Great experience. Happened to find a new Palisade that just hit the lot. Kyle was very helpful to schedule a test drive and answer our questions. It always takes such a long time to finalize a car purchase but I felt he tried hard to get us out as quick as he could. He also got us set to get a tow hitch installed at a Murdock location closer to home. Overall...very pleased with Kyle and Dallin in finance.

I just recently purchased a Santa Fe and I love it and my experience with this dealership! Jon has been a dream to work with, he has listened to me and answer literally every little question I ask. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because when I had the car delivered it was dirty and had a lot of smudges and scuffs inside. They were easily cleaned, but just wish it has been better detailed inside. I did have an amazing delivery driver though that made it ok.I high recommend buying from this dealership.

They did their best to bring down the price as much as possible, and I loved how each one was willing to talk to me about something besides cars (I think this helped them know my personality and the kind of car I was looking for). Matt in the Service Department is amazing!!! Our car broke down on the way to our family vacation (we were stranded 1.5 hrs from home). He helped us secure a rental car in Brigham City that was big enough to fit us and our stuff in, had a worker shuttle my husband over there to pick it up, searched for towing rates for us in order to get our car home and even stayed nearly an hour after closing to wait for my husband to make it back with our rental. He bent over backwards to help us even though he didnt need to and we didnt even purchase a car from them or pay them for any of the work that they did to help us. I cannot recommend this place enough!

When I was in need of a new vehicle fast, I shopped around at 4 different car lots but found my experience to be nothing but a frustrating headache. Until I came to Murdock Hyundai of Logan that is. Here, they were so friendly and willing to actually listen to what I was looking for, they didnt brush me off or ignore what I was saying, they didnt try pushing vehicles on me that I had no interest in. They took the time to actually let me look at my interests and I got to do a few test drives. I had a great experience here. We have owned a number of Hyundai vehicles through the years and have loved them. They are dependable and safe (one family member was struck by a DUI, vehicle badly damaged, family member walked away from crash.) Our sales associate Rick Cloud at Murdock Hyundai assisted us with our most recent purchase and did an excellent job. He promptly responded to our requests for assistance, listened to our needs and helped us find the right vehicles. The sales process was easy, comfortable and efficient.

Bought daughters first car a few years ago. Many issues when we bought the new car with the upgrades we purchased. Should not have given them the money upfront as once they had it all customer service was done. Even had 1 vendor come back to us to see if we could get them to pay for the upgraded work we had already paid the dealership for. Fast forward to today. When we bought the car it came with lifetime oil changes and since we live in Davis County no problem you can stop at our Bountiful dealership. Well everytime we have had it serviced they have argued that it was not covered and last month said this is the last time unless you drive to Logan.Poor customer service from the start! But hey “you are the heart of their business”. (As long as they get the money up front)Go elsewhere.

We always have a great experience coming to the store. The customer service is exceptional. We live in North Ogden so it is a little ways away from us but compared to the other Hyundai dealerships out there we like this one the best! We worked with Eric and Rick. Both are awesome and made the process smooth and easy. Everyone was very accommodating and even the service team was excited about our purchase! We also love the car so thats a bonus too.

I was able to work with Rick Cloud on getting in a 2021 Santa Fe and it was truly the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. Sales people tend to be very pushy and uncomfortable and my experience with Rick was just the opposite. It was easy, fast and efficient. I didn’t feel as though I was just another customer. Rick took the time prior to find out what I was looking for and what I needed. The effort and organization he put in prior definitely made all the difference on the process of buying a new vehicle. I would definitely buy a future vehicle from Murdock Hyundai and I cannot recommend working with Rick enough! If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, Rick is your guy!

The personnel are very helpful and personal. We had a recall on our Sonata motor. They made arrangements for our appointment and when the motor needed replaced they loaned us a 2021 Hyundai to drive for 2 weeks. The car now runs great. They worked with us and allowed us to return the car 5 or 6 days after the repair was complete because we live 5 hours from their establishment. They have always taken good care of our car when we had inspection appointments.

Recently bought a new Palisade from Devin Nielsen and the process couldnt have been easier. I purchased out of state and he was prompt and quick to all my questions. Flew out, got the car with no hassle and was on my way back home. Would definitely recommend going here if you need a car.

