This place is great especially for European cars! Needed a vehicle inspection after purchasing a 2018 BMW 430i (No CPO). They performed the inspection (no major issues) and provided an awesome maintenance schedule for the car not to mention an oil change/coolant flush as well. Samantha at the front desk helped me with warranty information and their strong relationships with multiple dealerships. Annie who serviced the car did a great job during maintenance as well (no leaks). All in all the car is awesome and drives great 👍. This is my main shop now

The manager there was also very nice, able to accommodate my needs and showed a great example of transparency and honesty. Definitely one of the best shops that Ive ever taken my car to.

This was the best auto shop I have been too! I have a 2017 Audi A4 and they knew exactly what to do. If you have a European car, this is the shop to go to. Joel was the one that helped me out and explained everything that I was unsure about or just wasn’t educated on. I’m not gonna say it was cheap but I definitely paid for top notch quality brand name!! Great communication. Their communication and accounting system is state-of-the-art — 21st century. I can see exactly what they recommend and respond in seconds via digital interface. I can review their notes and approve or reject services immediately. They also have a front end advisory staff that will call and communicate thoroughly what needs to be done. They also follow through on promises and service. AND honor warranty work without hesitation.

Joel was outstanding. After the extended warranty denied my claim he called an explained in detail how the part had failed and it was not due to normal wear and tear. I appreciate the fact that he did this for me since this was my first time having my car serviced at True Automotive. Will definitely use them for all future repairs.

True Automotive did an excellent job finding and fixing the coolant leak on my Audi. Andre is an excellent German trained Audi master mechanic. Joel did an excellent job helping me navigate the Service/Inspection report. The shop floor was so clean you could eat off of it. Great people!

This place is pricey and also a mechanic left a used coffee cup in my cup holder. I know that’s such a small thing but…. the small things matter. Front end staff is nice tho.

We brought in my Wifes 2013 BMW M3 for the infamous V8 rod-bearing replacement job. I chose to call True Automotive based on recommendations on multiple BMW forums and their relative proximity to our location in Savannah, GA. My initial inquiries were treated professionally and graciously, questions were answered in detail, pricing was explained, and I scheduled the work several months in advance. When we brought the car in for service we were greeted by Joel Ciporkin and felt welcome right away. We were also given a tour of their busy, yet impressively clean and organized facility and were introduced to several technicians. When we picked up the car, we were given a detailed invoice and warranty, including photographs of the work, and were able to speak briefly with the technician that performed the work.

I went in last minute to see what was going on with my vehicle needing help. And Miss Jenny Burgos was amazing. I honestly can’t remember the last time I had such efficient caring and qualified help. Somebody who actually cares. Thank you.

Im a new owner of a used Range rover Sport and had a coolant leak issue. I did some research on local shops in Gwinnet, and these folks are about 5 miles from me. This place was really impressive. They kept communicating with me, and I loved the interactive nature of their service process. They sent me video, pics, and notes based on the technicians findings and i was able to authorize and notate the process all digitally. The technician did advise that this may not be the only visit and that fixing a leak very often springs another, so be prepared for that. I researched this to be accurate in my context. When I did have to call, Ashley, the service advisor was very professional and communicated well. Barring any issues, I will be using them for all of the care of my 2012 Range Rover Sport.

They tried to rip me off. Beware women. They tried to charge me 850 to diagnose and fix my thermostat on a 2.4L engine. I Google and also called around to other shops and a repair for thermostat housing would between 180- 300. This place is a scam. And I dont know how they got this good of a rating. I guess if you are male they wont scam you. So disappointed. I know prices can vary but 500 dollar difference come on. I am a single woman trying to keep my car on the road. Please do better.

Really like this place. The ladies answering the phone were very pleasant. I had my Mini Cooper towed to their location at 2:30 in the afternoon and they promised to have it back to me that evening. I had a very positive experience at TRUE Automotive. Jenny and Joel were professional, friendly, and incredibly timely. I needed a muffler replacement for my car. I have a Smart car and the parts are hard to find, but they were able to find and order the parts within the same day, and I came in the next day for the repairs. Pricing was very reasonable, and they do not take advantage of their customers, like other auto repair shops out there. Thanks Jenny and Joel!

The staff are nice at this place but my car literally sat a whole day to supposedly to get maintenance done and diagnose 1 issue. Joel explained to me that they are super busy and that’s why it took so long. Well, I could have let that go but then when I get there I found out they overcharge me ($68) to plug a tire and ($18) in misc fees. I ended up paying for oil change and diagnostic because I couldn’t get anything else fixed since it was 6:00 and it was super expensive. My husband told the manager and he reduced it to ($25) and stated that’s just what they charge. I don’t understand why this place overcharge in the first place knowing that they are getting over people who may not know ( especially women). I’m not happy about it and this did not sit well with me. I will not take my car back because I can’t trust them. I have now found other European repair shops that are reasonable and reputable and some of them stated that they used to work at true automotive and said they are known to overcharge. I hate to know I was taken advantage of and others are too. Get second opinions!———Update (4/26/21)———-The manager, Jenny, reached out to me to do a follow up the next day as they usually do. I’m very satisfied on how well she listened to my concerns, address the issue with her team, and refund the amount I overpaid. Jenny was very thorough! This was the most honorable thing to do and it definitely showed that she take pride in customer service.

Customer service was outstanding my car had a check engine light that needed a diagnostic test. The mechanics discovered that a rodent had chewed up my cables. I was shown the issue and given options to consider, no hard sale. They also service my Jaguar. If you want it fixed right the first time then True Automotive is the place.

Helped out when my car was acting funny and I couldn’t get carmax to look at it in a timely matter. Even looked at it at a time when they had other cars to work on. Joel was even more helpful by taking what I would’ve had to pay and made it to were carmax would have to pay for more of the work done than I would have. This is my second visit (in 3 weeks), to True Automotive in Lawrenceville, GA. My first visit was a result of a check engine light. I made an appointment on line and was able to drop off the vehicle the next day. The staff completed a thorough review of my vehicle and was able to fix the problem on my GLE 350. Today, I took the QX60, to have an assessment and they checked the vehicle from top to bottom. I had a few maintenance items completed and I am really impressed with the outcome. I believe my favorite part of working with this location is the ease of setting up my appointments on-line and the professional behavior of the staff. Joel is always full of energy and ready to assist. I know this will be the go-to mechanic on all my vehicles for years to come.

These guys are incredible. We recently noticed water pooling in the back of the car and could not determine where it was coming from. We assumed it was around the windows, but when someone came to detail the car, they told us the vapor barrier was messed up in both back doors.In a panic, I started looking online for mechanics who 1) knew what they were doing and 2) would not rip me off. The first guy I called refused to give me a general estimate for the repair and kept pushing me to go into his establishment. He eventually admitted that he didnt really work on BMWs (despite their page stating they do), so I hung up and found TRUE Automotive.I called and spoke to Ashley, who gave me an estimate over the phone and was knowledgeable and kind. A few days later, we dropped the car off for repairs, and when we went to pick up, she was, again, incredibly kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The bill ended up being MUCH less than I was expecting, and I honestly could not have been happier.The drive to these guys is a bit far from my place, but they are 100% worth the drive. :) So happy to have found my new mechanic!
