Had some work done on my Schwinn and it rides like new. Price was great and so was the service. You are now my go to.Spoke with Graham about bikes and pass mountain. Good thing I listened as I hiked the entire route Tuesday and I need much more bike. With luck I will leave the store with something shiny and new.

Great service, they were very patient with me, I left two bikes there for like 2 months due to some personal things that came up and I could never get around to picking them up. Finally picked up one of my bikes and it looks amazing. Definitely recommend them!

Brought my old mountain bike up here for new tires. They had the tires I wanted and also told me I needed a new chain, I told them to do that also and they said it should be done by tomorrow. I called late the next day to see if it would be ready or if it is taking a little longer than expected. The person who answered the phone said someone made a mistake and put me down for picking it up a week later, he said he would get them on it the next morning and he did. It was ready by early afternoon the next day.I went in to pick the bike up and realized as I was leaving that the front tire was completely flat and there was no cap on the air valve. I was also told that I was charged for two new chains and one new tire, fortunately that was also a mix up, they meant one chain and two new tires. I figured the tire was flat because of the missing cap. I got one from the shop and brought the bike home. I filled the deflated tire with air and 30 minutes later it was completely flat. I repeated the same process just to make sure and got the same result.I took it up to the shop and they changed it right there for me quickly which was nice, what was not nice is that I had to pay $17 for an additional tube for a tire that was flat when I picked up it up. I am someone new getting into this but the unorganized experience I had at this shop was not what I was expecting.

Went in to buy a mountain bike for myself and my son the other day. Walked around for 15 minutes by ourselves while the one employee was working on a repair with another customer. He never bothered to engage or even make eye contact. It seems a simple, be with you shortly would have been in order. Oh well, we took our shopping somewhere that they had time for us.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was a new customer to this ship and needed a few misc things and they took care of me like a repeat customer. Thank you!

Went in to purchase a bike. Knew which one we wanted. Tools the kid behind the counter which one. He went to look at which one said ok Ill be right back, then proceeded to pretend he wasnt helping is, and started helping the next person to walk in the door. Stood there for a few minutes thinking that he was going to be quick. Nope he started trying to sell this new customer a bike. Definitely do not recommend this shop.

I rented 2 Levo SL bikes this past weekend, both worked great!We did have an problem, one of the battery chargers they gave us was for a regular Levo and did not fit. We figured out the issue and called the shop, they had the correct one and we went to pick it up.The bummer was no one apologized for the mistake, no money was credited back for the inconvenience of the drive back across town.I would not recommend the north Mesa store.sent from my iPhoneEd Arnold

I cant say enough good things about Bike Masters. Every experience Ive had here has been exceptional, but a recent one stands out even above the rest.I purchased a bike here for my son (an Eastern BMX) and he absolutely loves it. When I was looking for the perfect bike for him, I searched online and local bike stores - comparing prices, warranties, all that good stuff - but finally decided to purchase it from here vs the internet.The prices were comparable, but what was the final deciding factor, and made cost not as important, was the free lifetime adjustments.They have honored that and beyond.So back to my recent experience. This Christmas my son got a new chain and sprocket. We took his bike to Tyler and Cory at this Bike Masters on Power and McKellips to put on this new chain and sprocket, and the project turned into a nightmare! NO fault of theirs at all. Let me stress that.Somehow the bolt had gotten so tight that not even a torque bar would loosen it! Long story short, they ended up having to drill the bolt out and what was supposed to be a 10 minute project for them turned into hours of work and trying different things.They stuck with it, and I could tell a big part of that was because they saw how important the bike was to my son. They werent just doing this because they had to. Their heart was into it and they never had a bad attitude about it. In their position I hope I would have the same patience and attitude.We got only got charged for the original estimate too.We are customers for life and I will refer anyone and everyone to Bike Masters.You guys are awesome!

Feels like motor vehicle not a bike shop. Rude along with poor attitude, and little to no help with an isssue I had which 5 minutes down the road at another bike shop got sorted for me. Save your time, use another shop.

Decent sized bike store with a wide range of low cost bikes to high end bike. Good selection of apparel and gear for your bike and your ride. Staff is good to ok, just not to inviting.