I wasn’t going to write this review but Ive had my car a month and my Murdock experience was horrible start to finish. Only reason I bought there was they had the car my wife LOVED and no where else had anything close. My salesman was HIGH PRESSURE, I was not leaving the lot without a car. Am I a little glad he pressured a little, yeah cause my wife’s car is pretty well one of a kid with how it looks, but still he was over the top pressuring my wife and I. I was pressured a lot to use a lender approved by them, use a bank they wanted. I really wanted to use my own bank when they realized I would not budge I was informed it would cost me 500$ to use my own lender, I have the text with my salesman to prove that. I’m not clear on why that would be I didn’t question it at the time. My lender had a lower interest rate I’m saving way more than that extra 500$. I was asked to put 1000$ down cause I was getting one extra thing and they wanted that to hold my spot. I was informed if I chose to finance the full amount no down they would refund that. I financed the full amount, to get that 1000$ back took 39 days and a lot of phone calls and voicemails where no one returned my calls, I had to catch the right person in the office to even speak to a person. The straw that just broke me was the service and part department problem I had today. Which they resolved and have just bent over backwards for me. Without the service department taking care of me today I would have given a 1-star review and never gone back for my lifetime of free oil changes I was done with Murdock all together I didn’t even want to go back to get my plates, which still aren’t in yet, I have had such a bad experience. I’ll probably never buy another car from them but I’ll for sure know that the car I did buy their service department will take excellent care of me.

I always had terrific service working with Murdock Hyundai in the past. They would go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled correctly and in a timely manner.Unfortunately my Hyundai was totaled in March of 21... I have since been trying to get the documents and information from Murdock Hyundai for my insurance so that everything goes through. Ive called them several times to try and get in touch with someone, and every person Ive spoken to has either said they would call me back or send the requested documents to me. I havent been able to get anything that I have needed from them.Its really not the service I grew to admire and felt was always worth the 90 minute drive from Salt Lake to Logan. I hate to say it, because they have been so good in the past... but Im rather disappointed with their finance department, Ive not been able to get anything resolved with them.This dealer is great to work with when buying a vehicle and even getting it serviced. But unfortunately, things arent so great after that.Sorry Murdock Hyundai of Logan, your amazing service kind of disappeared.

This place is amazing. My moms car had a major engine failure while passing through the Logan area. The car was towed to this dealership. They did an amazing job getting my mom into a loaner car and they went to bat for her with the manufacturer and got a complete engine replacement at no cost to here (this doesnt happen for everyone, depends on what happened and the cause). Kelly and the owners have been very helpful with updates and information. They have my complete trust and respect.

Great experience. No pressure at all. They were willing to let us spend as much time as needed with the vehicle to be sure it was the right fit for us.

Murdock has been the most pleasant dealership to work with. I didn’t intend to buy a car but I really wanted out of my Nissan. Originally went buy to test drive a Hyundai Kona but it was smaller than I thought it was so I test drove a Tuscon. Fell in love with it immediately! Hyundai’s warranties are really the best in the industry! I will NEVER ever go back to another KenGarff or Young dealership after having such a wonderful experience with Murdock. Erick has been amazing to work with and didn’t try to talk me into extra warranties or accessories that I didn’t want or need.

My man bought a Ford Raptor and did all the paperwork everything and Brang in a down payment and told Rick to have it ready cleaned and detailed like they said even they said it to with a full tank of gas he went to go pick it up and one of the guys took out for a joy ride and put 200 more extra miles on it and left it a half tank a gas. How is this a good business and trustworthy business it’s a 60k vehicle after the sales were final and you guys didn’t even care one bit and got back to him we’re never recommending anyone to you guys ever we should of just bought the raptor at Wilson motors cause we trusted them with our last vehicle purchase.

The last time I brought my car in I felt rushed, and I didnt understand what they were checking or how much it would cost. I explained this in my original review for the visit. A week later I was contacted by Jesse Torres. He had been the one to assist me, and he sincerely apologized for making me feel rushed and not explaining in laymans terms. He offered two free oil changes due to the inconvenience. I felt like my complaints were heard and taken into consideration. I will definitely be returning for future services.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service. We just bought a car today from their salesman Jon and I could not be more frustrated. Did not receive more than three exchanges of eye contact during our entire transaction and failed to include me on any of the financial information. Directed all of his question purely to my husband. When handed any type of form or paper, it was put directly in front of my husband and I had to pull it towards me so I could see what was being discussed. As for the deal we got on our car, and our monthly payment, I am very pleased. Definitely a great price and very satisfied with the added services they threw in with the transaction.

BAD Experience!I drove from Idaho to lease a new car, got all the paperwork done and drove home. I get contacted that there was an error on my new contract and had to sign a new one which had me pay more a month for the car.The next issue was getting the license and registration transferred. 1 week before my temporary license plate expired, I contacted them to let them know I haven’t heard from the DMV and checked to see if they sent all the paperwork. They didn’t send the paperwork. What they said was “I just got the paperwork here, Ill overnight it”. If I didn’t contact them this would have never been done. Unfortunately, my license expired and still haven’t received it because it takes time for the DMV to process.Definitely it a good experience.Got contacted that they made an error in my contract and now had to pay more a month for the car.

I always have a good experience purchasing from Murdock. Curtis is my favorite to work with and I always feel like I have been treated with respect.

