IF TIME AND YOUR TRUCK DONT MATTER TO YOU THEN ITS A GOOD REPAIR SHOP. Gave me a wrong estimate which was 4 business days for the repair and end it up two weeks with no good news, had to take my truck somewhere else to fix it. Carl (the owner) is a nice guy but that does not help my tuck to be fixed. Told him either your mechanic(John) dont know the job and how to estimate it or theyre LAZY, Guess what its BOTH! All they do is just walking in the shop and talking to pass the time,There was another customer that had same problem with them while I was there! One star was for the Carl. Thats it,

Fair prices and fast work. They are a great group of guys that get us in & out. When we go they get started right away and are done when they say they will be. I take my 3 trucks to them.

I had just bought my truck and took it to this place for maintenance. They lasted a month for the oil change, brakes and other simple problems. At the end, they only did the oil change because every time I called, they gave me a new date to start working on it. I got tired of keeping calling every day to see if they had started and nothing. I am disappointed in this place.

This company is always my go to for repairs on my fleet. When I need to get my trucks going they always one call away. The technicians are always professional and give detailed information on all problems they may find. Whenever you’re in need of someone to do the job, MCL is the place to go!

I recently bought a food truck and it needed a soft inspection for a possible brake system problem. I arrange an appointment y four days in advance with Carl. To cut it short, I was very excited to work with them until the appointment came the mechanic obviously came and left because he knew how my truck looked. I discussed with him and the female mechanic that we would have to move the truck if needed. I called the mechanic three times when I arrived. She never answered. I had to call Carl back only to find out she was on the way to another site..... That was very unprofessional and very bad business. Do not use this company if you are ready to have work done especially if it includes your investment. When I expressed the problems about how she handle her concern by leaving I was shown no care. There was no I apologize. There was nothing.

Very unprofessional called 3 times each time excuses to why they didn’t either call to confirm time of arrival or just didn’t come this puts the icing on the cake a tech came out (donald) in basically showed that he did not want to work just left without saying anything called spoke with manager (Richard) he promised a call back never received just terrible customer service I do not recommend spending money with this company

THIS IS THE WORSE SHOP. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO MY WORSE ENEMY. THE PEOPLE THERE ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE ANYTHING WITH YOU. YOU HAVE TO CALLED THEM TO FIND OUT WHATS GOING ON WITH YOUR TRUCK IN NUMEROUS OCCASION. IF YOU WANT YOUR TRUCK FIX WITHIN A WEEK THIS IS NOT THE SHOP TO TAKE IT. IT TOOK THEM THREE MONTHS THE FIRST TIME TO FIX MY TRUCK AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT IT BACK FROM THEM ON THE ROAD IT BROKE DOWN ON ME AND CALL THEM I HAD TO PAY $500 TO TOW IT TO THEM. THEY KEPT IT FOR A MONTH. THEY KEEP SAYING IT THEY WILL GET TO IT AND THEY WORKING ON IT. COME TO FIND OUT THEY CAN EVEN FIXT WHAT THEY PROBLEM IS, THEY CLAINING IS A NEW PROBLEM AFTER CALLING THEM EVERY WEEK TRYING TO SEE WHATS GOING ON WITH MY TRUCK. I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP.

Worst place ever, jobs take longer than they are supposed to, and the prices end up being more than what is originally quoted. Not to mention they treat their employees very unfair. They have no permanent schedule and will work employees way over 40 hours a week but then only pay them for 20 hours. Thats why the turnover rate on mechanics is so high.

Great set of people who helps you instead of complaining and understand the situation . they are upfront and honest with me and got me going without breaking the bank

Finding a reliable and honest fleet service provider is tough these days but Im pleased to report that Carl and his staff need more appreciation for their quality of work and fair pricing.Responses from them are immediate and the techs they send out are very knowledgeable. We get all of our trucks serviced by them and their inspections/jobs have always been high quality. I just feel bad because every time their techs have ever come out it would rain during the service. However, their techs still work no matter the weather!Carl is very professional and it is tough to find people and business like MCL in this industry anymore.

