Micah had a almost perfect and very low mile 2010 Honda CRV that my wife wanted to replace her 2007 with that has 231,000 miles on it! The 2010 was a perfect fit. We paid a bit of a premium price on the car because of the unusually excellent condition of a car that old, but Micah was very good to work with and treated us fairly. A Very nice quality dealership with quality cars only. One can tell this gentleman knows his stuff and knows how to acquire very high quality cars. I wouldnt be surprised if I go back to him in the future.

My wife and I had been shopping new cars in Salt Lake and researching car ratings on line for quite a while. We knew what we wanted And test drove several of them, we were a bit shocked at how much the out the door price at the dealerships was.Our daughter and her husband had recently purchased a very low mileage loaded clean car / suv from Mr Bybee and were very pleased with experience and the car.They mentioned to us that he had a a low mileage clean model just about exactly matching what we were looking for , so we went to Logan to see what he had . He was very accommodating at meeting us when we could get there. We were surprised at the number of high quality low mileage beautifully loaded cars he had available. After test driving several of them , we test drove the Loaded Toyota Highlander we had come to see. It didn’t have a hitch on it , but had everything else we wanted.Our old 2010 Camry had served us well and will probably go another 50k miles trouble free, but the years of driving had bug and rock chipped the front end. We mentioned this and Mr Bybee said he could get a clear bra and hitch put on the Highlander. We waited a very reasonable number of days for these additions to be ordered and installed. We were very pleased with the results! Mr Bybee really knows his stuff on quality cars and spent as much time as it took to answer all our questions. We got a very fair price with no hassles and no dealer extra surcharges and fees etc. He was a real gentleman to work with!We’re very pleased with this vehicle and when we are ready to purchase another vehicle we will definitely go see him again. Micah, had the perfect vehicle on his lot (it checked all the boxes) but I hadnt purchased from a small dealer before so I was cautious. Micah was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, responsive and easy going. Im a very fickle buyer and he was patient. My test drive wasnt too far and one of my biggest concerns was gas mileage. I live two hours away and had to sleep on it. Two days later I knew I really wanted the vehicle but the gas mileage was still in question. Micah, was willing to go on a much longer drive with me so I could get a good read on the mileage. So with check in hand I headed out for another two hour drive to test out and potentially pick up the vehicle. I was tired when I arrived and decided instead to trust that the average mileage Micah told me it would get was true, signed paperwork, took possession of the vehicle and drove two more hours home. The car got almost EXACTLY the mileage Micah promised it would, the difference was even a little BETTER mileage!! Its rare this day and age to find honest people, let alone, in the car business! Let’s face it, car buying is generally an unpleasant experience (like going to the dentist, or dealing with your insurance agent), BUT, Micah at Bybee Specialty made the whole process of buying a car pretty fantastic.
