My experience has been a really good one. Me personally I know it can be stressful buying a new vehicle, but Adam at Murdock Hyundai in Logan was awesome. He worked with me over the phone through texts and phone calls to get me as much info about the vehicle before I could see it in person. He was upfront and honest about how the company operates and how they’re able to serve each customer individually which makes for a better experience. Over the last 42 years my wife and I have purchased several new cars. The worst and most dreaded part of car buying - making the deal and then closing the deal. We went prepared with Kelly Blue Book trade in value document. We chose a car and started the process. Adam Cook was very accommodating and had great product knowledge. Although I live in the Davis County area, none of the surrounding VW dealers could fix my new 2022 Taos with an air conditioning issue ( just blowing hot air). Young VW kept my vehicle for over a week and could not fix it. Finally I was directed by them to contact Logan VW. Even though they are so far away (72 miles), I couldn’t have made a better decision. They found out that I had a faulty crip in the A/C line and they quickly ordered a new line and installed within 2 days. They provided me with a loaner vehicle which none of the Dealers in the SLC area to include VW Southtown and Young VW (formerly Cutrubus) had to loan out. My hat is off to Logan VW staff for providing quality customer care and professionalism. They are a Top-notch group even as small as they may be. They sent me informative texts to keep me updated which is very important. Truly impressed!!!!

I had a great experience purchasing the car. Greg was very helpful and made sure I got everything I wanted. Key word being was.However, since then everything has been a disaster. The man who drove down my car spilled a beverage and I had to pay to replace the mode knob. I waited several days to be reimbursed for filling my car. I was not given a bank account number, and told I would be contacted within a week with the information. After 35 days I still had not been contacted, so I called the bank. They said the loan had been pulled and couldnt tell me why. When I called the dealership I find out that the information on the paperwork is incorrect, no big deal. We get it fixed, and I get the account number a few days later. My plates expired yesterday. We called yesterday, and told we would receive a call this morning. After calling them, they told me it was MY fault, because a form wasnt signed. Because I know every single form that needs to be signed, right? I wonder how long they knew a form was missing without bothering to contact me. There is such a lack of communication, and I feel like Ive been taken advantage of. Every single person that Ive dealt with has been so rude. Literally once they get your signature they treat you like garbage. I will never purchase another car from here again. If I could rate this zero stars, I absolutely would.
