Just want to give kudos to Noah and Eddie from Glass Busters who removed and replaced the glass in 3 of our house windows today. They worked hard and steady to get the job done in a timely manner. They also worked really well together as a team. Kudos to you, Glass Busters, as well! Thank you all!

I am very impressed with everyone at Glassbusters from the front desk manager Barbara, the coordinator Issac to the installer Armando. Very professional service from start to finish. We ordered a large glass table top and within just a few days they were delivering and installing it. We are very happy with how it turned out, and if we need glass in the future I will definitely reach out to them. I highly recommend you do the same.

I think costs are about the same as elsewhere. Issac was a little abrupt and somewhat dismissive of my ideas, but we agreed on what needed to be done and he was timely in his responses. They made and kept appts and ordered the right products and got them in on time. Armando will eventually own the company or run his own! He is polite, knowledgeable, careful, precise and a good communicator. Excellent care on the install and they did a complete clean up. He did the work the way I would, but he was much faster. The finished product is excellent and the install was fast and efficient.

Michael was early, knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain why the window broke so easily while doing the necessary repairs to prevent this from happening in the future. The pricing was great and the same day replacement took minutes. I strongly recommend Glassbusters and Michael for future glass work.

Mike came to fix the glass in a broken window of a rental. We are out of state so we did not realize that the window was not functional (along with the broken glass). He repaired the glass - to secure the property, and then called to let me know that the window really did need to be completely replaced. Unfortunately, GlassBusters doesnt offer replacement of windows, but I sure did appreciate knowing the window was not operational. Amazingly affordable, emailed Issac with what I needed, quick and fast response. He answered all my questions and made an appointment at my convenience for the following week. The gentleman who installed our glass was A++++ (unfortunately cant remember his name)in his craft. It was easily 112° outside that day, I felt so bad. He was Precise, clean and timely, only took about 40 minutes, if that. I would definitely use their services and recommend them 100%

Mike and Armando came out to remediate a shower louver install. Over time the transfer and louver was sagging. They repaired it efficiently and it was hassle free.Both of them were super courteous, took the time to give me their opinion about some of the other glass related project we have as well. I am a Realtor with a real estate closing a week away. The owner of the home needed to replace broken glass in a French Door prior to closing. Noah, went to the home to measure and spoke with me several times providing me with detailed information. He was very nice and professional. Noah, when he realized waiting 5-7 days to order the glass might jeopardize the sale, jumped through hoops for me to get the job completed the following day so the home sale could close on time. They sent a technician out within a day of calling them. He was very friendly and polite. He told me that they had to order the window and his time frame for that was almost exact. When the window did come in, they sent a technician out the same day to install it. He had it in within a half hour. Great customer service by everyone we dealt with. I forgot that my son had my credit card on the day of install so the technician told me it wasnt a problem, for me to just call in the info when my son returned my card to me. They never made me feel bad about it. I would recommend.

I am overdue for writing this review, as Glassbusters installed my shower enclosure a few months ago. They gave me the quote over the phone based on my measurements and description, then scheduled the measurement. The measurement was very precise and even found an issue that other companies missed (the curb was pitched the wrong direction, which would have caused quite a wet problem). Once my shower contractor fixed that, Glassbusters came back out to measure again. The enclosure glass came in a lot faster than I expected and the install was quick and easy. Everyone I dealt with at Glassbusters was very nice and professional, and the shower door looks great, fit great, and works great. The final price was exactly what they quoted on the phone, no surprises. I refer them to anyone looking for a shower door or enclosure.

I decided to go with this company based on their punctuality on getting back to me with a price as well as the great price they offered. I did comparisons with eight other local companies, not only did they call me back the fastest, within ten minutes but their price was the best for quality glass. Most importantly this company is honest. After the manager measured my table he advised me to purchase a new one rather than to replace the glass. I was insistent on doing the glass replacement and he said it was doable but due to its age and design the functionality would be compromised. This honesty really sets their business apart from all others.

I’ve had to use glassbusters on two separate occasions within the last 2 weeks. Both times they were very helpful and very quick to get mirrors cut and delivered. Today we had 8ft mirror delivered and I was notified this morning by their technician Mike on his delivery time and then he called me again with a 30 min heads up that he was on his way which was very helpful. Mike was super profesional and helpful on getting that big mirror inside the house for us. Will definitely be using them again for future jobs.

I was blown away by the honesty of this company! During the very few heavy rain and wind storms weve had over the past year water has been leaking into the house. We determined it was a window problem, not a roof problem, and called Glassbusters to replace the glass on four clerestory windows. Eddie came out to take measurements, and after inspecting the windows determined that replacing the glass wouldnt do anything to stop the problem. Instead, we need to address the cracks in the stucco located next to the problematic windows. Eddie saved us about $700! If I have glass replacement needs in the future I will only call Glassbusters.

I highly recommend GlassBusters! We had a glass item that was really important to our family that broke. My mother-in-law went in to see if they could salvage a piece of the glass that was engraved. Other places she went to had said they couldnt save the engraved area of the glass, but GlassBusters did. They tackled the problem and saved the piece of glass.
