I first went to G&G for a routine service. I was very impressed by all the staff I encountered. Everyone was polite and professional. Service was performed on time as promised and my car was washed. I later returned for recommended repairs which I was aware I needed for some time. I received the same courtesies as before and now my car dives like brand new. I highly recommend G&G. No high pressure sales. Very knowledgeable staff.

We have taken our Mercedes-Benz CLS 500 twice to G&G Autohaus for general maintenance and minor repairs and were very pleased with the service. Technicians are thorough and the service advisor has a nice style in communicating. It has now been several months since the service and the car continues to perform exceptionally well. While the technical expertise is of paramount importance to us, we cant say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of all the people we came in contact with at G & G Autohaus. This is definitely our go-to service center for our Mercedes.

I own a 84 380 SL. It only has 18,000 miles on it and consider it priceless. After exhausting research I found G&G Autohaus. There arent many reviews that get 4.8 out of 5 stars. They did not disappoint. The quality and expertise is outstanding. The price was less than a dealership and workmanship superior. I wouldnt trust anyone else to touch my car.

I had compared prices to other repair shops and definitely a lot cheaper.I believe their honest and will not take advantage of their customers.The only thing that disappoint me is I have to come back the next day even when I brought it early enough for a 3 hr job.Im glad and grateful of the transport service offered to take me home and pick me up the next day. Lastly, shout out to the amazing job of Aaron in washing my 20 yr old soft top convertible CLK430 looks new again.

I started preparing myself for a mechanic for when my warranty expired. I had no intentions of paying Mercedes triple inflated prices. My friends have Mercedes and I inquired who they used for mechanics. G&G came up a lot as the preferred. I’m so glad I found these guys, first off my car was shaking and would literally sound like the inside of a rocket trying to take off. I bought this car from a private seller not realizing the work it needed. Unfortunately it seems as though it was put off for a really long time.You couldn’t have a conversation in my car because it rattled so bad, I was afraid it would literally break down so I would drive it from A to B. Anyway these guys did my rotors, brakes, motor mounts,valve cover gasket seal and output shaft seal. I will definitely be going back, Thank you for getting my car back in shape. Excellent service. I have a rare, early model grey market Smart car that almost no one services. They keep it running in great condition, and they check in with me regularly to see if the car is in need of repairs or maintenance. I particularly like that I can communicate with them by text.

Authur took very good care of my car & showed me exactly what needed to be fix with no pressure. If you are reading this you found your mechanic. In some cases a good mechanic is like a good doctor and they start by listening to the issue so they can best diagnose and amend the situation. Had a unique issue with my Sprinter that most mechanics did not even want to look at. Dealship quoted me over $2,000 to start the process. Kevin was courteous and showed interest in a fix and not just collecting my money. He went above and beyond and got me fixed and back on the road in about an hour for $116! Everyone I encountered at G&G was friendly and courteous to me and the other customers. Left with a smile and my wallet was not empty. They have earned all business when when I am anywhere near Vegas. Extremely grateful. Thank you!!!!!!!!

I was visiting from CA and my car would not start. G&G diagnosed and replaced my ESL on my 2011 C350. I would definitely recommend this auto shop.

I have an ML350 from 2015, and when I bought it from a private party, I didnt see that the sun roof is leaking. I bought my own sun roof from ebay, and asked the G & G team to replace it. The whole experience was nice and smooth! The team is friendly, the shop looks great, they even did follow up on me after the car was fixed to see if the sun roof is not leaking anymore. They gave me a good price, and I will definitely work with them in the future. Highly recommend!Alex

I just moved to Vegas. Its really hard to find a reliable, honest car repair shop. Luckily, my friend who also own a MB recommended me to G & G Autohaus. Not long after, I brought my car in for check up due to the clunky sound when I turned on the AC. The shop owner/partner attended to me right away. He was very courteous and calm. He gave me the estimates, which was very reasonable. I left the car and three hours later, they called me that its done. Since then the problem never came back and I feel very confident driving my car again. The car runs very smoothly since then. They even wash your car after they fixed it. So nice!!! I highly recommend this company. Youll never go wrong!

Amazing help from this company. Ive just recently purchased a 2008 Mercedes Benz E350 and I was concerned if I have a defected m272 engine with the bad balance shaft. Ive messaged on Instagram and asked if they could check if it was one of them and they did and got back to me, lucky being outside range. Now Im no longer worrying about it thanks to G&G

Had a major repair and service done at G&G Autohaus, I would say my experience was very good given the extent of the work done to my 07 MB SL600. These guys really know how to diagnose and fix Mercedes cars, mine is not easy it has V12 and the work needed the engine and transmission dropped, The technicians did a superb job and the car feels better than ever. Kevin and the gentleman who did the major part of the repair were pleasure to work with, respectable and trust worthy. I am customer for life given the level of service and attention to details that G&G Authohaus had demonstrated. Prices are reasonable given the complexity of the repairs and the cars at hand.

My reasoning for choosing this business is because they had current reviews. I called the place on Thursday and they were able to fit me in the next day. After my diagnostic they cud have just charged me but they informed me of me still being under warranty so use that instead of spending money. I appreciate the honesty. Once my warranty ends, this will be my go to spot.

The entire staff was totally involved with all of their customers. They kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. Offered all of us waiting water or transportation while vehicle being repaired. Ill definitely recommend this place to anyone needing car repair. Ill definitely be back

G & G Autohaus is the only place to take your Mercedes to. I own a 20-year old E-Class and there arent a lot of shops around that really know what they do. These guys definitely do. Even if you have a relatively new Mercedes I would take it here - youll get quality service at a much better price than the dealership.I have taken my W210 here since moving back into town almost 2 years ago and the experience has been invariably excellent. Besides the regular oil changes they have repaired several lights (seems to be an issue with this car at this stage), an axle/CV boot repair, A/C compressor and a few other things.They do not push any unnecessary repairs - in fact I have asked them about little issues here and there and more often than not have they recommended to hold off on a repair, which other shops and dealerships would gladly jump on to increase their sales.For as long as I own a Mercedes, G & G is the only place I will take it to. Thanks to Art, Nora and the rest of the team at G & G.

Love love love this company. I had to repair my fuel pump and gas tank. Because I have a MB E350, my normal mechanic was not able to fix my issue. So referred to G & G and was quite happy.The work was done in 2 days and was in constant contact with me!!!Even though my repair was costly, was definitely less expensive than the dealer.Very professional and very happy!

Ive been coming for years, initially with our ‘97 E420, then with my ‘12 ML350. Top Mercedes repair place I’ve found of the several I’ve tried, and the only shop worth going to with an older Mercedes. Super convenient location right off the 95 freeway at Decatur, but worth driving across town for!

They practiced social distance, wore mask at all times and fixed my car in a timely manner. Plus cost for repairs were very reasonable.

Had same issue as other customer. Won’t give a price out for a simple fix. You can’t tell me you have to charge a huge diag fee on top of a repair bill when the item was already diagnosed. When the issue is obvious by just looking at it dont be criminals and just be up front and tell how much the repair will be. Defiantly not a customer wallet friendly shop. Oh drive it here so we can trap you. Do tire shops ask you to drive it there to give a price on tires before you drive it? No, same should be for a simple mechanical issue. Tell the price so people don’t waist their time driving there with a broke vehicle just to try and rob them.
