Always very nice, neat and friendly people. Ive been bringing my vehicles here for their services since Team Ford opened the Quick Lane so it didnt take hours for an oil change. Competitive prices and they sell tires, too.

Waited over an hour for an oil change after being told my vehicle was the next up. Not sure how multiple other vehicles were then serviced ahead. I gave up and left without any work being done.

One of the front desk people tried to tell me my oil change would be 90 DOLLARS because my car (newer mustang) takes 9+ quarts of oil. It was disrespectful how bad he was trying to rip me off. Ive changed my oil plenty of times and my manual says 5.7 quarts. Instantly distrusted this place and made sure I got the normal 40$ oil change and stood and watched them do it.

Bought my 2017 Honda Civic Si in for a routine oil change as the Honda dealership down the street had a 3 hour wait. These guys only had a 45 minute wait. My advisor Noel went above a beyond to service my needs. He checked in with me to see if I wanted to get any of the required things done on my car. Unfortunately I had to decline due to the tight cash I had. But I will definitely be back. This place is across from Lincoln Ford and they mostly service ford vehicles but will go out of there way to service all makes & models. I will never use a Honda dealership for my oil changes or any other service needed on my car as QuickLane has gain my trust & business. Thank you so much to Noel & Technician Vincent.

I came in for a trip check to ensure nothing obvious was wrong before I embarked. They were able to get me in right away and got me out really fast. They went over the checklist afterwards and explained all the details to the questions I had. Very courteous and seemed like they enjoyed being in their positions. Will happily make them my first stop in the future.

I am pretty disappointed. Went in needing a patch in my back tire. They werent able to find the flat. However, found an issue in my front tire and offered to sell me 4 new tires. When I got back home, the next morning had a flat, went to a place next to my house and they patched the back tire for free. I am left to assume they only cared about the sale of 4 tires rather than my safety driving 4 hours on a tire that needed a patch. Guys that worked there were super nice, just wish they would have tried a bit harder at their job.

Love it .. quick , friendly and takes care of their customers. Stopped in for a oil change was offered a free car wash also .

2 hrs for oil and battery change. Forgot the battery. Check before you leave that everything got done. Prices are right, but the techs need better training.Update: front of the house Shane and Thomas are great and have tried to make up for the poor techs. They hustle and are courteous. Hire better technicians and it would be a great business.

Came in for an oil change and Frank was very helpful in explaining other maintenance items I needed to have done. I would come back just because of him. Plus I forgot my coupon and he gave me one he had.

Got my oil changed here and Carl the mechanic is the absolute best! I watched as he took extra care to make sure my car was done right. Frank and the staff at the front were so friendly and courteous, we felt right at home. We will be back!

Took our 19 year old vehicle in for the $39.95 special, knowing that their inspection would find various problems needing repair after it had sat for months without use. Mr Brian was helpful, knowledgeable and never tried to upsell us. We left there knowing good work had been done for a good price. Taking Moms car there for regular maintenance too, as weve peace of mind that they all treat their customers with respect and dignity, not like the other places that rip off little old ladies! Thank you Mr Brian and your team, we are happy to see you and do business with you!

Drove 20 miles from south Las Vegas. Read review and found their Quick lane to be the top rated in LV. Steve Olliges, you truly have Team at your Ford point! I would come here again and again.

If I could give a 0 I would have. Been here 2 times with 2 different vehicles 1st time was with my 2018 f150 and the tech didnt put the correct amount of oil. 2nd time was my wife 2018 5.0 mustang and tech didnt tighten the oil filter fully now I have oil spots in my driveway and had to correct there work for the 2and time. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Oil change. NO APPT at least for oil change vouchers, got mine when I bought a used car from them. Came at 7am for and was 2nd in line. Out by 750am. Fast fast fast. I love across town so wont be back but good job yall.

2hrs for an oil change!? Watched several people come in before me and get out before me. Whats worse is it was me and one other person then four others got in and out before me. My tools were moved around and lunch box moved. Why anything inside of the truck needed to be touched i dont know. If i didnt have to go here for my work vehicle i wouldnt.Occasion number 2- came in for a tire. I was the only one in there and 1 1/2 later im told they are having a hard time balancing the rim. While 3 of them are standing around vaping and bsing.

This has become my new favorite oil change place.

Came here once for my maintenance package, I could honestly say these guys bypassed a lot of inspection points. The inspection stated everything checked out with flying colors, next day battery is dead. I take it back to dealer after jump starting and they said it flat failed the battery check. I could only imagine what else they are bypassing.

Not happy with the service this time at all. They claimed that they called us and they didnt. They usually wash the vehicle for us nothing great but at least get the dirt off not this time. The service guy at the desk had an attitude.
