My favorite place to get a UHaul... Incredible skilled and personality plus staff; who do it right the first time!Thanks for knowing what customer service is! And demonstrating that training really does pay off! If you want a truck, and avoid the muck... This should be your favorite place as well

Very much like the people there although not very well educated on the programs but wasnt surprised they change all the time the vehicles were extremely clean and the process was extremely easy I want to say thank you to the the workers on Craig thank you so much for being nice to us

I have rented a space at UHaul Storage for almost 2yrs. Its clean, resonable, and the staff have always been polite and helpful with any requests of mine.

OMgosh, my first time at a storage unit. This place is new, very well maintained as well as secured.It is gated and you must have a card to enter the locked gate.The have elevators and lots of new carts.Very clean and quite. They have public restrooms outside the gate as well as parking.You may return your U-Haul truck here, they accept credit cards and is easily seen from the main street.Offer many options on storage sizes and the price is affordable.They are very professional and easy to work with.

They were fast and helpful

Came in to purchase a Glass Pack kit and was told the box that says “THIS BOX IS FREE WITH A DISH SAVER KIT OR GLASS PACK KIT” was separate and I would need to be charged for it. I’ve purchased multiple kits from a different U-Haul their sales associates have alway told me to grab a free box as it comes with the kit. The associate that this U-Haul proceeded to argue and refused to acknowledge the fact that the box says it’s free. The 2nd sales associate sat at the counter and ignored the fact that 1. the sales associate was arguing with us 2. that the sales associate was incorrect. We will purchase elsewhere from more knowledgeable sales associates.

The staff here is super friendly and quick! As a walk in, I was just hoping to be able to get a last minute rental. I did and it took no time at all.Thanks for the great service Michelle!

Bought 2 medium and 1 small moving boxes with tape ,very reasonable prices and a friendly cashier.

I am impressed by the cleanliness and how organized the store was. The staff there was very friendly and courteous. Scott took care of me and made sure everything was good to go. I recommend this uhaul location to any and everyone

They were amazing!!! We were traveling from out of state to this facility and everything that could go wrong did. We ended up arriving a week later, went over on mileage which per contract is .40/mile, it costs $85 to fill U-Haul upon return, and although we had called everyday we were to return I expected some late fees and/or at least the balance on miles to be due. We purchased a storage unit (thankfully U-Haul has special where 1st month is free with truck rental), and when I asked about what else was due one of the managers read my contract and later informed me that we didnt owe ANYTHING!!! I told them both that if I could kiss them I would. It was unexpected and a happy ending to the most dreadful moving story/trip. Thank you again so, so, so much. You guys were so helpful and never once were rude throughout the whole thing (U-Haul on Boulder Hwy, one staff, sounded like an older woman was so rude and as we hung up phone overheard her mumbling a rude comment). Great place to store stuff right outside of Nellis AFB. Not the best part of town, but it seems pretty secure with gate access and video surveillance. The management is very good (husband and wife team).

Had problems with my rental from another location and this location changed out my rental with no problem. Excellent customer service great cheerful staff

Just moved in, had to drop off the trailer from a different state. Im horrible at backing trailers in, so they just asked me to leave it next to the spot and took care of it for me. Super friendly and very military friendly.

I am in the Moving business and rent trucks very often at the last minute, the staff at this location was very helpful, their welcoming actitud and fast respose to my needs was very impressive.

Very polite, professional, courteous, and fast service. Recap9/23/19. Since the new people took over it has been one issue after another. My neighbors storage unit was broken into. No cameras were up or were inop. Which ever not good. Then I entered my unit and found bird poop on my things along with feathers every where. Called to speak to some one on numerous occasions it goes to call center. I received 3 calls with in a month because I was late. Not even 30 days plus I tried to call but to no avail. So I left an email to let them know I would be in by the 30th of this month. Since I travel back and forth to California. The next day I get a call telling me I need to contact them. Duh... I just did. Then when I called the lady that finally answers after I called 3xs..states that I needed to pay my bill. I explained that I would be back on the 30th wich falls on a Monday. She seemed to be irritated and responded rude and tried to correct me by saying that the 30th was not a Monday its a Tuesday. I was floored because I was looking at my calendar and plus thats the day I was to get paid. I know my pay periods, as Im sure everyone else does. When I asked other customers if they received numerous phone calls and threatening letters before 30 days,they stated no. Needless to say Im taking my business else where. I will be following up with a complaint with corporate. Like I said, Ive been there 2 years and never had any issues until the new crew/ managers came about..

Workers here are improperly trained. After being there for about 40 min waiting for the truck i reserved they tell me their system isnt working and to come back the next day...worst service ever...

Had a 27 ft truck reserves for a month stop by the day before and talk to Terry to make sure everything good that had me to pick up at 7am I had Terry change it to 9am she got busy and forgot so went to pick up the truck and that gave it away cause I wasnt there at 7am.I told them it was at 9am but Terry didnt change it .thay said all that could do was get me a smaller truck that was ten more miles down the road at a dollar a mile that adds up.I said I take the truck I order and give the other truck to the other person that said no and acted like it was my fault because Terry didnt change the time.I hope the guy that got my truck gave you a big tip.bad customer service-bad day.
