Stay away!! Bought a used 2018 Mustang GT 17k miles. Got home with a check engine on the first day. Was told before that an oil change was pending to be done and that the oxygen censors where going to be changed. Couples of months passed and I am here again at the dealer for the 6th time with a check engine line on and horn doesnt even work. I think I got a lemon. No help from the GM Danny Marks. But there are willing to sell another car and buy the car back, at a loss to me of course... they cant even provide me a rental. Called Ford didnt get anywhere. Good luck everyone youll need it here.

Hey guys! I want tell you about my experience buying my 2020 Shelby GT350R. I was looking for this car, with a specific color combination (Kona Blue / White stripes). I called around 20 dealerships in all US, and nobody could help to place this order. Finally, I went to Metro Ford (Miami), and Alex and Sergio helped me with this. They placed my dream car order, and less than 2 months, I have my car in my garage. Seriously guys, if you need anything, do not hesitate to call them, go there, you won’t regret. I’ve been going to Metro Ford dealership on 7th Ave, ever since I got my 2013 Ford Taurus. I had nothing but great service there. David always took care of me when it was time for me to get an oil change for my car. Those of you that doesn’t know David, he is the elderly gentleman that sits near the entrance door, the first service advisor you’ll see as you walk through the door.The reason I’m here today, it’s because on 9/11/21 I went in for my routine oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection report. That normally cost me 54 dollars and change including tax. But that day I got JOSHUA NIGRO as my service advisor. And that day I noticed my bill was a little higher than usual. So I called Joshua over to asked him why my bill was 73.98 when I usually paid 54 dollars for the same service? He thought I was lying, so he went to pull my old service report off the computer. And the only answer he had for me was price went up. No let me see what I can do for you, nothing. I understand prices go up but not from 54 dollars to 74 dollars. That’s a 20 dollars jump on the same service. JOSHUA you failed me as service advisor.

Went in there to look for a car, I told them I could put a good down payment but they were persistent in asking me if I had cash on me right now when the deal wasnt even made. They would not even try to get me financed or do any work unless I gave them a $500 payment up front. The salesman told me they dont work for free and demanded $500. Very unprofessional and very shady. I walked out and told them they lost a potential customer.

Very lackluster experience. The only saving grace was our sales associate Sheldon Holland. He was very professional, personable, patient and accommodating. Sadly, that’s where the positives end. The vehicle I drove hours to come see was presented filthy, filled with the personal belongings of the manager who was using it as their daily driver and with the gas light on. The vehicle also had over a thousand additional miles than advertised, so someone was definitely using it as a daily. Not exactly a great first impression. The day only got better, rude and unfriendly staff, staff sleeping in the cars on the showroom floor, long wait times. After complaining about the tank on E several times they handed me a $15 gas voucher and was told they only put gas in new cars. I didn’t realize buying a vehicle worth more than 90% of the ones on their showroom meant I was lucky if I don’t breakdown right off the lot.. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The only positive experience was working with our sales associate Sheldon.

I was looking for a cargo van for my business, and I decided to go with a Transit 250 medium roof. I did my research of the local dealerships, and found very good prices for the new vans here are Metro Ford.Frank Ortiz was my sales person, and he did an outstanding job!A few months earlier I was in another dealership in Florida that sells premium vehicles, and I had a horrible experience there. So, to be honest I was skeptical about Florida dealers.These guys proved me wrong. They were very honest, helpful, and didnt try to sell me something that I didnt need. I told them exactly what vehicle Im looking for and what coverage I will need for it, and they did their best to deliver.The finance person (I cant remember his name unfortunately) was explaining me every number on the statement, so I would know whether they try to sneak something in the cost or not. He was very clear and explained every question I had for him.Frank was a very supportive sales person, and if Ill need to buy more vehicles for work or Ill know of someone who needs a Ford, Ill definitely send them his way because I know he will take care of his customers.

