I communicated with Don a couple times about bikes and fitting during this hard to find a bike time. He is always responsive. They have a very solid fitting platform and the process was detailed but efficient with ample time to ask questions. I am excited for my new bike to arrive and get built. I love that they have a cyclist aid station at the store that is always open - vending machine with parts, nutrition, etc. Free water and a repair stand and tools. That is a unique feature no other shop in the area has. It also has a set of lockers so they can transfer smaller purchases at any time. Love the mobile repair capability too.

Don fixed my tubeless front tire in about 3 minutes while supporting a race I was riding in. If you need your bike repaired or maintained Don is a pro. I am having velo zoom fix all my bikes from now on.

What the heck took me so long to review?! I cant believe I havent already. I cannot rave about Don enough. My friends think Im crazy because I mention Don at least once every time we ride. LOL Don has been so amazing. I went to multiple local bike shops before I went to him inquiring about purchasing a full suspension MTB. The other places treated me like a ‘woman in a car dealership’ and didn’t take me seriously. Don did not do that and continues to provide the best service and he is just an all-around great guy! Super grateful to have met him and you will not be disappointed by going to him for all your bike needs!!

Had a terrific experience, was able to connect by phone and describe what I needed. With the direction I got I then scheduled the appointment. They arrived right as scheduled, did a comprehensive check of the bike, and then took the time to make sure the bike was properly fit to me. Would highly recommend!

The shop has a room for self service that is always open which is great if you ride at hawes. I also loved his employee of the month photos. Ive used Velozoom off and on for several years with nothing but good experiences. Latest time was with a new Santa Cruz MTB (Id bought elsewhere) with a problematic dropper that was going to need to be sent back for a rebuild. Done enough research to decide wanted to replace it. Thought no way it could be done before a long weekend trip to Colorado, but Velozoom got what I wanted (even with COVID supply chain issues everywhere), installed it in a half hour the day before my trip. Worked flawlessly and super happy with the customer service.

Don went out of his way to find me the perfect road bike. He added lots of extras to make it my own and made special adjustments on it for my (now healed) broken arm. He helped me find a great mountain bike too. His repair service is the best. Ive never had to wait for a response. He gets right back to me every time!!!

I fixed my bike myself and it only lasted 1 mile! So sad, as my only transportation. No easy way to get bike to repair shop. So excited when I found VeloZoom Mobile Bike Repair while searching online. Even more excited when they came to my home that very day. Don came out and fixed my 3 1/2 year old Specialized StumpJumper after asking my local bike store that I purchased it from to please fix this bike. It sounds horrible on the trail. I gave up on the store telling me there is nothing wrong with it. I gave Velo.Zoom a try since I ride Hawes all the time and saw their van outside behind the Walgreens on Power.Don tuned the bike, cleaned it up, and adjusted almost everything. The bike rode like brand new. Didn’t make a sound. Highly recommend Velo.Zoom!

After breaking my rear derailleur on my Niner Rip 9, Don came out and performed excellent needed service on my bike and replaced damaged and worn-out parts in a very short time. So convenient, and so competent - I cant think of any better way to go for bike service when you need it. Call Velozoom for spot-on work and very high knowledge on on bikes if you are needing work done or shopping for a new bike.

Great to deal with. Was going to have them rebuild my 2012 Specialized with new shocks front & rear and update it a bit. After talking with Don he suggested I not put my money into a 5 year old bike because the technology has changed drastically over the years. He offered use of two different demo bikes he had in. One was the 2017 Trance, the other the 2017 Anthem. I had the opportunity to ride each bike on the trail for a couple days. The Anthem seemed to fit my riding style better and it handled 10x better than my 5 year old bike. Im glad he suggested riding the demos and not just taking my money and reworking my 5 year old bike. I now have a bike I am much happier with, and everything is NEW, not just the shocks! Thanks!

Nothing short of incredible. Very fair value for service, prompt and ultra-professional. My Giant Carbon Fiber MTB rode smoother, shifted better, turned better, peddled easier and I shaved 1:30 seconds off my San Tan Mountain personal best on the next ride in 100 degree heat! Shocking difference in ride quality. Don did my work in his custom van right in front of my house! Zero regrets, will use consistently from now on. Cost less than your LBS and very personal service. Recently moved to Arizona from out of state. Needless to say my knowledge of local bike shops was minimal at most. Upon a Google search I happened upon VeloZoom. I liked the idea of a mobile bike shop. I set up an appointment on their website. Communication with them was great. They came out to my house, did what I needed done . Very friendly. Very professional. And the price is absolutely fair. No more dropping your bike off and waiting a couple weeks for a bike shop to get to it. They come to you. Work or home. Perfect.

Best bike service ever. They come to you at your residence and pick up your bike and will bring it back immediately. They picked up my bike for a new chain at 5pm and they brought it back the next day and they even cleaned the bike up for me. Great service and great people. They also have great prices for the quality work they do.

Great one on one customer service and follow up. Their mobile service is a great option. I needed to service my bottom bracket the day before heading out of town. I called them to see if they could take care of it and have the bike back to me in 24 hours if I took it to their shop. The owner (Don) asked where the bike was located and said he had a new bike delivery near there and that he could come pick up the bike, take care of the issue and return it the next day within that time frame. He not only took care of the issue but had the bike back to me that same evening all at a great rate. Thanks Velozoom!

I was out of town and they picked up my bike from the garage one day and returned it the nex. Traditional bike shops need an appointment and likely days out. This was same day service at my house! Bike was clean and not a scratch. Highly recommend!

Velozoom mobile bike shop is the way to go. I ordered a new Rocky Mountain Altitude in 2017 and the experience with Velozoom’s mobile bike shop was excellent. Take advantage of Velozoom’s old bike buy back program. You’ll save your old bike from heading to the landfill while also getting a few bucks for it.Most recently in March 2018 , Don went above and beyond during the first service to get the bike back in working order. All service occurs in the back of the mobile bike shop! The first service even included a factory directed replacement chain stay protector, and a new down tube protector direct from Rocky Mountain. Bonus!Being able to schedule and book an appointment online was convenient for both Don and I. I was able to look up open appointments online and picked what was convenient. I am really happy with Velozoom, and Dons attention to detail makes the experience all the more enjoyable.
