Rented a bike while in town visiting my brother. Bike was amazing and reservation process was a breeze. Staff was super friendly and ensured the bike was set to my specific height and weight before leaving the store. A new bike purchase is now in my future plans because of the fun I had on a TWJ rental.

Look nowhere else. This is by far the place to go. Staff was more than friendly and the place was clean and organized. Cannot beat the price for a quality and cared for rental bike for the day. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure your bike is properly fitted so you can giggle down the trails. We arent the brightest bunch and didnt know we needed a tailgate pad for our rental truck. Staff was more than happy to provide a tailgate pad option. The passionate and experienced staff provided excellent trail suggestions for each riders level.If you do have the opportunity to stop in, dont forget to say hi to Eddie, the friendly four legged staff member. 🐾We will definitely be stopping back next time were in Mesa.

Picked up my bike today after having a complete service, new chain and a cable replacement. Very impressed with the work Trent did. Even more impressed with the time he spent explaining everything. Work was done early and I received a txt message informing me it was ready for pickup. The shop is 22 miles from my house and I am sure I passed a half dozen other shops to get there but it was well with it!!! Thank you! Picture is from my garage not their shop. The shop is very nice.

We drove over from Queen Creek because they support my daughters NICA program. Im glad we did, it was a great experiece. We had an issue with my daughters suspension lock out. They were able to get it fixed quickly and reasonably priced. Great communication. When I went to pick it up, they helped us with all of the information we were looking for about changing from pedal to clipless. Its a great store.

After years of doing business together. My loyalty has come to the end with WTJ.2 startup bike purchases and numerous bike services, whatever happen to doing the right thing? Or finding common ground for the customer to feel they are being taken care of in a common mistake.An honest miscommunication of pedals has led them to lose a few customers and will continue if you don’t do the right thing.I support local bike companies first in AZ and it’s a sad day TWJ team has lost an influencer.

The process was great. Measuring to make sure I got the right size frame and switching out the stem to make the bike fit me better. Great team that enjoy helping others progress in the sport. Exceptional service! I got a perfectly fitted and very well tuned bike, and in the process got an education about how my bike was fitted and the adjustments that were made. In addition, knowing I was an older rider, the shop took the time to ensure I knew about the newer and more advanced features on my bike so I knew what things had changed over the years. When I made the decision to purchase a new bike, I had been looking at other model bikes. I stopped in at Two Wheel Jones to grab some new grips for my old bike I was preparing to sell. Travis and I struck up a conversation. He enlighten me with what Trek had to offer in my price range. I was pleasantly surprised to see some rad styles and found the EX 5 was exactly what I was looking for. Very happy with my choice. Outstanding customer service, extremely knowledgeable techs, and comfortable feeling my rig will be well maintained for years.

My wife and I were shopping for a Trek Domane SL5 for her. They had it in stock. I gave them a deposit over the phone for the size that Trek said was appropriate for her as I didn’t want the bike to sell before we got there the following day. We had them swap out the stock tires for a tubeless setup. Only at that point did my wife sit on the bike only to realize that she needed one size smaller. Unfortunately with limited supply right now, they did not have the correct size for her. They were very good natured about it and refunded my down payment without question. They didn’t complain about having already put on the tubeless tires either. I’would definitely come back if I needed a bike or service.

THESE GUYS RIGHT HERE...are the Sugar Honey Iced Tea! I just bought a new Madone from them a few weeks back; I was approved for Trek credit through my own process, didn’t have the credit card yet, but these guys still went through the trouble of looking up all my info, talking to reps, and doing the heavy lifting to make the buying process easy for me. The new bike also came with a free bike fit. I don’t know how many shops in the valley still offer that?! They were super friendly that entire time. That being said, a few hundred miles into the new bike, I caught a flat, fixed it, then started to have some noises that I couldn’t diagnose on my own. Took it back to the shop and they figured it out and fixed the problem free of charge. (You get quarterly maintenance for free with purchase of a new bike) Long story short, these guys are amazing, super friendly, super knowledgeable, and a load of fun to be around. I would have just chilled to talk shop for hours if I didn’t have a family at home (or a new bike to ride). If you’re looking for a bike, go here, period.

With all that is going on in the world it is amazing what this shop is keeping up with and still making a customer feel important. They have earned a customer for life. A simple tune and was treated like I was buying a new bike off the floor. Great staff and more then fair prices.

I got my suspension fully serviced by Kirby, including a damper bleed and seal replacement. My suspension feels better than when it was brand new now, the turn around time was quick as well! I will continue to use Two Wheel Jones for all my suspension services.

