This is hands down the best ExtraSpace Storage location you can go to!! The facility is kept very clean and has extremely affordable units. The customer service is also the best my family and I have ever experienced. Leah is always on site and is the most willing/helpful person for any problem or issue you may have. The lady, that use to work there, worked hard and was friendly. The new staff is horrible, the corporate double prices and place was cheaply renovated which they are charging the customer. The new management seems to always be on break. Also no way of getting a hold of corporate anymore.

Extra Space saved the day bug time!!!! We were originally confirmed for a storage unit through another chain. However, what was confirmed was entirely too small. Asked about being upgraded to a larger size unit and was I for ed that NOTHING was available. Extra Storage not only had what we needed, but it was available on the spot!! I appreciated everyones assistance in making this happen. The agents I spoke with were Dylan and Cara and they were fantastic!!!! (Sorry if I spelled your names wrong!!)

The fact that I had to move in on a Sunday went very smoothly. The office was closed but my unit had my welcome tag and Leah had sent me a map. I just wish there had been a restroom on site cause I came from out of town. Other than that I am happy with how things went. ☺

Leah went above and beyond and helped me and my family during our time of need. From day 1 that I stepped foot into the office all the way through the past 3 almost 4 years. On the verge of loosing everything we owned but with her great compassion and excellent customer service skills she made a miracle happen. Or thats how it felt. After going through last year barely making ends meet (as did everyone else bcz of the pandemic) due to a series of unfortunate events. My mom fell Ill and had to have 7 surgeries, which resulted in her being forced to retire. Which left us broke and struggled to pay on both of our units at Extra space Storage. Im 34 years old, my entire life is in both of those units and I was devastated when I found out that it was listed in auction. Leah didnt give up even though she knew we could not pay, she was very persistent and called once or twice a week up until the week of the auction. On the day of the auction, my mom had finally received great news, more than just financially, but we were able to pay, but werent gonna have the money for a couple more days. And just when I thought we were too late, Leah called me back and told me she was able to make it happen. If it wasnt for her over compelling attitude and drive to deliver outstanding customer service and excellence we would have lost everything.Me, my mother & my sons entire lives are in storage.youve made a huge impact on my family and Im glad to have taken these couple of minutes to recognize you for it.

Leah. Leah knocked it out of the park, retrieved the ball and threw it across the freeway. Leah thoroughly, concisely and clearly explained every aspect of the process. Leah described the units and where certain ones are. She walked me through the entry and exit procedures and the consequences not punching out. She described in great detail the security setup.Leah then took me on a tour of the unit. She showed me where the carts are what to do if they arent there. Leah pointed out the elevator. When we got to the unit Leah showed me how to unlatch, open, close and relatch the door to my unit. When it came to signing the contract, Leah explained every section that I was signing and initialling.Okay enough about Leah. The unit is alright. Leah though, gave the most comprehensive and detailed briefing I have encountered. What awesome professionalism.So much for Leah. Lets talk about Extra Space Storage. The property is clean and the units are clean. The hallways are illuminated by motion controlled lights. There is a sprinkler system installed. Access through the property is good. Not for big trucks. You can access your unit until nine pm.But Leah. She was not in the office when I arrived. Leah was on the property cleaning the very unit that I was to rent. What timing. Leah answered the phone from the unit when I called. Leahs energetic and enthusiastic style is second to none. Her knowledge of the facility and the materials is quality. Im not only blowing her horn, I am playing a melody on a C tenor sax. Leah is top notch. I hope I got her name right.

Renting the storage unit was quick and easy. I was given my passcode and rules and regulations with concise instructions and information. The month to month leasing may become an issue after the first 6 months. Rate can change to a substantially higher rate. When Im finally done unloading my items into storage I needed to use a rest room. Hot day drank a lot of fluids. The manager told me they restroom were not open and to use the restroom in the market a cross the Avenue or the Gym next door. I realize Covid is out there but not allowing your patrons to use the Facilities is ridiculous. Im sure Extra Storage can afford suppies and sanitizer.. Asking someone to run a cross the street to a market to use there restroom was painful.

I have been renting a storage unit with Extra Space Storage now for a month, and it has been a great experience for a first-time storage space renter! Reasons why? It was first off easy to find a GREAT price at a location close to me online. They were awesome at emailing and calling me to get things started. It made my move to Las Vegas easy and stress free to know that a clean, cool storage space was all ready for us. The front desk staff is so nice, and even though were not there all that often, they always treat us like friends. Our space is clean and safe. Ive rented from many several storage units in my life and have not always been happy. But I can honestly say that renting from Extra Space Storage has been a wonderful experience. Ive been renting at this particular location for a couple years now, and the staff and particularly management have made me feel appreciated and looked after me well. The manager lady named Leah always greets me warmly with a smile, communicates very clearly and professionally. Recently i needed help with my storage unit and Leah saw to it that I was taken care of and went out of her way to make sure I didnt feel like I was a nuisance. We selected this facility over two years ago, primarily for two reasons....location and cleanliness. The initial monthly cost was very competitive, and considering the 24 hour security and a very friendly/knowledgeable staff, we have stayed with them for our storage needs. The rating would have been 5 stars if rising monthly fees hadnt made them less competitive.
