I was really happy with the service from Apache Glass. Their quote was very competitive and although lead time was estimated at 4-6 weeks, they ended up getting it done in 3. Installers were professional and did a great job. Im very pleased with the work and will definitely use again.

Im a contractor that bought a lot of glass from these guys. Recently they have had a lot of problems on delivery times and quotes. I just got a quote for a shower door and in three days they changed it to $300 higher. They told me that the associate I dealt with was new and made a mistake. And that I would have to pay for her screw up. What kind of unprofessional business wont honor a quote they just gave you? This is after they previously quoted me 100 less a month ago. I understand materials went up in a month but Im not eating their mistake. Im mad I wasted so much time with this.

I called Apache glass to inquire about installing mirrors in my home gym. They efficiently and professionally set up a time to meet me at my home that was convenient for me to measure. After the measurements were taken, I was contacted by a nice lady from their office who quoted me the price to purchase and install the mirrors in my home gym. The price was very reasonable so I agreed to move forward with Apache glass.Once the glass arrived to their warehouse, they contacted me and we scheduled a day and time for their crew to come and install the glass in my home gym. The crew consisted of four gentleman who were very courteous, professional, and efficient. The install took approximately one hour and looked amazing.I am very satisfied with my experience with Apache glass. They are a small business that actually cares about customer satisfaction.Thank you Apache glass for a great experience and for making my home gym look amazing.

Charged me twice to replace a mirrored drawer front and still didnt get it right. Refused to issue a refund.This situation all stemmed from the fact thas Apache glass could not drill 2 simple holes to match holes for drawer pulls. It should have been a simple task but they tried twice and were still way off. How difficult can it be to mark and drill 2 holes so they are correctly placed?!.

Honestly, best service I’ve ever had when it comes to home repairs. For someone still shaken by an attempted break in, these employees were stellar in their repairs and overall conduct. Not only did they show up on time, they were efficient and very transparent about our window repair process. They had excellent attention to the cosmetic detail, which I appreciated. They even took the extra effort to clean up the mess from our robber and the finger print dust left from the crime detail. Seriously impressed. Would recommend 100%.

I was really impressed with the service. They put a slider in my home today. The men that installed were friendly and professional. I waited nearly a month for the glass to show up but with the Covid-19 madness swirling around us all in the end now that it’s installed it doesn’t matter.

Had a break in at our business where we lost one of our glass doors. They were a great price and were in & out within the same business day for an emergency call. Great service & definitely recommended!

DO NOT GO HERE. There are far better, cheaper, and more honest places to go to than this poor excuse for a business. I paid for 2 pieces of glass. I was called one time to pick them up, and it wasnt a pleasant call. I picked one them up and asked if they could let me know if they can install the other one. I never got a call back. The window wasnt a huge concern like the other one, but I remembered I still had one there. So I called myself a few months later, even though I was still waiting on an answer. The lady was incredibly rude and said they didnt have my glass even though I paid for it and still had the receipt. She threatened me on the phone, and I told her it was unfortunate and they should have my glass, she hung up on me. I called back, and a different lady, much more nice answered, named Patty and she said my glass wasnt ready yet. I then got another call from the rude lady and was told my glass wasnt there, and it wasnt her problem. A business shouldnt strong arm its customers like this, and quite frankly shouldnt be a business.

We went in to get a mirror replaced or fixed.The moment we were in the door the staff were so friendly and helpful. They told us we would probably have to replace the mirror because it would be hard to take it off the door without breaking it. One of the workers came out from the back and said he would try anyway. We were quite surprised when he came back out and the mirror wasn’t broken. When I tried to pay he told us there was no charge. This is a place that has integrity and customers that come here will be treated fairly. I highly recommend this place. Dale from Canada.

Had a large Bath Mirror installed to replace old blemished mirror. Installers Brian and Matt did an excellent job removing the old mirror and installing the new one. Our Master Bath now looks new, and what a difference a new mirror makes! Patti at the front was very helpful and always kind. The guys did a good job and installed my window and made my glass sliding door good as new. It did take a while to order in all the pieces, but I would use them again anytime.

I needed to have 2 windows replaced before sale of my house - apache glass worked with me on getting the windows ordered and installed quickly. Ive never had to replace a glass before until I bought an IKEA nightstand with a glass top. I went back and bought another nightstand to find out they discontinued the glass top. I came here and had them make a copy or replica (I dont know what the proper terminology is for making another glass out of another one.) When I picked it up, I couldnt tell the different from the original to the copy. I put them out on the nightstand my and girlfriend till this day, doesnt know 😉👌

Had several panes replaced, super friendly and knowledgeable. One of the new panes had a tiny crack in it and they had another ordered before I even noticed it! Im actually calling them right now for another project.

Horrible service, the lady on the phone has a total attitude. The process has taken over a month since i called to get my front window replaced. Two weeks to schedule an appointment, after already waiting a week for the window to get here. Completely unacceptable

It has been a month since my home was broken into and my sliding door was extremely damaged. My landlord hired Apache Glass for the repairs. It took them 2 days from being hired to even so much as call me to set up an appointment to look at the damage. From that point it took about 2 weeks before they called back to set up an appointment to actually make the repairs. TWO WEEKS!!!! I rearranged my work schedule to be able to get the time off of work approved for the repairs to be done, only to be called by Apache glass AT THE TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT to cancel the repair. It has now been a MONTH without being able to lock the door to my home and it will be another week before I can get the time once again approved from my employer to be able to get off work resulting in a loss of wages for me two weeks in a row. This is unacceptable!!!!
