I went here and wanted to test drive a Ford bronco. The only one they had one which was fine, I understand that selections are limited. But the associate there didnt seem like they even wanted to sell me. I basically had to beg to he taken through the sales process. It was so bad that even though I liked the bronco more, I went somewhere else entirely and didnt even buy from ford.

Customer service is the best. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lynette is so nice and helpful. The mechanic I talked to was very professional and listened to my concerns. My car was done right and on time.I wouldnt take my car for service anywhere else. I am very satisfied.

Not impressed with this service dept. I get the feeling that the customer is a priority at other dealerships I work with, but not this one.Update:After posting my original review I got a call from one of Wilsons managers to let me know they were getting my truck taken care of. While my interaction with one of their service reps was 1-star worthy and despite the fact that the mechanical issues I experienced on Saturday while attempting to take my son skiing were a result of a technicians error in putting my truck back together after working on it earlier last week, I appreciate the response I got from Chad and his service manager to get the issue with my truck resolved and back on the road. Thank you, Chad, for making customer service a priority.

Absolutely impressed with their Service Department. As a first time customer of theirs, I will go out of my way to return. Reggie was informative, professional, and an advocate for the customer. Everything was communicated concerning lead time for parts and scheduling, and the repairs were completed when promised. Great customer service - thank you.

Steve Allen was great to work with. He took the time to answer all our questions and help us decide what options we wanted. When we figured out exactly what we wanted, he found us the perfect vehicle. The whole experience was low pressure, easy and pleasant.

The service department is a joke. I have taken my vehicle here multiple times and they have given me the car back saying nothing is wrong when the check engine light comes back on a couple days later. My car is under warranty and it feels like they keep beating around the bush until the warranty is up. Almost like they are trying to tell me nothing is wrong when I know there is so that when the warranty is up I have to pay for the repairs. Their staff is friendly but it’s an average car dealership. They aren’t there to really help. They just want to make money... I’m very dissatisfied.

As a previous employee I wouldn’t recommend working at this dealership. A lot of the coworkers were great, the environment was great, and the service managers Tanner Davis and Lynette Lewis are the only 2 people keeping that place together if you ask me. They are friendly, outgoing, they make you feel like family and keep up on your life every time you go in, they are honest and upfront with you and as a business manager myself they are 2 individuals I would never want to lose from my company. Management had major issues and projected them onto everyone during my time there.

About 1 month ago I had a bad experience with this service department, however when they heard about my negative experience they (Chad) called me and went above and beyond to correct the problem for me. I was very impressed with his customer service and willingness to make the bad experience a great experience. Thank you Chad!!!

The service department at Wilson Ford is amazing! Lynette and Tanner are polite, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Over four years since I purchased it, Ive had my F-150 serviced several times and the work is done promptly and accurately, and its always priced right. They have exceeded my expectations with lubrication, repairs, tires and diagnostic work. I highly recommend the service department at Wilson Ford in Logan, Utah.

My husband and I rented a Ford Escape in Denver so we could tour the National Parks. As we were driving from Jackson, Wyoming over the mountains into Utah (in a blizzard), the “check tire pressure” light came on. Thankfully, We found Wilson Ford and pulled in. A very nice young man took the car into the service bay and checked the tires, looked the vehicle over & most importantly, gave us peace of mind for the rest of our trip. The service manager assisted us with any questions we had about the vehicle as well. We were not regular customers of this dealership, but they treated us as if we were! They were pleasant, professional and courteous. It’s obvious that they treat all their customers the same way they treated us. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Service person Lanett was excellent as were the rest of the employees. I was just a walking from out of town needing an oil change and tire rotation. They took care of that pronto, diagnosed and fixed another problem I asked them about. I highly recommend Wilson Ford/Nissan.

They said they had a charge port for electric cars, and the app charge point says they have one. I drove around several times and couldnt find it. Oh well. They ought to make it a bit more obvious or not say they have one... Ive been treated really well here before. Not a bad place.

This dealer didn’t allow our car the warranty it offered under 100,000 miles. They said the engine light needed to be on otherwise they wouldn’t fix the part that had been recalled. They told us everything was fine, but as it turns out they were wrong. We called ford later and they said they should have fixed it when we brought it in and for whatever reason they refused us. Instead they put my wife and I in danger with a car that had a RECALLED transmission and could have broken down at any minute. They just didn’t fix it because “the light wasn’t on” ridiculous. Now, 10,000 miles later are car transmission is broken and we are no longer under warranty this is going to cost us $2000 to fix and we are college students. We can hardly afford that! This company put us in danger over something they were meant to fix and simply didn’t. Absolutely insane. I’m enfuriated.

I have nothing but negative experiences with this dealership. I took my ford in to get serviced and they gave me a quote of $1,200 and said it needed to get fixed ASAP and would fix all the problems I was having. Paid to have it done and none of the problems were solved, didn’t notice a single difference. Took it in again a year later after having brake issues, Les Swchabb took the tires off and showed me how worn the brakes were but I went to ford to get a second opinion. They looked at it for 10 minutes and told me brakes were in good condition. I have photos and a quote showing the brakes are at 3mm, which is the level you need to get them replaced at. Come to find out they didn’t even look, just tested the response. This place is extremely unreliable and untrustworthy, I will never let them touch my car again because they miss big problems and rack up your bill with bogus problems.

DO NOT BUY USED WITHOUT A SECOND LOOK FROM A REAL MECHANIC. Absolute trash, I bought a used F150 and have only had problems since. Please, Please, Please dont make the same mistake I did.

Would have given 5 stars , they could have vacuumed my car out and wash the black grease off the left side of the car.But Reggie at the service dept. Was outstanding he helped me with everything, the calling of my extended warranty, to even getting us a rental car for the day. Thank you Reggie for going far beyond your job.
