overwhelmed. A little sketchy when it comes to having your parts to fix your car.A clean and effective garage and sales area.

I bought a used car. They made a deal for 2 new front tires and the car cleaned because had been used as a loaner car. The didnt clean anything, trash was still in car, windows not cleaned, nor did the vacuum out car. The tires they but on are not new, they are used tires. I will never return to this car lot ever again. They do not keep their word. They Are Dishonest. I Would give less stars if possible.

Very difficult to deal with. Bought a new vehicle in February and it is now June and still waiting for a title to be delivered. Getting a fine for not registering a title we never received.

The salesmen are bad with follow-ups and the used car sales manager is extremely unprofessional and would rather hang up on potential customers than provide them information. Take your business to one of the many other Chevrolet dealerships that arent far from here in Joplin or Tulsa.

Wow must be the lowest inventory of cars in the 4 states, they had one 2022 vehicle outside and one electric vehicle that has been recalled, not sure why they would put the recalled vehicle on the showroom floor, all the Chevy Bolt cars Chevy has built have all been recalled

The worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. If I could rate this a 0 I would. I drove all the way from Dallas, TX to buy a car. The dealer knew where I was coming and stated to me that nothing was wrong with the car. As I was an hour away I got a text from the dealer saying my car was being cleaned but when I had arrived to test drive the car it was absolutely disgusting and had the worst smell. There were a few things wrong with the car but they only knocked the price down for the dent on the back side of the car. As I was looking at the car I noticed one of the tires had no tread and had told the dealer about it. He told me it was fine and drove back to Dallas to find out that my tire could pop at any moment. Finding that out was horrific because the drive was 5 hours 30 minutes and something could have possibly happened to me. Another occurrence that happened was when I was looking at my car outside there were customers arguing/ yelling with another dealer. Please avoid this dealership with all costs. It was not worth it.

Salesman told me before coming, “We’re giving more than blue book for trades due to pandemic.” I get to the dealership, they have completely changed the rims on the car which completely changes the look. They tell me they would put them back on, great! .. they proceed to offer me $1000 for my 2014 car with 108k miles and a clean title. Yeah it’s not perfect, they didn’t even look inside it. Long story short I left without a car when It really should have been the easiest deal of the day as I had cash for larger portion of the transaction. Your loss.

Recently, I took my car here to have its oil changed. Whenever they finished I recieved a list of parts that needed to be fixed (keep in mind I regularly maintain my vehicle). Were not talking about 1 or 2 suggestions, they wrote an entire list of 10 parts that needed to be changed on my vehicle, most of which had already been changed within the past 3 months. Major issues being that my drive belt was cracked and my manifold gasket was leaking (supposedly, yes I was freaking out) They almost convinced me to pay to let them change these major issues. After my initial panic wore off, I thought to take it to someone else to get a second opinion. Not one part on their list needed to be fixed. The belt was not cracked, my manifold gasket was not leaking, everything they wrote on their was a lie to get my money! Beyond furious 😤

Fraud. Thought we were getting a great deal. Until title came and it was salvage car. The paperwork was not marked as such and we had never been made aware. They avoided us like the plague when we attempted multiple times to make the situation right. They only want to move inventory and do not care about doing what is legal or right by the customer.

Had a good experience here on Saturday. I was pre-approved with my own financing, but there were some issues that came up while we were trying to nail everything down with the finance company. They worked hard to get everything working with the loan. Ended up buying a new car. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They explained all the terms in full detail and answered my millions of questions with grace and patience. They gave me what I wanted for my trade in (Fletcher in Joplin wouldnt budge) and they offered me an extended warranty that I accepted after they went over it in detail with me. Even with the extended warranty, my payment will be cheaper than what I was offered at Fletcher in Joplin. I would definitely come here again to purchase a vehicle.

If I could give them less than 1 star, thats what theyd be getting. Absolutely horrendous experience. We went in at 6pm, test drove a car + based on what they offered us for my truck - we were going to trade it in. We were asked to come back the next day with insurance cards + to sign the finance papers. When we arrived the finance assistant who was supposed to explain the papers to us. He did a HORRIBLE job + completely forgot to mentioned the $4,000 total protection plan that they decided was mandatory to add to our loan. After further investigation of the finance papers + finally getting to speak with the finance manager (who was too busy to begin with- thats why we saw the assistant) - he told us that after they inspected the truck we were wanting to trade in, they decided it wasnt worth the trade in value that we had agreed upon so the only way they would sell us the vehicle was if we did the total protection plan (which is a joke because it covers nearly everything that my auto insurance already covers). I said HOW DARE you try to sneak this in on us without ANYONE explaining to us what is was. How dare you say youll take my truck as trade in for a certain value then try to take your word back. This dealership needs a lesson is morals and values of honesty, integrity and respect and a good lesson in how to treat people. Absolutely horrible customer service + I wouldnt recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Terrible.
