I love the people at Lawrenceville Auto Center!! Its a great shop. They are very kind, professional, and most of all very reasonable. I have been going there off and on for major repairs for a few years, but just recently started going for minor repairs. When I tell you these guys are awesome, they are awesome. They take your car repairs seriously, no matter how big or small. They keep you informed every step of the way and they recommend only what you need. To top it off, they provide you with a courtesy shuttle service within a 5 mile radius. You have to check them out, these guys are amazing and thats hard to find these days in mechanic shop. Lawrenceville Auto Center is #1 in my book.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Repairs were done as asked. They fit me in the day I needed them to. Labor costs were fair, but I feel I was severely overcharged on the part. I didnt feel like arguing at the time. I was charged $259.95 for a starter for an 04 Corolla. Looking around online today, the day of service, (11-1-21) A new Genuine Toyota part from a local Toyota dealer was seen online for $99 and local retailers had refurbished options for $70. NAPA, for whom they have a sticker on their door, lists the part for $175.99, available in stock for pickup today at the Lawrenceville store. I do understand that someone had to deliver that part from somewhere, but wow.

Hands down the most honest polite and friendly car care center I have ever used. 2006 Nissan Titan. Lost transmission fluid would not go in reverse. Was quoted $2600 from a transmission place to fix. The good folks at Lawrenceville Auto Center determined the transmission was fine just blew a coolant line. $541 out the door and fixed in less than 24 hours.THEY ARE MY NEW GO TO MECHANIC!!!!!

This place is friendly, fast and fair. My daughter in law was quoted $700+ to replace a serpentine belt and was told it would be a lot of labor because the motor mount would need to be removed. Took the car to this business. They had it just a couple hours and it was fixed for less than $300. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Good, reliable servicing and very professional and friendly. Problem with my vehicle appears to have been properly diagnosed and repaired, even if I experienced a bit of sticker shock at the cost. (But this seems to be normal with car repairs these days.) I especially appreciated their accommodating my need for transportation to and from their shop. Will continue to have Lawrenceville Auto service my vehicles.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I was given everything I asked for and more. They actually showed care and concern for not only my vehicle, but also my wallet. Everyone there was kind with a kind word. I will trust all my vehicular care needs with them.

I recently had my car serviced at LAC. Although the issue could not be repaired at their shop, they recommended another facility that would be able to perform the work needed. They didnt have to go the extra mile in suggesting another company do the work, but it just shows how professional and concerned they are about their customers car needs.And the shuttle service provided, with Lisa at the wheel, was very friendly and entertaining!I will bring my car back to Lawrenceville Auto Center.

The best place for all your car needs, call them they pick up your car or drop off your car and they send you with their shuttle service, I used the dealership before but when I tried them 5 years ago there is no place to go except them , professional. We went in for a scheduled oil change, but knew we were due for 100k mile maintenance. They examined the vehicle and recommended needed maintenance. David came over and explained everything to me; answering my questions with detail and words I could understand! They were able to complete all of the work in one afternoon. Dont let me forget to mention that they saved me money, by reminding me that my brakes were actually under warranty!!! Even though picking up the vehicle delayed their leaving on a Friday, the guys were very generous. I truly recommend them. They are awesome!!!

Before coming here I swore on only taking my car to the dealership! I had no choice one day and decided to use them. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my car, it was just acting weird. I actually came here after going to the Jiffy Lube right down the street from what was suppose to be a routine oil change. My car started stalling and would just turn off. David checked me in and took down all my concerns and listened to me. Then I dealt with Stephen as well and they both made me feel so welcome and fixed my issue in such a timely manner. I will definitely be ditching Jiffy Lube on Riverside Pkwy and be joining the LAC Family!

This was my first time at LAC. They were AWESOME. Very professional, explained everything. Most other shops in this area wanted to change my starter at about $400 plus diagnosis fee. They diagnosed that the battery cable was bad. And all of it was under $80. They really know their stuff and there very nice people to do business with!

I needed help replacing a blinker bulb. I had bulb already. Manager was so kind, he replaced it very quickly even as was starting to rain. No charge! Such a blessing! I would definitely send anyone to thus shop!

DID A GREAT JOB ON MY ENVOY. I HAD LIFTED IT TO A 3 INCH LIFT. NEEDED CORRECTING THE VIBRATION WHICH THE GUYS DID A GREAT JOB. THE TECHS ARE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND EXPLAIN THINGS EASILY TO ME. DID A GREAT ALIGNMENT AND ROTATION ALSO ON MY ENVOY.

