She was very cordial and patient, as it took me a couple of trips to make up my mind.Both Judy and Adriana made me feel comfortable and more importantly, they made me feel like that was the best place to buy my vehicle. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS CAR LOT I BOUGHT A CAR 15000 dollars first it was a problem with the tag an they charged me 1875 for a tag an title which is only 450 but I drove the car only 3 times the motor went out I called they said tow it here I did I got a text message saying the repair for the car is 6250 I have to pay 1200 I paid the 1200 extra they kept my car 2 mths told me it was at the shop caz they couldn’t repair the car there so I stop by one day the car up on the Lyft being worked on I asked I thought i was at shop bottom line I got my car back the check engine light was on he said ride around it should go off I said no I want my car fixed right he called the police an said he dnt want us on his property we left DO NOT BUY THERE!!!!

We bought a KIA Sedona on July 25th, 2020.It is in very good shape, we have put over 20,000 miles on it and only had a wheel bearing go bad after driving around in the mountains for a couple weeks on vacation. (very minor)What Im trying to say is our KIA is a solid vehicle.It did take awhile to work out the details for a hard to find missing part.The Betancourt team stuck with it and delivered the part to my door.The employees polite and want to please the customer.I would buy a car again from them.

Do your homework before ever thinking about going here. Less than a month after buying a car here I had to get a new battery. A week after that, the check engine light keeps coming on. I reached out to the owners and one of the guys gave me an attitude like I was lying. The cars may be marked at good prices but that doesnt include all the extra expenses you have to fix them up again. There is no customer service of any kind after the purchase is made. Id only recommend this place to people I dislike. With the utmost respect I could care less what their excuse is for treating people like this is. Plain and simple if you want to buy a lemon. Go here. If you want to buy a reliable car. Go anywhere else.

I purchased a Mazda3 back in March and was extremely happy to make that purchase, however while looking at the car at the dealership I noticed that the drivers seat will not go down and that my car would need a new tire as well. I was told by them if I bring it back to the Mechanic because I had 90 day warranty on my vehicle. It’s been over 2 months now and my warranty is almost up and NO ONE WILL RESPOND AT THIS COMPANY! I believe you guys only care about making the sale and not honoring your words! This is a real user and don’t comment saying that This is a fake account ! I need my car fixed ! That is all!

This place is basically a scam! The prices are decent but long run it is not worth it. I bought a car yesterday here and the battery stopped working today and left me on the side of the road. We had to change the tires because they were all basically done for. The brake lights don’t work and they gave it to me with no gas. When they give you the car they don’t clean even though they said they would. I called again to see if I could just return the car and they refused me. Don’t come here they’ll do anything to give you their GARBAGE cars! If I could put less than one star I would!

I wrote a good review the day I purchased my car. However!! I paid them nearly $200 to get my tags and title. I never received my tags and title. They had some excuse about my bills to the DMV. A week later I went to the tag agency and got the title transfer myself. I asked for my money back from Betancourt. They refused. Said it was my fault. So say you go to a restaurant and order a burger and shake. You pay $15. The server brings you the burger, but no shake. You cant get your money back because the shake machine is down! WHAT?? Same thing. They charged me for a title I had to get myself and paid twice.I am sorry I gave one star. Had I known they were a RIP OFF I would not have given that!!

This is the worst place that I have ever purchased a car. My son saw the car on Offer Up and took me to purchase the car the same day after speaking with one of the sales representatives that assured us that nothing was wrong with the car. Test drove the car and was told that the sound that I was hearing was the tires, I took the car to the mechanic the next day and was told that the engine coolant sensor, speed sensor, and back up sensor are all bad. I contacted the dealership the next day and I have been getting the run around since to fix the issue. They are very unprofessional, I was told to bring my car on a Saturday and when I get there they tell me the mechanic is not there and to bring it the following Saturday. I get a text message on Friday @5:45 pm stating that the boss told her to tell me that the mechanic does not work on Saturdays while being told to bring it on Saturday. Now it’s bring it on Monday. I will be contacting the police if my issue does not get resolved quickly! Or I want my money back!!!!!!!! Worst dealership ever!!! No freaking one speaks English except for one person!

We were knowingly sold a premium vehicle at a premium price with a manipulated carfax report indicating no structural damage when there really was structural damage when I looked into the matter myself. The vehicle we purchased ending up having problem after problem. I brought this to owners attention and he said I had no case because I initialed the paperwork, which the salesman showed me. This business is a total disappointment and those that work here have a lack of reasonable character.
