I have been a long-term customer with different units. I have considered moving to a storage facility that just opened closer to me, but knowing how great the management (Glenda) is and how much she helped with our current bills, I decided to keep my business there. Glenda is professional, kind, personable, and always willing to go the extra mile. In a sometimes transient staff, she is a long-term gem.

Nice staff, I think they also have the cheapest rates and they have live-in security so it adds an extra comfort

Glenda provided amazing customer service and made the move-in and move-out process so easy and not stressful. She helped me upgrade to a bigger unit in a pinch and was always very helpful in answering questions. Its a great location that is centrally located but tucked in the back of an office complex so doesnt feel like it gets a lot of foot traffic like some of the other locations on Charleston. I was very happy with the four months I rented here and would rent here again in a heartbeat!

The clerk at the front desk, Doreen, was very friendly and greeted us right away with a smile even if its that early in the morning. We were out there in less than 15 minutes. The clerk is very efficient with the paper works, explained it well, including the rules and regulation. The tour of the property was well conducted and made sure that we knew how to operate the locks, access to the elevators and gates. The management is very thorough. The only thing that kept me from giving a perfect score in this review is that, the cars parked almost side by side in both driveways and therefore blocking access down the line. Other than that, the facility is very clean, safe with all the cameras and it is climate controlled storage, and therefore it is highly recommended.

Dorset, the property manager, is great. From the very beginning she has gone above and beyond what others have for me in the past. She didnt just rent me whatever just to get another tenant. She asked questions, understood my needs, and helped me rent a perfect sized unit (which was not the size I thought I needed). The Property is clean and well taken care of. I WISH THERE WAS BETTER LIGHTING IN THE EVENING. Other than that I am very happy.

Las Vegas Public Storage Manager Doreen, on South Valley View Drive, in Las Vegas, was a real delight to work with in securing a second rental space at Public Storage. She went out of her way to help secure a new space on the ground floor near my first rental and her efforts are really appreciated. I was able to meet my deadline thanks to her courtesies and she was extremely helpful in making sure I had plenty of tape, boxes and (borrowed) markers. Doreen is a real professional representative for Public Storage and is real sharp in resolving questions or problems that come up. For the past four years I have enjoyed working with her and Darwin in keeping our family going. Thank you Doreen for being there when you are needed and for being so helpful.

Doreen was very helpful and knowledgeable while renting a unit to us. Very friendly and efficient. Completed the paperwork quickly and explained all while juggling the phone and other customers in this one person office. She is a credit to what appears to be a large corporation. I have rented units elsewhere and this place is much cleaner and feels more secure- it helps that it is in a quiet and safe part of LV.

Working with Public Storage was easy. I met with Darwin and he explained the procedure and proceeded to assign me a storage unit. He first took me to the unit to make sure that it was the correct size. He then offered to help but that wasnt necessary. Everything was handled professionally and I am satisfied with the service provided. When I get ready to move furniture I plan on using PublicStorage again.I worked with Doreen on Saturday, 19 April 2014 for a transfer from a small unit to a larger unit. She was most helpful as the computer was giving her all kinds of problems but she worked through them until we came to a satisfactory conclusion. She walked me down to the new unit so that I would know where it was at. She could not have been more helpful and I was grateful for the attention she gave my request for transfer to the larger storage unit

Employee Glenda went above and beyond her job to help me find what I needed to know about my storage unit. She helped me find it. She was very kind with me and I appreciate all she did for me. I had gone in very stressed. For example, when I was trying to put the code in I didn’t realize that I had to put the star in front of it in order to get the code to work. Someone had given me the code but hadn’t told me I had to put the star in front of it. But Glenda was very kind and patient with me and said that if I had the code all I had to do was put the star front of it. She helped me in a stressful situation to understand what I needed to do.
