The people there were helpfull took time to go outa the store to kroger gas pumps checked my battery dead as a door nail got a new battery .thanks.for takeing time to help they were knolageable people frendley

Extremely poor customer service from Sam R. She was condescending and rude. Made me feel as if I was bothering her while ordering a part. Prior to that upon entering the store she was with a customer. Once she was finished she walked off for a few minutes saying nothing. Returned and took the customer behind me that just walked in with old oil. So Im still waiting while she walked him in the back. Im like what the heck? To top it all off she told me the part that I ordered would be in at 6pm. I returned at 1930 and guess whos there, Sam. She looks up the part and stated it wouldnt be in for another 2 days. Mind you I asked will I have it today prior to placing the order. Part#932-985 is never and day in that store. When she pulled it up on the screen the lead time was 2 days on all 3 parts. Soooo?I dont know if me venting on here even matters. Ill need to get in touch with the store manager or corporate. Staff practice covid 19. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I didnt get his name, but he took the time to come out to my car and showed me how to charge my battery. I didnt know how them, but now I know lol.

Always helpful staff at any of their locations. Especially for mechanically novice people like myself. They are helpful over the phone and are willing to put parts on hold for pick up. If they dont have the part usually they can either get it from another store that day or they can order it for you. They have a wide selection of inventory. Their website it easy to navigate to find out what part is needed and it can be shipped to you or the store. All in all this parts store is extremely handy.Update- we went in today to get wiper blades for our truck. Jay Banks helped us and went out to ensure that the wipers would go on correctly. He didnt stop until they both were on and gave us a very good deal on them. I highly recommend your vehicle to this location.

I enter the store and no body help me so i left

I ordered a product online but got the wrong item. I had to go back again to the store to get the correct one. The representative was helpful in getting the right one but had to spend more time in traveling to get the original one from the workshop and later taking the right item back to the workshop to get it fixed.

Always a great experience with their knowledge of product and how to install things. Went for a battery test. Bad cells in existing battery, purchased new one and they installed all within 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

We came in and asked if they could read our codes on our truck so we could get it fixed, and was told he will not be doing anything outside due to inclement weather , even though it wasnt raining or snowing anymore and it takes 10 seconds to do. We asked again and he said it doesnt matter what the weather is outside we arent doing it, will not be back that is terrible customer service. Chickfila employees walk their customers to their car in the rain, not doing your job for 10 seconds is terrible for business. They also made another customer put their own wiper blades on even though you advertise free wiper blade installation. Will not be returning and will send my friends elsewhere.

The employees were friendlythe prices arent bad this has been the only place that we could actually find an electronic key fob that you can buy for your cars that you just push the buttons on them they say theyre irreplaceable but this place sells them

I was with AAA today about to get my car towed to the shop. Believing it was a battery issue, I called the store to verify that I still had a warranty on my battery. A very simple request, all it required was a quick name look up and glance at the purchase history. Mike who picked up the phone, responded in a very rude manner that they were busy actually selling things in the store and he did not have time to help me. He asked to call me back, spending more time getting my contact info than it would take to look up my purchase history. I explained to him that I was waiting with a tow truck, and I needed to see if I could be towed to Advanced Auto Parts for the battery or not. I never received a call back, and I knew from his attitude that I wouldnt. Its great that the store is busy, but I am also a paying customer who PAID for a battery warranty. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, and I do not recommend you visit this store. Or at the very least, do not plan to need to come back or call back for any reason.

Gave me the wrong type of light for my headlight and then told me I couldnt return it after opening it. Pretty disappointing to lose $15 and waste a bunch of time on my lunch hour installing the wrong bulb on there behalf. I ended up returning it to another store and had to practically force them to return it. Never had this issue going to Auto Zone all these years. I usually just go to Auto Zone but this was the closest spot on my lunch hour. The staff was polite, but it was not enough to bring me back as a customer.

We ordered brakes n other parts online n. Went to pick the items and they closed before 8 so we have to drive with no breaks. What kind of place closes at 750pm it was already paid for just needed to pick up
