We moved back to Las Vegas after a few years in California and returned to Storage West even though there are numerous self-storage facilities between our new home and this location. The entire property is clean, safe, well-maintained and professionally managed. The level of customer service provided by our agent, Gary, was reason enough to drive across town to visit our belongings in storage. They were incredibly accommodating and flexible in helping us set up arrangements for our movers to enter the property in spite of our schedule changes. I recommend Storage West without reservation.

Just moved into town and needed a storage unit. This was the closest. What a huge mistake. Employee, Gary, was extremely rude and made us feel like we were interupting him. Theres a million other storage units around here, it is shocking that customer service isnt a priority, we left before even hearing prices.

Great place especially if you need storage on short notice. They are extremely accommodating and very clean. Greg was a huge help. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

The thing I find most intriguing and interesting about Storage West is not the fact that it has Clean units and a nice accommodating staff but that all of the units or ground level even the upstairs ones. Yeah I figured that one out. The drive is ramped naturally affording drive up to the upper levels also. Great layout, big units, comprable prices.

Gary was super helpful. The property is spotless clean and very well maintained. You will tell the huge difference from other storage properties for its cleanness and friendly staffs here.

UPDATE: This place does not invoice you, keep a card on file, or sends any type of reminder when bill is due. They will add late fees with ZERO contact to you. Make sure you contact them every 30 days to make sure youre paid on time. DONT FORGET BY MISTAKE, $35 bucks if you do :( I changed from 5 stars to 3 stars due to their communication/billing system.I moved from a previous Storage West that was great. I am happy to say this place is just as awesome! Victor was very helpful and was able to get me in a great unit right away. The site is very clean and feels secure. I highly recommend this place for storage needs!

This is a great storage place good location very clean. The only thing I dont like is the hours. I wish I had access past 8pm. Other than that great and very nice staff.

Best facility, clean restroom & the manager is very helpful & took the time to explain everything I needed to know to me. I have 4 units there!!

Great place. Huge storage areas, super fast and easy. Helped me in a super tight pinch, would definitely use these guys again.

Great location with fair price, most of all this place have an excellent customer service! I went to NY for a year and half and got the Storage West kept my belonging safe with nice and clean area.

Great customer service. You get exactly what they claim. Mistakenly left some items outside of my unit and they were stolen; staff were unable to help me with videotape, etc. I did sign something saying thats not their responsibility, so again, they set the expectation pretty clearly.

Clean nice place one problem I was waiting on a guy to pull up so I can look at some furniture he had for sale and the person that work there was observing me like I was trying to steal something thats the only part I didnt like about it

Limited access hours are really annoying and theyre priced a bit high all things considered, but its clean and generally well managed.

Customer Service is to notch, and they know what they are doing.
