Great place! The owner was helpful and answered all my questions and made sure I had what I needed! Great little business he has going on here and its a great place to fix your bike! He changed my rear tire on my RadRunner E-bike and gave me the best price on tube/stem and labor... great store... friendly and nice people! I will definitely be back here again shortly to get a few more things for my E-bike!

Best bike shop in Mesa my opinion! But im biased towards D.I.Y. mom & pops shops... but this guy handles all my needs almost every time! I know he dont work on e-bikes but still goes out of his way to help me..he has most necessities and some things you will just want... and a cold tasty Dr. Pepper when you just need it! I come here everytime i need help... if he cant help me he knows where to send me! 5 stars all day!

Really great experience both times Ive visited this shop with my dad. The first time, Richard was able to get us in right away and replace my dads tire within 5-10 minutes and get us out the door. Most recently, we brought in a half-assembled adult tricycle that he was able to finish for us by the next day. His prices are incredibly fair compared to other bike shops we visited that quoted us upwards of $150 for the same work that he charged less than half of that for! Would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Dude that owns the place is cool and very helpful. He even helped talk my son into a better bar for his bike. Blue was the right choice! For sure go there if you need anything for bicycle!

Very helpful, got the parts I wanted and could not find elsewhere. Later I tried my best to adjust brakes but just couldnt get it working smooth. Took it in late yesterday for tune up special. Got it back today when promised! HUGE IMPROVEMENT, RIDES AS GOOD LIKE NEW AGAIN! Very happy with the service and now my bike as well. Thanks!

Richard the owner is very accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. Hes done great tune work on a couple of my e-bikes.He can order obscure parts and repairs are super fast!Its definitely worth it, if you have to go out of your way, for this kind of service.

What a cool shop ran by a guy who really cares about bikes! Although I was only in to pick up a few supplies, I knew I found a place to get some parts and bikes. It looked and sounded like they were pretty capable when it came to repairs, too. Ill have to get riding to try it out!

Great rider owned Father and son shop. The few times Ive gone in there to get something they always have what I need in stock no need to wait for shipping. Prices are completely reasonable so you dont need to pay for shipping either.

Went in to get my rim trued for 40 dollars, came back with my rims in the same condition, dude didnt even true my wheels, idk if he didnt know how properly do it or he just didnt want to, either way it was a waste of money

Bike Boss is a great BMX shop. I can always find what I need there. They are very helpful if I have any questions.

The bikes looked nice, but unfortunately my boyfriend and I werent able to do much more than look, as the person working there refused to even acknowledge the fact that we walked in, and were looking to purchase a bike, and couldnt seem to be bothered with assisting. We were in the store for about 15 minutes, and no customer service. Apparently the conversation he was having with his buddy that was there was much more important than trying to help a prospective customer. A simple Welcome in, let me know if you have any questions.. would have gone pretty far. I hope the conversation was worth losing $400-500 on a sale.

I ride 4000+ miles/ year.....I wouldn’t take my bike anywhere else. I’ve had him replace a few parts on my bike....the work is always top notch! I would highly recommend Bike Boss to anyone who wants good service and great workmanship. Richard is the best!

This is a great shop on the small end side of bike shops but has fantastic customer service and a very inviting atmosphere.

Richard is amazing! I came in for a seat and not only did he install the bike seat but he corrected some adjustments on the bike to create an easy ride for me. I will never take my bike elsewhere!

I highly recommend this place. The Bike Boss replaced my bike tube and had me back on the road in minutes. The dude had every type of bike tool imaginable and was very knowledgeable. They have a nice selection of premium BMX bikes and kids bikes too if youre in the market for those. Keep up the good work dude.

Awesome and friendly service! Finally, a bike shop that doesnt have d-bags working there. I brought in my Bianchi road bike to get my rear wheel trued... Dude saw that I broke a spoke, we chatted, and the next thing I knew, 10 minutes later I was rolling down the road. Great prices, too! Highly Recommend!!!

This is an honest review not written by a friend or paid for.I went in to discuss and look at bikes for my sons birthday and sadly my ring was in the shop which I guess automatically means Im single... Needless to say the conversation seemed to be only about me and how I should check out one of the gentlemans performances. Very unprofessional and didnt even seem to care about bikes. Really weird vibe. Makes me feel like the review written by the mom just wasnt real.

Phenomenal service! Dropped off our BMX bike and it was completed within 24 hours. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place

FINALLY, a legit Bike Shop on the East Side of the Valley that caters to the BMX community. Not only BMX but a plethora or other bikes. Richard (owner) got my sons bike dialed in and race ready. He’s honest, professional and will only help guide you in the right direction. As a single woman, I felt comfortable knowing I wasn’t being taken advantage. I cannot say enough great things about Richard and his Bike Shop. I’ve been sending all of my friends, fellow riders and family to Bike Boss. Everyone is very happy with his service, professionalism and honesty!

I was able to find this awesome bike shop down in mesa. They were able to repare my bicycle with no problems! I highly recommended them!

He gave me the wrong parts the first time. Then again the wrong parts the second time. He also didnt bother to notify me that he was going to give me a (rear axel that is too long) instead of the front one I needed.