We had a starter issue on our 24 Box Truck (Diesel). Let me just say these guys are awesome. They came out to the shop within an hour of my call and were able to have us up and running in a couple hours with a brand new starter. Very professional and prompt service. Would definitely recommend. Hard to find trustworthy mechanics these days

These guys are good! Fast service and excellent work! Prices for parts and service are always cheaper than most if not all. If you have a problem that they can not fix they will even point you in the direction of someone who can. I recommend to anyone who needs quick roadside assistance or work that may take longer. Just call and they will get you back rolling.

I was so pleased with the lady that came out, and the guy she was training, very nice, they was efficient, she knew her job, and walked me through on everything they was doing....Service was fast, i didnt have to wait a long time before i was rolling again. The problem was solved the first time around....i recommended to anyone in the Georgia area who breaks down and need their truck fixed this is the place to call...if they had 10 stars to rate them i would....They are quick, efficient, honest, and prices are very good

I am blown away w the quick response of these guysThey had no idea how their help was blessing to a family in need when I asked “how much?” On the phone.The response was such an unexpected fair amount that I thought I misheard.When I told the gentleman the story of today-and this truck- and the family in need he was very humble and pleased. He just asked that I let folks know.So I’m putting folks on notice- call MCL- if you get 1/2 the service I got it’s better than everyone else.I have a feeling you are going to save their # in your phone quick a as ya- because theses folks are rare.Thank you MCL for making a nightmare daydoable.

My brother and I started a logistics company and had to get a DOT inspection they provided excellent customer service and care

One of my 53 trailers needed a rear brake chamber replacement, so I called MCL on Wednesday to schedule for a dispatch, the next morning no one came and I had to call again for them to send somebody out. The mechanic finally arrived and we discussed what needed to be done. I went back into the office, but after 2 hours, I went outside and the mechanic was gone. I tried calling but no answer, I had to call another mobile repair service to switch out the chamber. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Great experience from first call to payment. Carl & Mike were timely and kept their word. TaCarr (mechanic) showed-up on time and was very nice. He jumped right on it (replaced tire on my Freightliner) and finished ahead of time. He even checked the pressure on my other tires. All that and the price was less than I expected. I will put them on speed dial.

Great company, I had a hino truck run out of diesel and originally had a tech from another company come out to try to prime the engine. Needless to say he couldn’t get it to crank, after calling basically every company in the area I called mcl in the evening spoke with the dispatcher and he said he would have his lead tech call me in the morning. Following morning I got a call from mike who showed up punctually and got my engine running in no time. Great guy backed by what seems like a really good company I will be using them for all my maintenance needs on my fleet going forward.P.s I highly recommend these guys you don’t find people like them in this industry anymore.

We had caliper issues with our 37 ft diesel pusher Motor Home while visiting relatives in GA. We called AAA but they could not accommodate our towing needs. AAA said if we found a service on our own, they would reimburse the callout fee. We called multiple mobile services (10 to be exact) but...either their truck was broken, they didnt want to go the extra miles to get to us or they didnt do hydraulics work. We hesitated calling MCL because they were 34 miles from our location but...they complied by quickly dispatching a mechanic. Angel, the mobile mechanic, worked hard and fast. He went above and beyond to check all calipers on the left side. He was a super guy. Carl, at the office, was very professional, kind and reassuring. He also broke out the bill so we have a separate receipt to send to AAA for reimbursement. We highly recommend MCL; they gave us excellent service and their parts and labor bill was very reasonable. Working with MCL was a pleasure.

We brought our truck to MCL Mobile Fleet for a simple DPF filter cleaning job. Its 2016 Freighliner Cascadia that was in perfect cosmetic and mechanic condition beside the DPF filters that need cleaning. Carl, who is the owner told us that they have done more then 40 DPF filter cleanings, and he assure us that they know what they are doing and that he is staying behind their job in case we have problem with the same thing in the future. Obviously they didnt know what they were doing it because they set our truck on fire, causing to melt all the air line and faring.Their non experienced technician made damages on our truck that cost us in expenses in excess of $4,000. We end-up bringing our truck to Freighliner for repair and renting a truck from Ryder because we were under load. Carl didnt want to take responsibility for the damages that his technician did on the truck. He only replaced the melted faring and he lied about the color that is matching the white color of the truck, they just installed factory black faring. We are in a process of reporting this to GA consumer affairs and file a lawsuit...Please stay away from this mobile Service !!!
