I took my new to me Nissan Altima in to look at some issues. I did research and discovered a transmission cooler could possibly extend the life of my 2012 transmission. They were aware of this aftermarket addition and where very supportive in getting the part in and adding it to my car. Everything is running great. Service was good. Friendly and attentive. Went in to the service department to get a recall checked on my car on Tuesday 10/5/21. Was suppose to get an email to write a review but never came through. But anyways, service was fast. Only waited 30 min and Reggie was great, friendly and fast service!

They were quick about fixing my recall. The process to schedule an appointment for said recall could definitely be made easier. An online option in particular would have been nice. Overall good experience.

We bought a car from a different dealership and it needed some work done. Mitch went above and beyond to help us, and was even able to get ford to cover part of our repair as we were barely out of the factory warranty period. Everyone I came in contact with was very helpful and nice. I normally wouldnt use a dealership repair service as they tend to be more expensive but I will take my expedition back if we need anything else done.

Absolutely amazing service Dept. We broke down about 35 miles away on a trip from Idaho with plans to go to a jazz game in salt lake that night. After calling three different places, Wilson was the only dealer willing to squeeze us in. We had our pathfinder towed there and they fixed our car very quickly with the best customer service I’ve had from a service department EVER. Mitch was great keeping us informed what the issue was and even had someone come in to help get us back on the road. The price was also lower then expected and very fair. I told my wife that I think it would be worth the 120 mile drive next time we have anything we need done on our Nissan or our Ford!

I’n choose this service as I need to change transmission oil. My usual service workshop doesn’t dealing with oil transmission changes for Nissan. It was so easy to schedule the service at Willson, nice polite women meet me and schedule for time as I need and even has some discount for the work. But here I have additional charges for multi check which is normally included to my regular oil change. Always when I go my service I have a washing for free too here I do need pay for it if I want to wash. Same with vacuum cleaner. Overall feeling the price is higher, they put 3000 miles fir next service, normally I do need 5000. Possible I have been unlucky this time. But I do not want to try it again. Good luck!

Wilson Motor did a great job on my truck. I had 2 window motors and an AC leak and they fixed it up. The only improvement I would make is better communication and initiative on their part. I didn’t find out that I had parts ordered and a service date tentatively scheduled by them until after I called in about it after the diagnosis. This is something they could have reached out to me and better communicated. Also in getting hold of my warranty company they needed some prodding on my part but eventually it got done.Other than that it went great!

Wilson Motor has been very helpful in getting my 2017 Ford F350 fixed before my extended warranty ran out. Parts where a little hard to get, but they have kept me inform all slong the way. Their service people have been super to deal with. And very accommodating. When I first call and ask if I could get this done on my extended warranty Lynnette was so kind and nice about making sure it was done on my warranty. Will use this company for sure! Thank You, Brad

Well that was awesome!!! Regi to the rescue!!! I live in Preston and I just started a new job in Logan. I needed my truck serviced. So I called over to Wilson Motor to see if they could service the truck and do a check up on it. Regie handled the details. He did a great job and with the extra mile I checked out a silly noise that I told him the truck was making when I started it. Here’s the crazy part when he called me to tell me what it Was he also told me that it was covered under the drive train warranty. The drivetrain warranty is up at 60,000 miles in my truck had 59,700 miles!! Now I know that was me living on some sheer luck. But I’m sure I’m glad that they caught that and was able to handle those details flawlessly.

Leanette was fantastic!!! I can’t tell you how nice it was to speak with someone who didn’t treat me like I didn’t know anything about cars! She was very professional and with the issues I was having with said vehicle she took my vin# to check any recalls first, just amazing that she would do that. Knowing that this issue could have cost me big. She ended up saving me! I paid nothing!! She was luckily able to get me in that day problem fixed very quickly and even took care of another recall of the vehicle. I will definitely return and recommend others there as well! They treat you like you matter and are not just after the $$$.

I purchased a car and wasn’t told there was a recall or that something needed to be fixed on it with the brakes. I was called by Nissan service advising I needed to bring the car up. They were super friendly scheduling the appointment and greeting me. When I got there I asked that they check the rear passenger tire because the light sensor kept going off and we have had to add air to it multiple times. They told me no problem. After an hour they came to tell us the car was finished. I asked about the tire and he said “oh, yah” ran out and came back and said that there were no problems and they put air in it. Well, not even a day later the tire pressure sensor went off again. Turns out there was a nail in the tire and we took it to les Schwab to have it repaired.****Follow up**** I received a phone call from the manager very promptly after my visit. They apologized for the inconvenience and have made it up to me. I am very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them. They were willing to admit the mistake and make things right.

Ill try not to let my experience be defined by a single employee. I really think youd do better than to have the lady at the oil change counter interact with people. She is incapable of basic decency and apparently has zero interest in your customers. Her attitude the last two times getting oil changes proves that she doesnt want to be there. If she is so miserable, find something better for her or at least with zero customer interaction.

Have loved the experience of both purchasing my vehicle from Wilson used vehicles and having my new truck serviced at the main location on 3rd North. I asked that the brakes and tires be checked to see if they need replacing and rather than pushing unnecessary purchases they let me know how many miles left of good tread and brake pads I had left. They were fast and efficient, and even replaced a blinker bulb I’d put off replacing myself. Very pleased with Wilson and will be back!

When Sam Weston recommended that I bring my Acura MDX to a Ford dealer I was a little surprised. Experience was great. Lynette took my call, talked over what needed to be done, and when I got there everything went smoothly.

I went in to get a key programmed to my car, and it took an hour to do the original (which was understandable because I didn’t have an appointment) but then it wasn’t done right, and it took another hour to fix the original mistake. I ended up sitting there for over two hours to get a single key programmed, which wasn’t really ideal. But there were free snacks. So 3 stars solely for the teddy grahams.

Took F-150 in to have noise coming from front end diagnosed. Drove around a few minutes with Tanner and he had the cause nailed. Notable that another shop in town found no sound or issue after thorough check of the entire vehicle. After repair I had the truck back same day. Wilson will have my business with that type of execution. Give em a shot!

I have had a decent experience with a sales man in the past, a Mike Sears. Not sure if he is still there or not. But my most recent experience was worth service work on a vehicle. Took way too long. Was never informed on updates, I kept going back there to get updates. Prices sucked for parts and labor. I paid more than I wanted, especially since all that was fixed was a replaced fuse. The rest of the repairs I’ll either live with or fix myself.

Best oil change Ive ever had! Prompt and complete-- and they washed the car windows and vacuumed the carpets. My only gripe is that their whole building seems dark and old. Spruce it up a bit, guys!
