Amazing place. Luckily I broke down down the street and was able to glide my truck there. The lady up front was kind and knew what to look for and check on. She was very helpful and patient as to I kept going back and for small things I overlooked. 😆. I worked on my vehicle for about 1hr in the lot and no problems. I would recomend this Napa to anyone.

These guys are helpful,friendly, and they have most everything you need. If they have to order a part, you can usually get it the same day by lunchtime if you order in the morning.NAPA has been around longer than I have, and they sell good quality parts.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff, I would highly recommend anyone especially people new to the vehicle industry to purchace any of your parts here. Never had a problem with staff or getting the wrong parts. Even though my Jeep is a 94 YJ and has parts from all different years I always get the right parts.

Had my car worked on here for about two weeks, an over heating issue with the engine. Long story short they were not able to fix it. They put in the time and the effort so for that they dont get 1 star...but my money went in vain in being able to completely fix the problem. The plus side, I ended up getting a new radiator and hose for antifreeze. But the problem was not fixed and money and time was wasted. So three stars.

Great store and corporation just the store manager Keith treats people like we are second class and its does not stand by the corporation standards, i had a return with NAPA logo box and since i did not purchase the parts at that store he didnt even look at the part he raise his voice and say store dont connect with each other I wont take it when i now they connect with each other since last sunday I purchase from one store and pick up at another sorry for the low score hopefully this helps to improve customer service

Customer service was great very helpful and educated me on a lot. They were even nice enough to offer some recommendations on repairs.

Came in needing a few brass fittings and 6-8 feet of airline.was told more or less if I needed to look in brass section for what I needed I couldnt be helped...with that being said,if you dont wanna help me now future opportunities will go to another supplier

Between two stars here and two stars at OReillys youve got a Four Star Auto Parts store. Service is to intermittent and availability of simple parts like hose clamps and not them just being on a rack is a royal pain.

The guy who delt with me was helping and cooperative.

Slow. And called beforehand they didnt have the part when we got there. Went to OReillys got the part $40 cheaper and they had it in stock.

I bought some front break pads and they make a horrible noise like if it would be worn out, and it has made lines on my rotors. Also the stuff at the store were so rude, that I took the new break pads off and took it to the store to at least try to get a replacement, but did not want to accept it. I had to put the bad new break pads back. And now I got not more options that go to another auto parts store and spend another $60 on break pads. In addition I am never again buying anything at Napa.

They shared in Living the Dream aspects of working on cars. They had the right tool for the job I was doing.
