Unreliable, called for a quote was told I would receive a quote and it would be no problem for our glass to be ordered and delivered, didnt receive it, called again for another quote, no response, texted and still no response. Will be taking my business elsewhere. If they cant provide a simple quote or returned phone call for a potential new customer, I cant imagine how it would be after actually ordering glass from them.

Unprofessional and disorganized.Called to have our living room window replaced because it had a hole/crack in it. They said someone would be out on a Tuesday between the hours of 9 and 12. Waited until 12 and nobody showed up. Called and apparently they forgot and said they would be out the following day within the same time window. The guy showed up around 1 in an unmarked pickup truck. He measured the window and said he would put in the order and once they received the glass they would come out to install it. He said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. He required half of the payment before he left and the other half when it was installed. I paid him cash and he didn’t offer me a receipt or anything.Well, Wednesday the following week rolls around and I hadn’t heard a thing from them. I called (multiple times) with no answer and no way to leave a message because it said the inbox was full. Someone finally called me back hours later and she said she could put me on the schedule for Friday. I told her that I was already told Tuesday or Wednesday and nobody had come yet. She said Friday was the next availability with a time slot between 1 and 5. Friday comes, it’s approaching 5 and I haven’t heard a thing from these people. My husband called them and they finally showed up at 7pm. Now it was dark and they were having to use flashlights and my husbands personal work spotlight to finish the job.The next morning in the light, we realized that they had left broken glass in the street (where my kids play and ride their bikes) next to where their truck was parked.Don’t even bother with this company, they’re nothing but a headache.

Horrible service!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Originally went with them because they were the only ones able to come quick enough for when I needed it done...but didn’t work out anyways...they were almost late to their own 4 hour window. They went to the wrong address, after I repeatedly stated where the vehicle needed service prior to appointment. Once finally arrived, they were extremely un-professional. No uniforms or company truck. Barely able to understand English. No introductions or explanations on replacement or what was going to happen at all. They asked if they would charge their phones inside while they work. All this leading up to them bringing the WRONG windshield!? And saying the warehouse was closed and they couldn’t get a new one...pointless, waste of an entire day, and they basically sent themselves packing without a care in the world.

I called to get a quote for replacement of my whole house windows, the lady answering phone Sherry was very courteous, polite and friendly. Then their installer Mark came to get the measurements and he was very thorough and professional. He took the time to make sure he is getting correct measurements. I went to their office and met the owner lady and she was very cooperative and professional. Showed me all choices and guided me. Prices unbeatable. Highly recommended. Tariq

Unbelievably rude office staff. I called in payment and mustve caught her on a bad day. I could barely understand the girl who took my payment and think she got offended when I kept asking her to repeat. No thanks. I dont need to be abused while Im handing you over my hard earned money.

I dont know who that girl on the phone thought who she was, but they just lost a sale because of her attitude.