Wanted to buy a 2020 Santa Fe. This is our 3rd. We love this Hyundai. Excellent vehicle for the price. We shopped around and compared other brands. Unless the price is doubled, this SUV cant be beat. Murdock is another experience...our salesman knew 2 weeks in advance we were coming. I told him exactly what we wanted. From the trim package to the color. We communicated frequently. On the day we told him we would be there, there werent any vehicles that matched our criteria. We sat for many hours while he looked for something at other dealerships in the state. As far as Im concerned, he dropped the ball. So frustrating. We ended up with a beautiful car and Love it so far. If it wasnt for Matt in the service department, we would go elsewhere.

We had amazing help from Chris and Drew they really cared about getting us into a car we could afford but most importantly love. They took their time to double check everything and make sure we were comfortable and informed with everything going on. Chris was super upbeat, down to earth, and definitely someone you can trust inside and outside the dealership. Drew was informative and helpful in getting us to understand our best option. I took my car in for for 3 recalls on my hyundai santa fe before the Christmas holiday and the techs there treated my car with care. I usually have oil and dirt stains over my driver seat and side doors when I take my car in for a service, but their techs do a whole lot better job in keeping the inside of your car clean while doing their job. I definitely would go here again for any service because of the fact that they treat my car better than the other automotive service place I always take my car to. My service advisor Monty was great, helpful, and attentive as well.

Murdock Hyundai of Logan is an amazing place to purchase a vehicle! We are first time buyers and as such we had some reservations. Buying a new vehicle for the first time is a big deal! We didn’t feel pressured to take one direction or another as we visited with the sales team. It has been slightly over a month since I purchased the car. I have loved the car and the sales staff was very helpful and friendly. My temporary Registration expired 16 days ago I still have no license plates or correct Registration. I have called them several times but I have not gotten a call from them at all informing me of what the hold up is. When I call they are very nice but offer no real answers. They did tell me I could go get another temp. Tag if I went and picked one up this is an issue for me as I live 40 miles away and am rarely in that area. The buying experience was nice however after the purchase I feel the communication has been poor. I understand things come up but I would very much like to drive my car legally......Update, I was contacted the same day of the original post and they were very helpful. fast forward a couple of days They got me my license plates and also a gift card for the mixup. I have changed my rating as I feel it is deserved. Thank you for the help I really do appreciate it!

I LOVE my car! I will recommend my vehicle to anyone who asks about it, but I would really hesitate to send anyone to Logan Hyundai. I know I signed a paper saying all was well when I bought my car at that point it was Great. but... then I went to pick up my car when it arrived and had to ask to be shown how to set things up and some of the features I wasnt shown in detail when I signed my purchase papers because I was told we will go over all that when your car gets here and It wasnt. I was handed the keys and waved good bye. that was disappointing. I had to find someone to Take a picture with my phone then as an after thought they were like oh ya I guess we need your picture to that was disappointing. I was willing to let it go because I do love my car and hoped it was a random thing....Fast forward a few months I had driven a lot and had a tire that was leaking air so I took it over to get looked at. While I was there I asked for my oil to be changed, it was about 1000 miles before the hyundai oil change was due but I had purchased the extra oils changes policy when I bought the car so I figured it would be easy to take care of while I was there, and I planned to put those 1000 miles on in the next little bit. Well what a FIASCO!! the service department told me the policy the sales people sold me for extra oil changes was worthless and I needed to go talk to finance and get my money back. We talked to finance and they got it fixed and said it was a simple click of the wrong box which I really hope it was. regardless it got fixed after 2 hrs of waiting and arguing with the service department and finance trying to get it worked out it did get fixed in the end. Then we waited another hour for the tire to be fixed and oil changed only to be told the tire wasnt fixable! we looked up what the tire was worth and the quote to replace was way over retail so we opted to look into other tires and left with out a fixed tire driving on a donut in a brand new vehicle. That very day we went to a tire store and they fixed the tire no problem, and they told us the previous place should have been able to fix it. It has now been several weeks and the tire is still doing fine.After feeling like I was taken advantage of several times in 1 visit , told by the service guy that the sales people sold me a worthless policy, had to pay another place to fix my tire when it should have been covered at the Hyundai dealership and wasted several hours of my day I am very hesitant to take my vehicle back to Murdock of Logan. I hope any future experiences go much better than I have had so far. If they do I will definitely update my review. but for now Im pretty disappointed.Just a warning to all buyers KNOW WHAT YOU BUY! If my spouse hadnt known exactly what the extra policy covered I would have trusted the service guy and assumed my extra policy was worthless. If my spouse hadnt fought to get what we paid for we wouldnt have gotten things worked out.

I maintenance my cars here. Higher prices but quality work.

They were such an amazing group of people. We got a really good deal on our vehicle better then anywhere else in town our interest rate was quite low and so is our payments. I will deffently go back