I am not someone who writes online reviews, but the incredibly poor experience I had (and continue to have) at Metro Ford is something that I had to share to warn others. I decided to do a lease end purchase of my Ford EcoSport on 8/28. There was no financing involved so the process should have been quick. I was there for approximately four hours due to various fees I was being asked to pay that they could not explain. They were asking me to pay a $299 E-filing fee, a $799.95 pre delivery services fee, and an additional $500 fee which they still have not been able to explain what it is for, but they swore that it was on the contract. I fought the $500 fee and had to speak to three different salespeople, which took hours, before they finally agreed to remove it because they could not show me on the contract where I had agreed to pay that fee. The $799.95 pre-delivery services fee is described as costs and profit to the dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting vehicles and preparing documents related to the sale. As I drove the car to the dealer and left in the same car (now having purchased it) there was zero inspecting, cleaning, or adjusting of my vehicle as described in the fee. All they did was the document preparation, pretty steep at $799.95.In addition, I have not been given a copy of the signed bill of sale. I have made more than a dozen phone calls to one of the agents, Jose Diaz, to get a copy and a month later I have not received anything. They only send me a copy without signatures. I have also not received my title in the mail and have called the title clerk at the dealership numerous times and left various messages. Again zero replies.Beware of suspect fees and expect a bad experience.UPDATE: After a call with one of the managers (the same day my review was written) I have now received a copy of my bill of sale, but nothing yet on the title. The manager also asked me to resend them proof of insurance so they can transmit it to Tallahassee so they can continue to process the change in title. Apparently, but not surprisingly, they lost the proof of insurance I sent them the day after I purchased the car. Seems like this will likely delay my receipt of title.

My salesman Antony C was great. Super friendly, helpful and a man of his word. Bought a 2011 F350 6.7 dually here and it was in great shape. Purchased at a very fair price. It drives well and has no issues at all a month later. Extremely satisfied and would recommend this dealership to anyone.Anyone complaining about this place are upset about their lack of credit and money. Ive bought a lot of cars in my life and this was one of my better experiences.

Buying a car nowadays is not easy with stock issues but Lenox Wright made it a breeze! I was originally looking for a shadow black ecoboost premium convertible and Metro Ford had one in production. After putting down a deposit for the car, it got in and I hustled to the dealership where I met with Lenox. Lenox asked me what I was looking for and I just pointed at the car; we immediately went to work. He reviewed all the available incentives and did some easy paperwork with me. He sent me to Raul in insurance and then Adnel in Finance. The process took me 40 minutes or so right before the dealership closed. Everyone was patient with me (I mean it was RIGHT before close...) and got me out of there super fast without any hassle! I highly recommend Lenox and the Metro Ford team. As a side note, Before you go just please do your research and know what you can afford.

0/10 would not recommend. We contacted them ahead of time to see if they had a certain vehicle in stock. They said they had one, and it was a β€œcourtesy vehicle.” The MSRP was $35,245 and their website says the internet price is $34,687. They told us additional discounts would be applied because it already had 3500 miles on it. We told them we were driving over an hour to get the vehicle and they said they would have the vehicle cleaned up and ready for us. When we arrived, the vehicle was full of trash, a car seat, and miscellaneous personal items and had not been cleaned. They tried to charge over $37,000 for this vehicle- way over MSRP. They also had a second vehicle (exact same) with an MSRP just over $36,000. They tried to get us to pay $39,000 for the vehicle. They also would not honor a Z plan. Absolutely shameful. Go elsewhere.

She was very easy to deal with and she kept me very informed. Unprofessional and Poor Appointment Maintenance.I always use Ford sponsored agencies for their great service but this particular auto shop set the bar really low. I scheduled an appointment on their online website portal and I received confirmation of my appointment. When I showed up, I was denied service and was told the shop was closed. When I explained that I had an appointment, they told me that their online appointment client was broken and I couldn’t get service. Why would you allow potential customers to go through the motions of scheduling an appointment if your system doesn’t work? This is highly inconvenient and evident of a poorly run establishment. This definitely deserving of a one star rating.

On the day we purchased the car, everything was great and everyone was helpful and attentive (as the usual when someone is buying). We were told by the manager that he would get the extra key from the person who was leasing the car before we bought it, and they would contact us to pick it up. We kept calling them to follow up a couple of months after buying the car, and they kept giving us the run around, saying they would call us back. One day I was in the area, and decided to stop by. The manager had changed, and the new manager gave me the sales person (Omar) number for me to call him instead of calling himself.. O..k.. I called, and Omar said there was no extra key, and that was that. If that was the case, I dont know why they just didnt tell us that from the get go, and then later kept wasting our time. The manager was useless.

Poror experience with the General Manager Danny. He needs to brush up on how to talk to people and his problem solving skills. I purchased a 2020 mustang GT and was supposed to get a new tag by mail and it has yet to show up, upon calling multiple times I finally got a call back from Danny, he informs me I requested a transfer of tag which makes no sense because it was left with the trade in.... from there on he goes as far as to call me death over the phone, and hang up shortly after. Get a new manager in this place this guy is short tempered and quick to anger. Tighten up buddy you’re in sales, won’t get many with that attitude of yours.