I brought my 2009 Specialized Stumpjumper into two wheel Jones bike shop to get a tuneup and have a reservice done on my shocks. They charge me $370 to rebuild my fork, back shock, and fix some other things and they literally did nothing. They “fixed” my fork but throwing in a random spring that didn’t fit correctly and would lock up. The back shock was the same story and does not work. I brought it back to them expecting for them to do it right, it sat in the corner for 3 weeks and was not touched, when I went to pick it up they didn’t even have it registered in the system. I was extremely disappointed. I ended up spending $370 which is “non-refundable” and didn’t actually get anything done. Complete waste.

The shop is 20+ miles from where I live so its a bit out of the way for me but I dont mind. Weve bought a couple bikes from TWJ and have brought two others in to get serviced. I was looking to do some major upgrades on my bike and asked if they thought it would be better to just buy a new bike. Perfect opening for them to jump in and start offering me options for new ones, right? But they instead said it would be better to build up the one I have, in part because the virus has slowed down getting new bikes and it might be a while. An honest answer, and they spent some time figuring out exactly what I would need upgraded for what I wanted to do. Great shop, knowledgeable and friendly people. I like them.

For years, I was looking for a locally owned bike shop that valued riders of all abilities, disciplines, and experience levels. When TWJ moved into their current location, I found the unicorn of bike shops. Knowledgeable staff, great atmosphere, and exceptional techs that make you feel welcome. TWJ also gives back to the community. I was a NICA assistant coach a few years back and TWJ supported the team in every way they could.You will not be disappointed with your experience at TWJ.

I took my bike into Two Wheels Jones (NE Mesa) after trying to adjust my derailleur myself and not doing a very good job. Upon entering the store I was greeted and asked how the employee could help. He listened to me speak about how I wanted the $100 tuneup and determined that the work I needed doing did not require me to get that particular service and the work could be done cheaper. Another colleague examined the bike in front of me describing any issues seen and tailored work to my needs informing me that some of the work as part of the $100 tuneup was not required. They explained everything in understandable terms and informed me Id have the bike back in 4 or 5 days. The next morning I got a al saying that my bike was done! Upon arriving at the store again, a description and demonstration of work completed was provided and TWJ even saved me some cash by not completing some work they thought was originally needed after closer inspection. So much easier that dealing with other stores that - this being from a guy who bought his bike somewhere else and has tried a few different LBS. Ill be back for my next service and bike. Thanks

I took a month to consider the review to make sure I still felt the same way about my experience and what I bought. I recently moved into the area from out of state and had some issues with an older bike that gave me a lot of miles and one that I really was attached to. Based on the issues the recommendation was to purchase a new bike. My other bike was 10 years old with a lot of miles and wear from those miles despite consistent maintenance. Between Kirby, Ryan and then finally Travis I was able to settle on what I wanted. To their credit they never tried to oversell me and recommended a bike based on what they thought my budget and need was. I spent the weekend riding a rental of the bike the recommended, did a ton of research and up sold myself into the bike I thought would be the one I would be most satisfied with. By not up-selling or pressuring during the process it worked out great for everyone. I love the bike and the folks at the shop are all really nice and knowledgeable. I am glad I stopped here for the tuneup.

Was in a bit of a jam. I prefer to work on my own bikes and yet there are times where, due to having very little need for a rare specific bike tool that ya gotta go find a tuner. I had not been to a local bike shop since moving to this area and heard positive things about Two Wheel Jones.“COVID time“ is NOT a time to be under a time crunch when ya need a quick tune/help. ALL local bike shops - every single one - is working around the clock as people flock to outdoor activities. And that’s awesome! Exercise is key!Long story short, the owner got me in immediately, and tho he and his team were stressed with a line out the door and dozens of bikes that needed attention, he was able to sort the more complex issue in five minutes and fixed another thing I hadn’t really noticed - and I pay a lot attention to maintenance and specifics.Just a great experience and I wanted to give this LBS a thumbs up and wish them and all the other bike shops the very best as they do their part, on the front lines, to get people outside and exercising in hopes of decreasing the stress of so many. Hell, if everyone got out, it just might put some shrinks outta biz... ha.I will make Two Wheel Jones a twice a year tune - I was humbled at their knowledge, tool set, organization and professionalism while under a bit of duress. Kudos!Keep the rubber side down and ride on!

Dropped of my bike for service this morning and had the pleasure of dealing with Tom. After checking the bike in and explaining the services they will be doing, I had a few questions about a new bike. Those few questions turned into 20 minutes of picking his brain about all the different options for picking out a bike. Tom was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in a way that made me feel that when I do finally pick out a new bike I will be confident I picked the right one.

Staff was very kind as I made my first “real” bike purchase. Helpful in navigating the various types of bikes available and the differences.Ended up with a lower cost bike than I’d thought because the staff advised me on what best fit MY needs vs. what made THEM the most $$.Very happy I stopped in and will recommend others do the same.