Jordan, awesome person! He is extremely knowledgeable about cycling and took the time to explain the various mountain bike options for my type of riding. He is an outstanding mechanic! Tyler, as busy as they were, he took the time to install and helped me with understanding how to work my new bike rack. These guys are really super and know how to take care of their customers! Taken advantage of my wife and kid to sell them a bike with out telling them anything about the bike they sold the wrong bike and they didnt care about the customer only on the $$$$ I sure dont appreciate

Expert, fast and very knowledgeable service on my Yeti SB100 from Scott and Hector! They knew how to service the Yeti-specific Switch Infinity link, and even had the specific Yeti-spec’d grease for it! I have been impressed each time I have been here over the past year, and am very confident bringing my high-end bikes here for service items I can’t/won’t do myself. I highly recommend this shop!

I noticed theyre out of business, huh,I wonder why?!!!On their website it says Come see, and test ride our great selection of Electric bicycles. We also have demo E-bikes if you want to try before you buy. I traveled all the way across town because I believed them. I got there they had ONE E-BIKE but... It was at the other store 5 miles further! I went and it was a leftover from last year. I told them they should change their website a week ago... They did nothing. I bought 2 Genze e-bikes at Costco (this years model) and paid about half what they wanted for the ONE of last years model. I threw front shock with remote lockout 99 bucks on each bike. Got a better bike from a place I know I can trust. I feel better about buying from Costco anyway because, I know Costco will be there.Bike Masters is basically a drop shipper with a real I dont care attitude. Im guessing theyd rather argue with someone for two hours rather then resolve their 15 minute issue. Go there if you want, but Ill never go back.

I have bought my bike from them a while ago. I noticed that the gears werent shifting properly after a couple of rides. I brought it in today and one guy stated that I should have purchased a maintenance plan. I have only ridden it a few times, it never worked right since I bought it. I was ready to leave and this other guy took my bike and said he would take a look at it . Wow! he fixed in no time and I bought a bike pump that he installed for me as well. I finished my ride with confidence that I would be safe and safe I was. My gears shifted right on and smoothly, I was able to enjoy the rest of my ride. Thank you for the great customer service !!! Highly recommend this place.

Went here to check out a couple of bikes and they were very nice and let me ride the bike out the door which I thought was nice.They didnt have much of a selection for the type of bike I was looking for and the only one they had was a bit expensive in comparison to what I could find elsewhere.The staff was very helpful. I would go again and give them another shot in the future.

Bought a new Stumpjumper from here a couple weeks ago and had a couple issues preventing me from riding. Called today for help and Sean told me to bring the bike in for a look. 5 min later he had fixed all issues and even found something minor with the brakes that he also resolved. Top notch store with excellent service. Just wish they had a location up north :). Thanks again.

Great staff! Knowledgeable and very helpful. Worked on my bike and fixed it to meet my specs. They were so accommodating that I upgraded my bike with other parts that I had not planned to buy. No pressure, good atmosphere. I’ll be back!

I brought my mountain bike into Bike Masters on Power today and was so impressed with the professionalism of the manager, David. I have an unusual bike, but he knew what it was. He took care of my bike and was so pleasant. I have told my family and will tell all of my friends and neighbors what a great place this is. I rode my bike tonight and it performed as if it were brand new. This will be my bike shop from now on.

Learning how to repair and tune my bike on my own. Needed new shifters and break levers---super friendly, helpful, and they werent condescending when i asked newbie Qs. Think Tye helped me out. Ill be back!

Fast, reasonable, knowledgeable and courteous - all the things you want out of a bicycle shop. They were able to take our kids two Amazon purchased bicycles and get them working well. Id just about given up on one of the detailers; they acknowledged it was a tricky, but they were able to get everything working well. Id highly recommend them.

New bikes. Inventory of used bikes that they are willing to sell is non-existent. Would have preferred to buy within my neighborhood, but had to use a bike shop elsewhere to find a used bicycle.

A big selling point for me to buy two bikes from Bikemasters is the lifetime maintenance. I took two bikes in for regular maintenance for the first time after buying them 1.5 years ago. The guys at BM didnt even lube the chains!? I really dont think they did anything but if they did, it wasnt much. When I picked them up I noticed dirt caked on the chain and told them. They seemed incredibly apathetic about it but then briefly took a rag to the chain to wipe it off- still no lube. I was shocked to learn that one of the guys was the manager! What?! Can someone recommend a good bike shop in the area for me? Bikemasters, feel free to contact me regarding this. Ill save cash and buy elsewhere next time.

Very akward and unpleasant. Salesman was not interested in building rapport, with me or the other cyclists I came in with. I was waiting for what I thought was another customer but the salesman was talking to the mechanic for a few minutes before helping me out. They didnt have the tube size I needed in stock, which I pointed out is like a roofer running out of nails. Bike masters is probably worse than DNA

The guys in the shop were professional, knowledgeable and the price was right. Few and far between the norm.