Ive been getting my vehicle serviced at this establishment for over a year. But during my most recent visit (3/16/2021) I was extremely disappointed with the way that I was treated as a customer. The service department told me that I would have to pay $462 dollars and leave my car there for 3 days because they needed to order a part to fix the issue. Not only that but I was also told that I would have to pay over $50 per day for a rental vehicle. I paid the $462 but I decided to keep my car for the necessary 3 days instead of getting the rental. Once I got back into my car, I noticed that the trunk was working not only that but a few other small issues I had were also working.... As if there was a blown fuse that was replaced. I marched back into the service center and requested a refund. However I was told that I had to pay $62 for an oil change which they did not mention prior nor perform. There was an argument that took place regarding me receiving my refund. After the argument I received a full refund because the service dept. would not produce a receipt as proof of the completed oil change. Needless to say this was an extremely unpleasant experience and as a devoted customer for over a year, I am very disappointed with the way that I was treated by this establishment.

I went to visit Miami. I was staying in Miami Beach that is not very close. I went on a Tuesday to buy some parts, I understand that Ford must be emblematic in the USA. I was told that they would be there for Thursday, on Thursday I went twice and things had not arrived. Only on Friday did the parts arrive. So in total I went 4 times. The seller had given me his phone number and name. When I wanted to contact him, he always gave me voice mail. The company must improve attention to responsibility.

Sergio Sanabria was really effective, found a car on their inventory better than the one I found online, also got me a great deal on the F150XLT crew cab and was very clear and objective during negotiation. He also treated me very well while I was waiting for the paperwork to be ready, even giving me some snacks, water and he also make sure to sanitize everything including the table we used for our safety against the COVID19 situation.

8/20 update.. still no plates for my car and registration is now expired. If you purchased a vehicle here and also didn’t get your plates on time reach out to me for class action against these fraudsters.. Horrible CPO experience.. This location sold me a certified pre-owned Ford Explorer. As soon as i left the lot i noticed multiple imperfection with major items of the car. Immediately the Cars navigation system (SYNC3) is failing, the door trim plastic that has the keypad is falling off, the key they gave me (one key) was broken and when i get home i see corrosion on the hood edge. I contacted the dealer and they said bring it in for service. I purchased the car on Sunday and took it back on Wednesday just 4 days after purchase. They had the car for 5 days and all they fixed was the broken door trim piece and said that they couldnt find any issue with the Sync3 system and that the Hood corrosion wasnt covered on a car I JUST PURCHASED. They also then said they were waiting for Ford to approve the hood issue. I needed my car back so i picked it up anyway. I went to another Ford dealer and they diagnosed the issue and have ordered the needed parts to resolve all of the issues. Also today is the 18th and my car tags expire (temporary 30 day) tomorrow and i have been checking for days on what the status of my license and registration is and they are not yet available. Still waiting!!

I email the dealer requesting a quote on the model I was looking for, and what type of deal I was looking for. I live 50 min away from the dealership and didn’t want to loose both of your time. He wasn’t clear about the monthly payments on the email, and asked me to come over and we would figure it out. So I drove all the way down to Miami to get there, the sales person I was speaking with asked someone else to help me -maybe because he already knew that the deal would not be possible- and they give me an offer for the double monthly payment I was expecting. If they had told me right on the beginning as requested, I wouldn’t loose my time or their time.

Great customer service at Metro Ford Miami from Sergio, Rob, and Lester. I was interested in trading in my truck for a higher trim before my lease was due and management along with staff were happy to accommodate me. The process was easy, enjoyable, and informative. They searched their inventory for exactly what I was looking for and were very reasonable/generous on the monthly payment negotiated. I was notified throughout the entire process of when I could expect to be on my way with my new Ranger XLT and was even given a factory bed liner at absolutely no extra cost. I’d highly recommend visiting this dealership. This is now my second visit and both times, the customer service has been outstanding.

I leased 2018 explorer. today the vehicle has 2300 miles . I arrived with a tire low air in the passenger rear tire ... I was told that there was a nail in the tire and they will not repair because the tires need to be replaced. ..I Have told multiple service reps that the tires are under warranty and that the company will not deal with me and ford needs to call. ... sorry is the always the replay ... buy new tires. Wait! I say... the tires only have 2300 miles ... Help! i ask... again Sorry. The vehicle was just towed to replaced a battery!1 this is a lemon ! f -U Metro Ford. I will never purchase a Ford again especially!!! any vehicle form METRO FORD!!!
