One of their technicians helped us to measure the project correctly, Jeff walked us through options and helped us to design the optimal replacement, and his crew did an exceptional job with the installation. There was great communication from the techs, including sending us a video of their completed work. We’re very happy with their professionalism and the final work product. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE…BEWARE. Read all of the one star reviews below and that pretty much sums up my experience. Was told 7-10 days and it was two months. Yes, there was a pandemic but he can’t blame that like he did for other poor reviews because we were a year into the pandemic and he would have known if there were delays. It likely would have been longer if I wasn’t so persistent. Never an update unless prompted. The guys that did the install were pretty nice and I’m pretty sure they did the best they were capable of…or, they are driven by quantity and not quality. I have a dent in my wall from where they prepped the door for install. They didn’t bring anything to protect the floors or walls. It’s a brand new house with brand new carpet and we had to lay blankets and towels to keep them from damaging the carpet. They would set their tool bags right on the carpet and the bottom of their bags are filthy. Not sure why they thought it was better to put all of their stuff on the bedroom carpet instead of the bathroom tile. A five year old could have done a better job caulking. I had them come back out to re-caulk and it is marginally better. At that point I just wanted to pay the bill and get done with them. I thought about short-paying, but really just wanted them to go away. I see Jeff’s responses to other poor reviews and he never accepts responsibility. I have the entire text string and will post it if he responds to this review with any untruths. BTW, I built this entire house and this is the only company I would not call again.

Installers did a great job. Communication was excellent they phoned when they were on their way. Neat workmanship and great pricing! Will definitely recommend

Jeff owner Action Glass installed my seamless shower May2020 and on July 5,2021 it fell to the ground!!! Jeff is taking NO responsibility and has left me hanging with cost for new door, contractor to remove and replace damaged tiles. I didn’t even know it happened. Walked on shattered glass in the dark cut my foot. His response is $893 for new door. My contractor contacted him as well. Has been removed from recommendation list. He will NOT help with replacement and repair costs. His price to replace was within a few dollars of replacement with Traditional Door. Use a your own risk !

Jeff Olson CEO of Action Glass took my information, came out to see the project, and gave me an estimate over the phone. I paid my deposit at the end of May. Since then NOTHING. Ive emailed, Ive called and left messages. I finally got him on the phone last week and he said there had been a death in his family a few weeks ago, that he needed to pull up my order and he would call me back. Ok. Guess what happened? Nothing. This company is dishonest and a SCAM. Do not do business with them.

Jeff and team are very professional and quick! His entire team is very well versed on ensuring the safety of a wall mirrors and glass installation. They give recommendations for care and clean up after they are finished. After a reno mishap, his team still came out and took care of everything. Love our new frameless shower door - the professionals who installed were excellent. Negative is it took 7 weeks for the doors to be installed. Ordered a special door handle only to find out it had been discontinued which they did not tell me. Then billed our CC for balance due without our authorization never called me to ask how we wanted to pay for balance due ?? NOT GOOD

Talked with Jeff several times and had an appointment for him to come out to measure the door for the shower. He never showed, called or emailed. I reached out several times with no response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Unreliable is an understatement!

I received a referral from Fred T our contractor. The team at Action Glass was awesome to work with. I had to wait a little on the mirror but it was so worth the wait! Will use these guys again and will tell my friends!

I recently went for an estimate, Jeff told me he will do it in an hour...a week went by and nothing, so no problem, i always give a second chance, made a second trip to their shop to ask him for the estimate and i was told by Jeff that he will send it by email, a week later, NOTHINGthats how unreliable they are

This is the worst company to do business with and I would not recommend it to anyone. A one star rating is too high. I have been waiting 6 weeks for my shower glass to arrive after being told it would only be 7 - 14 days. I do not receive any update calls and I do not receive call backs when i leave messages. They requested 50% payment at time of order and at this point I am just trying to get a refund of my down payment so I can move on from this nightmare.Two days after writing above review I finally received a call asking to schedule the install. The install went well and the technicians were nice. Upon completion, I was given the final amount owed by the onsite install team and paid the amount requested. In looking at the reply from the owner of the company, Jeff, he doesnt take responsibility for his companys shortcomings and also blames me for shorting him in the amount owed. My final thoughts on this company are that is that it appears the company itself is fine as long as you dont deal with the owner.

Ive been saving up to get this glass shower enclosure for my daughters bathroom for months. and so when i finally saved up enough to get it done my daughters and i we so excited. im a nurse so i work a lot of shifts and i was not able to be ther during delivery and installation of the glass shower enclosure. when I finally got a day off to actually look at the shower enclosure it was so wonderful and exactly what my daughters wanted. but unfortunately there was a huge scrape on the inside of the door. i contacted Action Glass immediately and Jeff told me to wait for a few days to make sure it wasnt silicon or the glass protectant. i ask him how could his colleagues miss such a huge scratch on the door right where yiu can see it? he couldnt give me an answer. just told me to try to scrap off the scratch with a brand new razor and oil as well as told me that i was over the 3 day inspection limit of returning the door for one that isnt scratched. i explain to him that i work a lot and that i entrusted his glass company with this installation while I had to work but that did not matter as i was past the allotted time to return. nevertheless i tried what he told me to do to no avail. its a scratch and there is nothing I can do about it. i emailed a few times, sent photos, and made numerous calls to the office. Matthew did say he would send people out to look at it when they are in the area but its been over two week with no contact so im assuming its a done deal since they were paid in full. its just disheartening when you work so hard for so long to save up for your daughters bathroom renovation and it doesnt come out how we dreamed.

I would highly recommend Action Glass as every step of my order and installation was on time and top quality. I was able to schedule a technician to look at the job within a couple of days and received a bid and drawing in two more days. My installation was delayed due to my own project so they were happy to store the glass until I was ready. I am totally satisfied with the end result and the service I received. The office personnel and technicians were all friendly, helpful efficient.

I just had Action install my new shower door and we are extremely pleased. They pre-measured everything before beginning the job, were timely on their arrival, cleaned up when they finished the work and did a great job installing the new shower door.As someone who works in the trades, its always gratifying to see quality craftsmanship and exacting workmanship. They were about the same price as the other bids but they also give an extended warranty and a multi-year glass treatment to help prevent water stains on the glass.My thanks to the installation crew Corey and partner! I found Action glass when I was having my master bath remodeled. I contacted other companies, I found Action Glass. I was very happy with the bi-pass shower doors they did for me. Install went very smooth.I contacted them again to make a glass top replacement for a desk as well.I will contact them again for any future glass needs.
