The lady at the front desk janee helped me out with setting up my unit and although it was 2 minutes til closing she still stayed and waited And made sure I was all set up and made sure I knew exactly where my storage locker was. The staff at this location is incredibly accommodating. I came looking for a parking space but they were all occupied so they offered to give me a spot on the wait list or visit another location but I chose the wait list as this location is very close to my house. They said they would follow up with me as soon as a spot opens up so I wouldn’t have to worry about calling them consistently.

It is a storage place. Our travel trailer didnt incur any damage but several around us had windows broken.

Janae was absolutely wonderful during a very difficult time for my family. Marlen was also super sweet and very understanding. I would highly recommend this faculty it is extremely clean and they safety seriously.

If I could put 0 I would. Rat droppings everywhere stairways smell of urine and climate control is a lie and air control is ludicrous as it is 105 outside and 110 in the place.

The place is pretty good. Very reasonable prices. However, theres a lot of cracks on the concrete. If you have a flatbed Dolly with items on it. They will fall if not prepared.

No easy accessible carts. But the place is clean and you can feel the ac well enough

Easy and safe to enter and exit property, from Nellis Blvd. Well lit and clean facility. Elevator access. Air cooled facility, feels great when hauling things to and from storage unit.

Amaria & Megan made my experience so awesome. It was easy to come in and do paperwork for my storage and they are clean . Super fast service and I was so thirsty from moving and they gave me free water and it was heaven🙏🙏. Thank you .

Amaria was so helpful, I checked with several other storage units in the area and Life storage was the only one that had better prices and was willing to work with me since I only needed the unit for a couple weeks,I know they dont rent by weeks but she worked with me on the price and got me a good deal. I am from out of state and an full time RVerI needed some work done on my RV for a couple weeks and just needed a storage unit to put my stuff. Thank you so much Amaria.

Absolute sham. I was hospitalized for 44 days. My account was on auto pay for years. My things are now stolen and Life Storage has no proof of any outreach. They followed the “law” but left the morals. My phone is on 24 hours a day! STAY AWAY.

This place is very nice. They got me excat what I wanted and needed at a reasonable price. Such nice ladies in the front answered all my questions and gave a nice big unit. Very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs a storage.

I flew in from Ohio. Was looking to rent a storage for my items out there found a life storage off Henderson rd. Decided to just ship stuff to my new place in Las Vegas. Surprised to see Lifestorage out here to. I stopped in to the one by my house for pricing and the lady in the office was just finishing a rental and talked about google reviews. Andrea helped me determine the size Id need for my junk and showed me a few sizes to get an idea. I decided I was gonna do a review for her at that point she was so helpful.