I cant rave enough about how great this place is. I had to stop there today when my car was giving me trouble on 316 and the staff was just so nice - not just to me but to everyone that came in. The place is nice and clean. It was a stressful moment, not knowing what exactly was wrong with my car, but they made sure I was taken care of. It was really refreshing not feeling like an Auto center was just putting a bandaid on an issue but rather genuinely fixing it. I would 100% recommend this place.

We have recently had to replace an engine in our Toyota RAV4. Stephen and his team were FABULOUS through the entire process. They were meticulous about letting us know status and reviewing all of the repairs that were done to our vehicle.I is running like new and we are so pleased to be working with such a wonderful shop. We have certainly had our share of dud mechanics and I can say beyond a doubt that this group wants to do a good job for their clients and always goes the extra mile. I think just about everyone has some concern, whenever they have to take their vehicle into a mechanic, that they will not only be reliable, but also fair and honest. There are a lot of horror stories out there about the bad ones. This was my first experience with Lawrenceville Auto Center (reading a bunch of very good reviews brought me in to them), and I can tell you that right from the moment I called to schedule an appointment, through bringing it in, and then picking it up, they made me actually feel like they wanted me to be a part of their LAC family. Very friendly, from the receptionist, to the owner, and even the mechanic who worked on my car. They showed concern with how my cars problem may have happened, what to keep my eye on, and for me to be sure that they were there to help me with whatever might pop up going forward. This is definitely going to be my go-to auto mechanic going forward!

My car had stopped with the hot engine light on and AAA recommended and towed my car to the Lawrenceville Auto Center. I called the next morning and they did a check to see what was wrong and called me to give me the price and details about what was wrong and price for fixing it. They do not do anything to your car without an ok from you. Im glad I took AAA suggestion. My mechanic, Jeff Dixon went out of his way to help me. I had my headlights restored by Rich the headlights were faded and yellow you turned the headlights on at night it barely illuminated the road, but after Rich got done with the headlights they looked like new what an incredible job he did. Now at night the headlights illuminate the road so bright. Thank you Rich much appreciated. Rich is also a great mechanic

They are amazing. Had a battery issues and even though they didn’t carry my battery they helped me with troubleshooting and even charged my battery for free as a courtesy when they didn’t have to. Its obvious when you interact with this family owned company that customer service is at the core of their success, Everyone treated you more like a friend than a customer and it was honest and not contrived. I had a complete brake job that was priced competitively and completed professionally. They provided a shuttle to take me home after I dropped off the car and sent the shuttle to pick me . He got their 5 minutes early and since I got tied up for a few minutes I apologized for keeping him waiting. He laughed and said hed rather wait for me than make me wait for him. They will be my first choice whenever I hear my car make a strange, and potentially expensive, noise. Its great to find a company that you feel that you can trust.

Great experience. I took my Ford expedition in, because my check engine light was on. It was a spark plug misfiring. So I had all the plugs and wires replaced. My truck is driving great! Service was spot on. They even dropped me off and picked me up from my place. I believe the price was fair, but Im no expert. Overall I will be going back for any other vehicle needs.

The service was great but the price was not. The price for my starter is only $54 from advanced but they charged me $317!! I was thinking it would be more around $350, that’s avg cost when you google. Cost me $500 just to change a starter on a 17 year old car.

I have been bringing my car and my wifes car here for a couple years. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. The people are very friendly and always explain everything really well. Occasionally, they will see something on my car that needs to be fixed, but will be straight up honest and tell you it can wait until the next oil change. I am not a car guy, so it is nice to have a shop that I can TRUST. They are a family run business and treat you like family! I’ve used LAC a few times for both of our cars. They are friendly and keep you informed through the diagnostics of the problem. Once they have a game plan in place they present you with an estimate of needed and recommended repairs. They’ll also check fluid levels and air pressures if you ask. Every time I have gone I have left feeling my car is in good shape and I don’t feel I like I was taken advantage of. Very highly recommend!

First of all, the decor in the waiting room and the restroom was amazingly impressive...definitely a womans touch. It was clean and comfortable. The service was quick and the man at the front was friendly. My only suggestion...provide coffee in the waiting area, we early customers would really love to have a cup while we wait...the most amazing thing and what will make me a return customer...are you ready....and Ill type in all caps for every woman and customer to see....THEY DIDNT TRY TO UPSELL ME! i GOT SOME RECOMMENDATIONS FOR SOME AIR FILTERS AND WHEN I ASKED IF THEY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AT THE TIME OF SERVICE, I WAS TOLD NO...JUST SOON...WOW!!!!!
