This is the type of workmanship from a Phoenix Valley company that came highly recommend. If you want your wooden door panels replaced with glass, do not, I repeat, do not contract with Desert Breeze Glass. What you are seeing is a small sample of the damage to our cabinet doors.

Very bad experience. The mixed color of trim. Need 2 months to asked them to fix and eventually not fixed. When they said call you back later, it means never call back. When they said will take of it tomorrow, means nobody will show up. They are trying to convince me the white is the correct color, it is my bad that my original trim is brittle.Finally give up, just don’t want to talk with them.Maybe you are lucky with your project goes well, but if not, be prepared to take several months to call.I saw the owners reply to this review. I only know my trim is good pre the glass replacement, but post work, its broken and need to be replaced. emm. I hope you know the logic, who need pay for this. it is just maybe 10$ materials. dont understand why..I went to your store because you guys never call me back when you said will call back soon. even we have appointment, but your guys didnt show up. I kinda have no choice. have to drive 20 mins there 2 times.our deal is closed now as I give up. it is only a few bucks. I will ask somebody else to do it. but I hope in the future you guys can improve your service by call back the customer on time and give update. do show up on your appointment. otherwise, this will happen again on the future customer. ok?

I just had Desert Breeze replace a cracked window in my house. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way and they arrived shortly after. They were very professional and the guys were awesome. They worked cleanly and efficiently and were done within 30 mins. They vacuumed the work area when they were done and did an excellent job. I have used Desert Breeze in the past to replace my windshields. This time I needed to replace 3 sliding patio door panes and 3 windows that had lost their seals on a house in Northern AZ. I was fortunate that the dimensions I provided for the patio doors indicated a standard size. They sent Richard all the way north to Happy Jack to install those and measure the other 3. A week later, they sent Richard back up to replace the others. Its not easy to find good trades people to work with in rural areas of Arizona. Of course I paid a trip charge (reasonable for 5 hours work of driving both ways) but I appreciated having a quality company I knew I could trust do the job. Very satisfied all the way around. Warm friendly and family-like environment. Been going to them with my Tesla Model 3 Since my adventure with driving and rock in Arizona began in 2018. Temporarily I made my recent crack stop travelling across the windshield. Called these kids and made an appt in less time than going through Safelite. Process took not that long and I was able to get the chemical coating that resists chips from smaller rocks! Superb family owned business that needs to be a great example for all Windshield Repair companies....

Top notch experience with a windshield replacement. Glass technician came to my house, at time promised, and replaced it in less than an hour. Since I have the advanced safety features (lane departure warning, automatic emergency braking, etc.) a calibration technician called and then came the next morning, picked up the vehicle to take to their shop, and returned it to my driveway in under two hours.High quality materials, excellent service, there is absolutely no reason to call any other company.

I chose Desert Breeze for a glass replacement and frame repair quote based on the positive Google reviews. They were very friendly with competitive rates for the services provided. The windows are the original single pane and the weatherstripping was worn beyond repair in several places. Chose this place because they said they would be able to get my windshield replaced within 4 days because I was going on a road trip and needed it done before the road trip.They never called me to confirm my appointment, I had to call them twice. Then they called me the day before they were scheduled to come out to tell me the windshield they had is no longer available and they wouldnt be able to come out on the day they told me. Ill never use this place again, they didnt even offer any incentives like the other places do. Thanks for nothing

When my dog broke a window in my kitchen I called Desert Breeze to see if they could fit me in the next morning they managed to rearrange there techs so that they could get it done. Here in Arizona you cant help but get dings in your windshield. In the 23 years that I have lived here I have had to replace my windshield numerous times, but recently, and I mean in the last 7 years I would only have Desert Breeze Glass replace my windshield. Why? Because, not only are they fast and efficient, getting the insurance company on the phone immediately for instance. They make sure the windshield has a special coating that helps resist dings. They have replaced 4 windshields for me in that time and I would only ever recommend Desert Breeze Glass for windshield replacement. Im told they do other glass jobs and when I need other glass work done I know where to turn, Desert Breeze Glass. The best in the business!

The glass was broken in my beautiful glass and chrome side table. I was looking at spending a small fortune to replace the table, when I remembered that Desert Breeze Glass is a full service glass company, so I asked them if the table could be repaired. They returned it to me as good as new. I am so happy.

Prompt, professional, courteous service. One of the best places I have ever worked with. We were in Mesa for only a few days to close up a trailer for the season and found that the 30 year old patio door was essentially unmovable; the wheels had started eating the track. They got there when it fit our schedule and brought the parts to fix it. The techs name was Corey and he went out of his way to put our door in tip-top shape. He found we needed to replace more parts (now with the latch) and he came back after finding them and fixed the latch problem, all for less than the original estimate. He left our door more secure and working better than ever. I cant say enough good things about the job Corey did for us. I would definitely call Dessert Breeze again and recommend them to anyone.

With everything in life you can always find a cheaper price, but Desert Breeze will do it correct. For people wanting to have it done right the first time, call DB. If you want an $80 windshield installed with super glue call someone else. I trust Desert Breeze to do the right thing. They have fixed windshield chips on my car, my wifes Jeep, and many of my clients cars. Steve was also nice enough to give me some internet pointers. I knew most of them but he gave me a doozy of a tip.Keep your money local, use a local business. Calling national companies gives AZ jobs away. Desert Breeze is owned locally.Being I think glass coverage is a scam depending on the vehicle I will always call Desert Breeze first to find out the true cost of glass coverage. Most windshields are about $225 cash price.Dont forget to ask for Diamond Fusion, what an awesome product.
