In my experiences at junkyards, it can be hit or miss. Some are easier to work with than others. In dealing with Lances auto parts I have nothing but positive things to say. It is not a u-pull-it yard. But the people that I talked to and dealt with were as helpful and courteous as one could hope for. Polite and informed. They make customer service into art

I must retract my initial review because of my last two experiences: bought an AC compressor that went bad two weeks later which had to be returned; bought an Alternator that went out after 3 weeks, in the middle of me driving off the highway. I get that the parts are used, but I must warn drivers not to pinch pennies when it comes to your car. It is best to buy new parts otherwise buying used parts from this place can have you stranded in the middle of the street. Yet if you must, I reccomend another choice of business for your used part needs.

I went to lance used auto to get a motor they had in stock. The person i dealt with was very friendly and honest. The motor i got is kind of hard to find and lots of yards try to pass off its less hp counter part. But the motor i got from here was exactly what it was supposed to be. I didnt run the motor because im putting all new bearings, gaskets and seals but the internals of it looks to be in great shape. Thanks lances auto for providing a friendly and honest service. Will definitely recommend

Not as low prices as Pull-a-part, but they have plenty of parts in stock. I guess that makes up the difference. Im satisfied with the used door I purchased. Looked at it on their website and was able to find the color needed. That was a BIG plus.👍👍😁

Ordered and paid for a part over the phone with Grace. The day that the part was supposed to come, I had to end up calling to get the status on the part;only to find out that the part was lost, and couldnt be tracked by the person who Lance Auto Parts brought it from, nor by Lance Auto Parts(weird right). Now its been 4 days, and still no part, and I have to wait 2-3 more days for the money to get refunded back to me. Waste of time, time, and more time😡😡😡😡

I called inquiring about a part and spoke to Lance. Just based of the brief phone call we had I know I would feel comfortable doing business with this company. Most folks try to talk you into junk parts and jack the price up to take advantage. Not only did he check his inventory, but other locations as well. He even was taken aback by some of the prices people had listed and never once tried to haggle me into spending more for those parts. I appreciate good honest people and absolutely wish we could have been able to do business with this company!

Do not waste your time going to this place. We just waited 2 hours for a part, thats right 2 hours and guess what happened? The guy pulled only half of the part, which breaks the part and makes it unusable. Then he wants to go back and get the other piece. This place is an absolute joke. All the employees are walking around like they dont know what to do and dont really care how long youve been waiting, taking their sweet time. Go somewhere else and do not waste your time.

WARNING: My first and last experience with this dump.If you go to this place be careful, theyll tell you they have something when they really dont. I just went over on my lunch break and sat for 35 minutes, patiently waiting on my part (the guy assured he seen it and they were pulking it for me as we spoke). Next thing I know (after sitting for 35 minutes) the guy (skinny white guy with glasses) says, Sorry man we dont have that part. Someone stole it from the vehicle. Now how in the HELL. Waste of time.
