Customer service is top notch! The tech manager Steven Wullner gave excellent communication and an extremely fast response to my issue. I have been using EBC brakes for over 10 years and this is the first time I have had any problems with their product, and they stepped up to the plate and fixed it immediately. Remember, these parts are for not only performance, but our safety. Highly recommended not only for quality parts, but also for excellent customer service!

I bought the full kit expecting a good fit and better performance. The pads dont come with the stainless steel clips, but my factory ones were in great shape. I fully cleaned all the parts including the sliders and clips. Changed the rotor to the EBC slotted and dimpled. The pads were a super tight fit, and although all the contact points were fully lubed with high temp silicone. The pads dragged on the rotors. I drove the car to work and the just dragged the whole way there and back. I reinstalled and cleaned all the contacts points. No benefit. in the end the dragging pads warped the new rotors. Killed my gas mileage too. I had to get them machined at 4 months. I cleaned the contact points again and reinstalled . Put the factory rotor back on. Got the EBC rotors machined to re-use them. Anyway it’s a long story of continuously doing brake jobs to machine the warped rotors...just on and on. I had to get the rotors machined 3 times, the pads were gone after 9 months and the rims collected so much dust I probably needed to clean them every 3 days. But I was so busy doing the brakes I didn’t have any patience to clean rims. Basically I paid 700 for the kit, Plus 150 three time for GM to machine the rotors and basically switched everything back to factory after 3 months. So basically I had to dig into the brakes every couple of months. If I had just stuck with GM Factory components. I would have done the brakes once in 2 years and it would have cost me maybe $500 vs over $1100 and a bunch of tips to GM. Side note, I switched back to factory, no burning, no sticking, no smell, no problems and factory works better. EBC is a Big waste of time and money. Plus the dust was crazy and the braking was no better. EBC is a total waste. Do they perform better? NO, are they clean? NO do they last as long? NO. If you’re the type of guy who loves redoing the entire front end brakes every 2 months and you love punching yourself in the face with a hammer… then maybe you’ve love these garbage brakes.

Had a pair of brakes that were making noise past the first 1000 miles. A screeching noise that was awful.I contacted support and they handled the issue very fast. I now have 700 miles on the brakes with no noise past day 1 and great stopping performance already.Same issue with second set of pads. Broke them in and then some no noise about 1,500 miles. Tow my trailer no issues. Then at about 2000 miles I get screeching noise again. 5 stars to 2

I ordered brakes for my Porsche Boxster through Race Consulting Agency on 12/23/2015. They indicated that EBC is slow in passing on shipping information to them. I have yet to receive any information or tracking numbers on the shipping. On line ordering outfits should be more diligent in providing tracking information to customers.

I have used EBC brakes in the past on many motorcycle/ATV related applications with excellent experiences, so I thought this time around, Id try them on my heavy duty Suburban. I called EBC Brakes USA in Las Vegas to get the correct part numbers, and was provided an incorrect rear pad number for my application. Naturally, I was not able to realize this until I had the vehicle all torn apart, and had to reassembe everything with old parts. Upon calling EBC the following day, I spoke with Candace, who once again provided me the wrong part number (twice), and had great difficulty understanding the basic information I was attemtpting to convey. When I asked to speak with a senior tech, she refused and told me she was a senior tech, in a none too pleasant tone. My advice would be for anyone relying on EBC USA application information, is to really double check the information they provide, as two separate employees could not provide me accurate information on their first attempt. I hope the product performs more admirably than the employees.

I have used ebc brakes on my bikes long before the even made brakes for automobiles, i highly recommend them to any one. They are the best bang for the buck and never disappoint. I want to thank Ben Lappin for all his help and awesome customer service, keep up the good work.