It was a Saturday morning. I had just finished a ride and realized my chain needed replacing. I called to see if they could fix my chain on the spot while I waited or would I have to leave my bike. They said no problem. Bring it in - we will get you back on the road asap. When I checked my bike I also noticed the rear tire needed replacing. So I took it all down to Two Wheel Jones. Got help picking out a tire and they had me out the door in under 15 minutes. Great service11/29/2020. Another great service from two wheel jones. This time needed a crank bearing replaced. When I initially called they said maybe Thursday. I didn’t want to wait 5 days to ride again so figured I would replace my self. Called a few other bike shops. Ended up at two wheel jones and they replaced it while I waited. Had the parts. They rock.

Best place Ive been for all things biking. Finally switched from a 29er hardtail to full suspension....after asking what other thing I should upgrade they recommended a drop post and WOW how fun is the bike now!! Downhills feels like Im on a bmx and as soon as the uphill hits...pop, the seats back up high and the pedaling continues.

Convenient and always quick turn around... willing to do curbside for those of us that arent comfortable going inside due to COVID. HIGHLY recommend

Travis took the time to answer all my questions and as someone new to mountain biking I had alot. The knowledge and friendliness was beyond amazing. I would definitely make the 40 minute drive to go there again.

This is a terrific bike shop. We rented great mountain bikes here. Have also taken a bike for repairs and it was done well at a good price. Most recently, was traveling with my bike with Di2 shifters. Forgot the charger and the battery was low. They let me charge it for free at the shop. Terrific!

Very helpful guys at this place. Fixed my bike up. Found a unique part. Fit me in when they could. All around very helpful and great service. And bonus, you can hop on your bike and hit the trails right from their parking lot to test out your new bike or repaired bike. Hawes Trails are just a few blocks down the road.

We are lucky to have some great bike shops in the Phoenix area, but when asked I always recommend TWJ first.The entire staff is great, and it is apparent that they are in this for the cycling community and not just to sell stuff. Their passion is obvious. They are heavily involved in promoting cycling across the community, riding alongside us in the group rides, educating novices, etc. They are a real benefit to our local cycling scene.The tech work is top notch, the product support informed, and the experience is always friendly and fun.For what its worth, I drive by at least three convenient-to-me bike shops on my way to Two Wheel Jones, and its worth the extra drive.Plus, you know, good beer.

Two-Wheel Jones is an incredible local bike shop! I went in multiple different times with new questions about buying a new bike, frame materials, brakes, and everything in between. Even though I wasn’t buying at each visit, they took the time to help me and answer all of my questions. When I did go in to buy my new bike, everything went incredibly smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with the result!10/10 would (and often do) recommend!

The guys at Two Wheel are very friendly & professional; however, previous to purchasing my bike I explained I hadnt ridden a bike in 30 yrs, so when I picked it up I felt the bike was too tall for my comfort zone. So its taken me a little longer to feel good on it than I expected. How unfortunate, as I was so excited when ordering it & waiting over a month for it.

I had a great experience there. My daughter and I got some inexpensive mountain bikes so we could ride together along the canals and Park trails, but the gears werent shifting right. We are not experienced cyclists. I tried to adjust the derailleurs per the instruction manual with no luck. They did a full tune-up for us at a reasonableness price and the technicians never made me feel like an idiot.

I purchased a tricycle bike for my daughter and her dog. Unfortunately, it came with a manufacturer defect. I was going to return the purchase from Amazon but I then realized I should check if it could be fixed by our local bike professionals. The repair was complicated, but they came up with a simple and free solution, I could do on my own. I felt taken care of, and they could have taken advantage and charged me to drill some holes... but they didnt they where professionals and honest and told me exactly how to fix my problem on my own. Jones, Thank you for being honest and trustworthy.

We had an outstanding rental experience although if we were to rent in the area again, wed ask for the option to take a soft seated mountain bike over a hard seated one which would have improved our experience and bumped-up our rating from a 9 out of 10 to a 10 out of 10. The reservation process overall was easy enough, no problems other than receiving a incomplete reservation notice after our reservation was confirmed over the phone. A follow-up e-mail received afterwards corrected to this error.Pricing was very competitive and was a main criteria for going with Two-Wheel Jones versus other bike shops that were closer to the location we were staying at.The other key reason was Alex. Her knowledge and passion for the business all things customer service related was outstanding. It was refreshing to see her passion and energy at work from start to finish.Good sports bar next door with a great patio and good tap beer selection ;-)

Awesome staff!! Answered all my questions before I bought my first Mountain bike.

I had great service when I bought my first road bicycle there 5 years ago so I went back to purchase a new upgraded bike. I interacted with several staff members during the process and everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have moved from Mesa to Rio Verde since I bought my first bike there. It is no longer my ‘local’ bike shop but it is definitely worth the drive to me.

Ray was a big help. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. The only thing Im disappointed in is the bikes do not come with kickstands. This was never explained to me. I would have purchased one if I would have known. I know its a small detail but I was bummed out when i got home! Cant wait to get out and do some riding!
